Claims (1)
- 权利要求书一种单片机集成电路的加密方法, 其特征在于: 在所述单片机集成电路 IC上 的一 10端口外接一电容, 使得所述 10端口的内阻与所述外接电容构成一 RC 充放电电路; 在所述 IC上电时或者工作过程中不定期地检测所述 RC充放电 电路的 RC充放电参数; 当所述参数在设定的正常工作范围内时, 所述 IC正 常工作; 当所述参数不在设定的正常工作范围内时, 所述 IC进入锁定状态并 停止工作。根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述 RC充放电参数的正常工作范 围在程序写入所述 IC时在程序中进行设定。根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述外接电容的值根据所述 IC的 10端口内阻值进行调整, 使得所述 RC充放电参数在正常工作范围内。一种单片机集成电路的加密电路, 其特征在于: 所述加密电路由所述单片机 集成电路 IC上的一 10端口和一电容组成,所述电容的一端连接所述 10端口, 另一端接地; 所述 10端口的内阻与所述外接电容构成一 RC充放电电路; 当 所述 IC上电时或者工作过程中不定期地检测所述 RC充放电电路的 RC充放电 参数; 若所述参数在设定的正常工作范围内, 则所述 IC正常工作; 若所述参 数不在设定的正常工作范围内, 则所述 IC进入锁定状态并停止工作。根据权利要求 4所述的加密电路, 其特征在于: 所述 RC充放电参数的正常工 作范围在程序写入所述 ic时在程序中进行设定。根据权利要求 1 所述的加密电路, 其特征在于: 所述外接电容的值根据所述 IC的 10端口内阻值进行调整, 使得所述 RC充放电参数在正常工作范围内。 —种单片机集成电路加密装置,其特征在于: 所述装置包括根据权利要求 4-6 所述的加密电路。—种单片机加密系统, 其特征在于: 所述系统包括根据权利要求 4-6所述的 加密电路。
