本发明公开了一种定位准确且具有顶出装置的冲压模具,包括有的冲压头、下模,下模的模腔具有拱形空腔,冲压头外套装有冲压头固定套,冲压头的上端具有倾斜的台阶,台阶与冲压头固定套的内壁锥面配合,冲压头顶部连接到动力机构;下模侧边上方安装有位移传感器,位移传感器连接到控制装置;下模的下方安装有活动顶杆,活动顶杆正对下模的模腔位置,活动顶杆下端连接到气缸,气缸连接到控制装置;动力机构为液压缸及活塞。本发明冲压头的台阶与固定套相互配合,冲头的安装稳定性好,产品的冲压精度高,在下模下方安装有活动顶杆,方便取出加工后的工件,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及冲压模具,具体的说是一种定位准确且具有顶出装置的冲压模具。
背景技术
冲头也叫凸模、上模、阳模、冲针等 ,冲头是冲头是安装在冲压模具上的金属零件,应用于与材料的直接接触,使材料发生形变、裁切材料。模具冲头一般采用高速钢和钨钢等作为材质,有高速钢冲头和钨钢冲头。安装在压力机上的模具装配了模具冲头之后直接与材料(金属或非金属)接触,使材料发生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需的零件。
在加工一些金属零部件时,高速的冲头由于自身惯性原因,稳定性不佳,会产生轻微的振动,影响到产品质量,且冲压完毕取出时工件会压紧在下模具上,比较难取,影响到工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种定位准确且具有顶出装置的冲压模具,冲头的安装稳定性好,产品的冲压精度高,且可以冲压后自动顶出,提高了生产效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种定位准确且具有顶出装置的冲压模具,包括有的冲压头、下模,:下模的模腔具有拱形空腔,冲压头外套装有冲压头固定套,冲压头的上端具有倾斜的台阶,台阶与冲压头固定套的内壁锥面配合,冲压头顶部连接到动力机构;下模侧边上方安装有位移传感器,位移传感器连接到控制装置;下模的下方安装有活动顶杆,活动顶杆正对下模的模腔位置,活动顶杆下端连接到气缸,气缸连接到控制装置。
所述的动力机构为液压缸及活塞。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明冲压头的台阶与固定套相互配合,冲头的安装稳定性好,产品的冲压精度高,在下模下方安装有活动顶杆,方便取出加工后的工件,提高了生产效率。

参见附图,一种定位准确且具有顶出装置的冲压模具,包括有冲压头1、下模5,:下模的模腔6具有拱形空腔,冲压头1外套装有冲压头固定套2,冲压头1的上端具有倾斜的台阶3,台阶3与冲压头固定套2的内壁锥面配合,冲压头1顶部连接到动力机构4;下模5侧边上方安装有位移传感器7,位移传感器7连接到控制装置8;下模5的下方安装有活动顶杆9,活动顶杆9正对下模的模腔位置,活动顶杆9下端连接到气缸10,气缸10连接到控制装置8;动力机构4为液压缸及活塞。

1.一种定位准确且具有顶出装置的冲压模具,包括有的冲压头、下模,其特征在于:下模的模腔具有拱形空腔,冲压头外套装有冲压头固定套,冲压头的上端具有倾斜的台阶,台阶与冲压头固定套的内壁锥面配合,冲压头顶部连接到动力机构;下模侧边上方安装有位移传感器,位移传感器连接到控制装置;下模的下方安装有活动顶杆,活动顶杆正对下模的模腔位置,活动顶杆下端连接到气缸,气缸连接到控制装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定位准确且具有顶出装置的冲压模具,其特征在于:所述的动力机构为液压缸及活塞。
