Abstract

一种环保路灯,包括风叶、风向舵板、立杆、灯座、风力发电机、电控器和储电器组成,所述的立杆是主体支撑件,灯座是设置在立杆下端的基座,在风车下面的立杆上,设置有太阳能电池板和灯架,在灯架内设置有照明发光用的LED灯,电路上设置有确保充电放电的正常工作的过流保护、欠压保护、短路保护和分流保护电路,灯座内设置有风力发电机、电控器和储电器,风车外壳的后端设置有可以自动保持风叶处于正面迎风状态的风向舵板,所述的太阳能电池板直接铺设在灯架上,如此简化了路灯的结构,可节省灯架上罩及原安装太阳能电池板的安装材料;大面积的太阳能电池板遮挡在LED灯上,避免雨水的侵蚀,保护了LED灯,延长了LED灯的寿命。

一种环保路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用太阳能和风能互补发电的路灯照明设备,属于路灯技术领域。
背景技术
目前有利用太阳能电池照明的路灯,但受天气变化的影响,照明效果不理想。之后出现利用太阳能与风能互补发电的路灯,由于太阳能供电与风能供电互补,大大提高了照明效果。但普遍所见此类风光能互补路灯,其太阳能反光板与发光源均为独立分开,不但结构复杂造成浪费安装材料,而且增大了风阻,造成对路灯灯杆的影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可改善目前产品的不足的环保路灯。
本发明巧妙地将太阳能发光板与发光源结合在一起,从而起到意想不到的效果。其具体解决所述技术问题的技术方案是, 一种环保路灯,包括风叶、风向舵板、立杆、灯座、风力发电机、电控器和储电器组成,所述的立杆是主体支撑件,灯座是设置在立杆下端的基座,在风车下面的立杆上,设置有太阳能电池板和灯架,在灯架内设置有照明发光用的LED灯,电路上设置有确保充电放电的正常工作的过流保护、欠压保护、短路保护和分流保护电路,灯座内设置有风力发电机、电控器和储电器,风车外壳的后端设置有可以自动保持风叶处于正面迎风状态的风向舵板,所述灯架的上罩为太阳能电池板,如此简化了路灯的结构,可节省灯架上罩及原安装太阳能电池板的安装材料;大面积的太阳能电池板遮挡在LED 灯上,避免雨水的侵蚀,保护了LED 灯,延长了LED 灯的寿命。此外,该太阳能电池板可呈倒锅状,不但令太阳能电池板在任何位置均可正面接收到太阳光,而且流线型状减少了路灯的风阻,减少了路灯灯杆的摇晃,延长了路灯寿命。当然,如LED 灯为对称分布与立杆左右两侧,此时可用同一块太阳能电池板覆盖设于其上,如此更能简化安装,并能扩大受光面积。

具体实施方式
本发明一种环保路灯是在现有技术风光能组合路灯的基础上改进而成的。现有技术的风光能组合路灯如图1 所示,由风叶1 、风向舵板2 、立杆7 、灯座8 、风力发电机、电控器和储电器组成,所述的立杆7 是主体支撑件,灯座8 是设置在立杆7 下端的基座,在风车下面的立杆7上,设置有太阳能电池板3 和灯架6 ,在灯架6 内设置有照明发光用的LED 灯4,电路上设置有确保充电放电的正常工作的过流保护、欠压保护、短路保护和分流保护电路,灯座8 内设置有风力发电机、电控器和储电器,风车外壳的后端设置有可以自动保持风叶1 处于正面迎风状态的风向舵板2。
实施例1
本发明第1 实施例的一种环保路灯如图2 所示,在现有技术风光能组合路灯的基础上争将平面的太阳能电池板31 覆盖于LED 灯41 上,以宽大的太阳能电池板31 板面,为LED 灯遮挡太阳曝晒或雨水淋打,不但安装简单,而且给LED 灯更好的保护。
实施例2
本发明第2 实施例的一种环保路灯如图3 所示,将实施例2 所述平面的太阳能电池板31 换成倒锅形的曲面太阳能电池板32 覆盖于LED 灯42之上。如此在令太阳能电池板32 在不同的日照方位均能较好吸收太阳能,提高了吸收效率。
实施例3
本发明第3 实施例的一种环保路灯如图4 所示,在实施例1 的路灯基础上,以灯杆7 为对称轴相对原LED 灯添加一LED 灯43 ,并延长原太阳能电池板,另太阳能电池板33 覆盖于两LED 灯43 之上。此路灯适用于双边马路照明,宽大的太阳能电池板提高了太阳能的吸收,保证了路灯的供电。

1.一种环保路灯,包括风叶(1) 、风向舵板( 2) 、立杆(7) 、灯座(8) 、风力发电机、电控器和储电器组成,所述的立杆(7) 是主体支撑件,灯座(8)是设置在立杆(7) 下端的基座,在风车下面的立杆(7) 上,设置有太阳能电池板(3) 和灯架(6) ,在灯架(6) 内设置有照明发光用的LED 灯(4) ,电路上设置有确保充电放电的正常工作的过流保护、欠压保护、短路保护和分流保护电路,灯座(8) 内设置有风力发电机、电控器和储电器,风车外壳的后端设置有可以自动保持风叶(1) 处于正面迎风状态的风向舵板(2) ,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板(31 , 32 , 33) 直接铺设在LED 灯(61 , 62 , 63) 上万。
2.根据权利要求1 所述环保路灯,其特征在于, 所述太阳能电池板( 32 )呈倒锅状。
3.根据权利要求1 或2 所述环保路灯,其特征在于,所述LED 灯( 43 )为对称分布与立杆( 7 )左右两侧,同一块太阳能电池板( 33) 覆盖设于其上。
