Abstract

本发明的一种快捷装配LED筒灯,包括LED灯盘,及与LED灯盘配合的外壳,及设置在LED灯盘与外壳之间的透镜:所述LED灯盘和外壳采用插接方式组合,所述外壳侧面设置有用于固定LED灯盘和外壳的固定件。由于LED灯盘和外壳采用插接方式组合,从而达到大幅度提高生产效率之目的,大大降低了加工成本和原材料成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种快捷装配LED 简灯。 
背景技术
传统的白炽灯耗能高、寿命短,在全球资源紧张的环境下逐渐被淘汰。随着LED 技术的高速发展, LED 照明成为新型绿色照明的不二之选。LED 在发光原理、节能、环保的层面上都远远优于传统照明产品。然而,现有LED 灯的LED 灯盘及外壳采用的都是原有的车加工螺纹的联接方式,不但造成加工成本增加,也会造成材料成本的增加,同时生产效率也低。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产成本低、生产效率高的快捷装配LED 筒灯。本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 
本发明的一种快捷装配LED 筒灯,包括LED 灯盘,及与LED 灯盘配合的外壳,及设置在LED 灯盘与外壳之间的透镜;所述LED 灯盘和外壳采用插接方式组合,所述外壳侧面设置有用于固定LED 灯盘和外壳的固定件。
作为优选,所述固定件为螺丝钉或卡片。 
本发明的快捷装配LED 筒灯,由于LED 灯在和外壳采用插接方式组合,从而达到大幅度提高生产效率之目的,大大降低了加工成本和原材料成本。

具体实施方式
如图1 和图2 所示,本发明的一种快捷装配LED 筒灯,包括LED 灯盘1,及与LED 灯盘1 配合的外壳2 ,及设置在LED 灯盘1 与外壳2 之间的透镜3 ;所述LED 灯盘1 和外壳2 采用插接方式组合,所述外壳2 侧面设置有用于固定LED 灯盘l 和外壳2 的固定件。从而达到大幅度提高生产效率之目的,大大降低了加工成本和原材料成本。在本实施例中,所述固定件为螺丝钉4 ,当然,也可为卡片。 
所述快捷装配LED 筒灯采用插接方式组合,侧面使用自攻螺丝钉4 快速固定,从而达到大幅度提高生产效率之目的。其改变了原有的车加工螺纹的联接方式,从而大大降低了加工成本和原材料成本。为了改变LED 灯珠点光源的线性投躲特性,专门设计的透镜和灯罩合为一体,即能将光线放大造成漫射的效果,又能起到灯罩散光柔和之特点。 
本发明的快捷装配LED 筒灯,由于LED 灯盘和外壳采用插接方式组合,从而达到大幅度提高生产效率之目的,大大降低了加工成本和原材料成本。

1.一种快捷装配LED 筒灯,包括LED 灯盘,及与LED 灯盘配合的外壳,及设置在LED 灯盘与外壳之间的透镜;其特征在于:所述LED 灯盘和外壳采用插接方式组合,所述外壳侧面设置有用于固定LED 灯盘和外壳的固定件。
2.根据权利要求l 所述的快捷装配LED 筒灯,其特征在于:所述固定件为螺丝钉或卡片。
