Description

一种治疗肝硬化的中药
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗肝硬化的药物，具体的说是一种以中草药为原料制备的中药药剂。
背景技术
肝硬化是临床常见的慢性进行性肝病，由一种或多种病因长期或反复作用形成的弥漫性肝损害。在我国大多数为肝炎后肝硬化，少部分为酒精性肝硬化和血吸虫性肝硬化。病理组织学上有广泛的肝细胞坏死、残存肝细胞结节性再生、结缔组织增生与纤维隔形成，导致肝小叶结构破坏和假小叶形成，肝脏逐渐变形、变硬而发展为肝硬化。早期由于肝脏代偿功能较强可无明显症状，后期则以肝功能损害和门脉高压为主要表现，并有多系统受累，晚期常出现上消化道出血、肝性脑病、继发感染、脾功能亢进、腹水、癌变等并发症。
肝硬化病不仅危害性大，发病人群也大，根据世界卫生组织统计，肝硬化人群平均发病率为17.1/10万人，并且有增长的趋势。在我国目前慢性乙型肝炎病人约为2000万人，其中近25％～30％慢性乙肝病人可发展为肝硬化，15％肝硬化可发展为失代偿期肝硬化，5％～20％可发展为肝细胞性肝癌；代偿期肝硬化病人5年存活率为55％，失代偿期肝硬化病人5年存活率为14％。
对于肝硬化的治疗方法有：西药治疗、中药治疗和手术治疗等。由于肝硬化发病机理复杂，不论何种治疗方法都存在治疗过程复杂，时间长，费用大，效果不佳的缺陷。采用手术治疗还存在巨大的手术风险和预后效果。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗肝硬化的中药，可以有效治愈肝硬化，且用药少，成本低廉。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明由如下重量配比的原料制成：
柴胡5-10份，当归8-12份，白术8-12份，白芍8-12份，云苓10-15份，香附10-15份，青皮10-15份，陈皮5-10份，枳壳8-12份，厚朴5-10份，木香5-10份，桃仁5-10份，红花5-10份，郁金5-10份，丹参10-20份，神曲8-12份，鸡内金5-10份，猪苓5-10份，泽泻5-10份，木通5-10份，车前子10-15份；
本发明药物的最佳重量配比为：
柴胡6份，当归10份，白术10份，白芍10份，云苓12份，香附12份，青皮9份，陈皮6份，枳壳10份，厚朴9份，木香6份，桃仁9份，红花6份，郁金6份，丹参15份，神曲9份，鸡内金6份，猪苓9份，泽泻9份，木通6份，车前子12份。
具体实施方式
本发明药物按照组分配置好后，可以按照常规方法煎制成汤药服用，10天为一疗程，一天一剂，一日三次。
本发明经过临床应用，一般患者用药10天左右见效，治疗后临床症状明显改变。用药4-6个疗程即可有明显效果或康复，康复后不易复发。
病例一：李某，男，55岁，2011年8月就诊，腹部有压痛、反跳痛症状。经验、检查、确诊为肝硬化。服用本发明药物汤剂，一天一剂，一日三次，10天为一个疗程，一个疗程后腹部疼痛症状改善，5个疗程后症状消失，肝硬化痊愈。
病例二：王某，男，49，2012年2月出现全身乏力、消瘦、面色晦暗，尿少、下肢浮肿等症状，经检验检查，确诊为肝硬化。服用本发明药物汤剂，一天一剂，一日3次，一个疗程后，全身乏力、消瘦、面色晦暗，尿少、下肢浮肿症状明显好转，继续服用5个疗程后，各种症状消失，完全康复。
病例三：向某，男，60岁，有乙肝病史，2012年8月出现乏力、消瘦加重的症状。经经验检查，确诊为肝硬化。服用本发明药物汤剂，一天一剂，一日3次，10天为一个疗程，4个疗程后治愈。

1.一种治疗肝硬化的中药，其特征在于，由如下重量配比的原料制成：柴胡5-10份，当归8-12份，白术8-12份，白芍8-12份，云苓10-15份，香附10-15份，青皮10-15份，陈皮5-10份，枳壳8-12份，厚朴5-10份，木香5-10份，桃仁5-10份，红花5-10份，郁金5-10份，丹参10-20份，神曲8-12份，鸡内金5-10份，猪苓5-10份，泽泻5-10份，木通5-10份，车前子10-15份。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗肝硬化的中药，其特征在于，其中各原料的重量配比是：柴胡6份，当归10份，白术10份，白芍10份，云苓12份，香附12份，青皮9份，陈皮6份，枳壳10份，厚朴9份，木香6份，桃仁9份，红花6份，郁金6份，丹参15份，神曲9份，鸡内金6份，猪苓9份，泽泻9份，木通6份，车前子12份。
