Abstract
本发明涉及一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料。它由外而内依次包括防晒层(1)、纤维层(2)、机织物层(3)、聚氨酯薄膜层(5)和针织物层(4);所述针织物层背面复合有一基层,所述基层包括呢绒层,并在呢绒层表面附着在有蕾丝层。本发明一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,不仅具有防晒功能,并且具有很好的透气性。本发明既有蕾丝的透气性又有呢绒的高雅挺括。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料。属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
纺织用品是人们休闲生活必不可少的东西,伴随着各种使用的需求,这些物品会被使用在各种各样的场合,当然包括户外,由于传统的户外纺织用品日晒牢度不够高,在经过一段时间的日晒、洗涤后会出现泛黄、褪色的现象,会影响这些纺织用品的使用和外观,重则作废,造成一种不必要的浪费,所以一种户外防晒的面料就显得尤为重要;同时现有的防晒面料透气效果差,因此人们穿上这种面料后,容易产生异味,并滋生细菌,满足不了人们的需要。另外,现有的面料存在透气性不强和手感不好等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,此面料不仅具有防晒功能,并且具有很好的透气性。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,其特点是:所述面料由外而内依次包括防晒层、纤维层、机织物层、聚氨酯薄膜层和针织物层,所述防晒层与纤维层、纤维层与机织物层互相编织连接,所述防晒层为纳米竹炭纤维层,纤维层由丙纶经纱和丙纶纬纱平纹组织而成,所述聚氨酯薄膜层含有微孔且位于机织物层与针织物层之间,聚氨酯薄膜层分别与机织物层和针织物层通过聚氨酯树脂胶点粘合,所述聚氨酯树脂胶点内含有咖啡碳颗粒;所述针织物层背面复合有一基层,所述基层包括呢绒层,并在呢绒层表面附着在有蕾丝层。
本发明一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,其防晒层的厚度为10~50μm。
本发明一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,其聚氨酯树脂胶点的面积为4.5~6mm2,所述咖啡碳颗粒的平均直径为0.5~1μm。
本发明一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,其聚氨酯薄膜层、机织物层和针织物层之间的厚度比为15:10~20:20~35。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,面料的防晒层为纳米竹炭纤维层,其具有很好的阻隔紫外线的效果,丙纶质地轻,强度高,初始模量较高,几乎不吸湿,丙纶还具有良好的耐酸耐碱耐光性,因此面料具有很好的防晒功能。
2、纤维层由丙纶经纱和丙纶纬纱平纹组织而成,同时机织物层与针织物层之间设置有含有微孔的聚氨酯薄膜层,且由于热熔胶是以点状的方式将两层面料粘合在一起,因此具有很好的透气性;由于添加了咖啡碳颗粒,使其具有除臭的功能,因此人们在穿着时不会产生异味,本发明的咖啡碳颗粒为0.5~1μm,因此加入咖啡碳颗粒后不会影响两层面料之间的粘合牢度。
3、本发明所采用的面料既有蕾丝的透气性又有呢绒的高雅挺括,给人以视觉上的美,并且面料质地柔软,手感好。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3,本发明涉及一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,它从外而内依次包括防晒层1、纤维层2、机织物层3、聚氨酯薄膜层5和针织物层4,所述防晒层1与纤维层2、纤维层2与机织物层3互相编织连接,防晒层1在最外层,防晒层1为纳米竹炭纤维层,防晒层1的厚度为10~50μm,纤维层2所采用的纤维为丙纶,它包括丙纶经纱2.1和丙纶纬纱2.2,所述丙纶经纱2.1和丙纶纬纱2.2相互交错,紧密编制,而且丙纶本身质地轻,强度高,伸长大,初始模量较高,弹性优良,几乎不吸湿,另外丙纶还具有良好的耐酸耐碱耐光性。
所述聚氨酯薄膜层5含有微孔6且位于机织物层3与针织物层4之间,聚氨酯薄膜层5分别与机织物层3和针织物层4通过聚氨酯树脂胶点7粘合,所述聚氨酯树脂胶点7内含有咖啡碳颗粒8。
此咖啡碳颗粒8通过将咖啡渣在400~450℃的温度保持20min,使得咖啡渣中的有机物得到预碳化从而获得具有蜂窝状多孔结构的咖啡碳颗粒8。
所述聚氨酯树脂胶点7的面积为4.5~6mm2,所述咖啡碳颗粒8的平均直径为0.5~1μm。
所述聚氨酯薄膜层5、机织物层3和针织物层4之间的厚度比为15:10~20:20~35。
所述针织物层背面复合有一基层,所述基层包括呢绒层,并在呢绒层表面附着在有蕾丝层。

1.一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,其特征在于:所述面料由外而内依次包括防晒层(1)、纤维层(2)、机织物层(3)、聚氨酯薄膜层(5)和针织物层(4),所述防晒层(1)与纤维层(2)、纤维层(2)与机织物层(3)互相编织连接,所述防晒层(1)为纳米竹炭纤维层,纤维层(2)由丙纶经纱(2.1)和丙纶纬纱(2.2)平纹组织而成,所述聚氨酯薄膜层(5)含有微孔(6)且位于机织物层(3)与针织物层(4)之间,聚氨酯薄膜层(5)分别与机织物层(3)和针织物层(4)通过聚氨酯树脂胶点(7)粘合,所述聚氨酯树脂胶点(7)内含有咖啡碳颗粒(8);所述针织物层背面复合有一基层,所述基层包括呢绒层,并在呢绒层表面附着在有蕾丝层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,其特征在于:所述防晒层(1)的厚度为10~50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯树脂胶点(7)的面积为4.5~6mm2,所述咖啡碳颗粒(8)的平均直径为0.5~1μm。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种防臭、防晒的蕾丝与呢绒复合面料,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯薄膜层(5)、机织物层(3)和针织物层(4)之间的厚度比为15:10~20:20~35。
