Abstract

本发明公开了一种便携式LED投影定位装置,包括在同一直线上设置的LED灯以及透镜,所述LED灯内设有LED晶片,所述LED灯射出的光线经过透镜后,最后投射到成像屏上形成定位灯投影。本发明去除了小孔成像装置或者菲林,能够节省一个小孔成像的模具,或菲林的制作;简化了透镜,菲林,LED三者之间的关系;LED的晶片亮度较小孔成像或菲林成像的亮度更高,因此使用较小的电流便能达到预期效果;有效的减小了投影功能区域所占用的空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及投影定位装置,特别涉及一种便携式LED投影定位装置。 
背景技术
利用LED灯产生光束,用于产品定位或导航,是光学上一种常见的应用。其工作原理是LED灯发出的照明,通过菲林,或者小孔成像,最后到达透镜,可以投影产生定位灯的效果。在实际投影灯应用中,无论使用菲林或者小孔成像,透镜的焦距,菲林的尺寸大小,或者小孔的大小,LED的发光点位置确定,各种因素相交很难控制,直接影响投影质量。 
  
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种减少电流的使用,有效提升投影质量的便携式LED投影定位装置。 
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种便携式LED投影定位装置,包括在同一直线上设置的LED灯以及透镜,所述LED灯内设有LED晶片,所述LED灯射出的光线经过透镜后,最后投射到成像屏上形成定位灯投影。 
本发明的有益效果是:本发明去除了小孔成像装置或者菲林,能够节省一个小孔成像的模具,或菲林的制作;简化了透镜,菲林,LED三者之间的关系;LED的晶片亮度较小孔成像或菲林成像的亮度更高,因此使用较小的电流便能达到预期效果;有效的减小了投影功能区域所占用的空间。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。 
图1示出了本发明一种便携式LED投影定位装置的一种实施方式,,其特征在于:包括在同一直线上设置的LED灯1以及透镜2,所述LED灯1内设有LED晶片,所述LED灯1射出的光线经过透镜2后,最后投射到成像屏3上形成定位灯投影,去除了小孔成像装置或者菲林,能够节省一个小孔成像的模具,或菲林的制作;简化了透镜,菲林,LED三者之间的关系;LED的晶片亮度较小孔成像或菲林成像的亮度更高,因此使用较小的电流便能达到预期效果;有效的减小了投影功能区域所占用的空间。

1.一种便携式LED投影定位装置,其特征在于:包括在同一直线上设置的LED灯(1)以及透镜(2),所述LED灯(1)内设有LED晶片,所述LED灯(1)射出的光线经过透镜(2)后,最后投射到成像屏(3)上形成定位灯投影。
