本发明公开了一种带互锁机构的混水阀,包括阀体、热水开关、冷水开关、热水阀蝶形板、冷水阀蝶形板;阀体上设有热水进水口、冷水进水口和出水口,热水进水口通过热水开关与出水口连通,冷水进水口通过冷水开关与出水口连通;热水阀蝶形板与热水开关的旋柄固结,冷水阀蝶形板与冷水开关的旋柄固结;热水阀蝶形板与冷水阀蝶形板相互形成咬合互锁。本发明带互锁机构的混水阀借助热水阀蝶形板与冷水阀蝶形板之间的咬合互锁保证混水阀使用过程中正确的冷、热水开/关顺序,避免操作失误而发生意外烫伤。

Description

一种带互锁机构的混水阀
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种日用水暖器材,具体涉及一种用于水暖设施的带互锁机构的混水阀。
背景技术
    水暖设施中使用的混水阀是一种将热水和冷水进行混合得到某种所需温度出水的常用器材,各种混水阀在家庭、洗浴场所有广泛应用。
目前普遍采用的混水阀设计简单地将热水和冷水分别通过两个阀门(分别为热水阀和冷水阀)控制,热水和冷水在阀体内的混水腔进行混合后形成出水流出,为避免使用过程中发生意外流出高温热水而烫伤人体,正确的操作顺序应该是:开启混水阀时应先开冷水阀后开热水阀,然后慢慢调节冷水开关和热水开关以得到所需温度的出水;而关闭混水阀时应先关热水阀后关冷水阀,这样可以避免烫伤。现有混水阀的结构设计无法保证正确的冷、热水开/关顺序,因而常常在每次开启混水阀时因发生误操作而造成烫伤。因此,需要一种安全的混水阀以避免使用过程中的误操作而发生烫伤。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种带互锁机构的混水阀,采用该混水阀可以避免误操作,避免发生意外烫伤事故。
一种带互锁机构的混水阀,包括阀体,在阀体上设有热水进水口、冷水进水口和出水口,热水进水口通过热水开关与出水口连通,冷水进水口通过冷水开关与出水口连通;其特征在于:在热水开关上设有热水阀蝶形板,该热水阀蝶形板与热水开关的旋柄固定连接;在冷水开关上设有冷水阀蝶形板,该冷水阀蝶形板与冷水开关的旋柄固定连接;热水阀蝶形板与冷水阀蝶形板相互形成在关闭状态首先开启冷水开关、在开启状态首先关闭热水开关的咬合互锁。
本发明中,热水阀蝶形板的曲面形状与冷水阀蝶形板的曲面形状相适配。热水阀蝶形板的曲面形状与冷水阀蝶形板的曲面形状相互形成咬合互锁。保证在关闭状态首先只能开启冷水开关、在开启状态首先只能关闭热水开关。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明带互锁机构的混水阀借助热水阀蝶形板与冷水阀蝶形板之间的咬合互锁保证混水阀使用过程中正确的冷、热水开/关顺序,避免操作失误而发生意外烫伤。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图对本发明带互锁机构的混水阀进行详细说明。
如图1所示,一种带互锁机构的混水阀,由阀体1、热水开关2、冷水开关3、热水阀蝶形板4、冷水阀蝶形板5组成。阀体1上设有热水进水口6、冷水进水口7和出水口8,热水进水口6通过热水开关2与出水口8连通,冷水进水口7通过冷水开关3与出水口8连通;热水阀蝶形板4与热水开关2的旋柄固结,冷水阀蝶形板5与冷水开关3的旋柄固结;热水阀蝶形板与冷水阀蝶形板相互形成在关闭状态首先只能开启冷水开关、在开启状态首先只能关闭热水开关的咬合互锁。上述部件用金属或其他耐磨耐水的材料制作。
在使用过程中的开启和关闭过程中分别说明如下。
图1是冷水和热水全关闭状态。结合图2和图3,在混水阀开启过程中,由于热水阀蝶形板4与冷水阀蝶形板5的互锁作用,只能先将冷水开关3的旋钮反时针旋转一定角度先开冷水,此时热水阀蝶形板4与冷水阀蝶形板5的互锁被解除,才能将热水开关2的旋钮反时针旋转以开通热水通道,这样就可以避免先开热水而后开冷水的误操作。而在混水阀关闭过程中,同样由于热水阀蝶形板4与冷水阀蝶形板5的互锁作用,只能先将热水开关2的旋钮顺时针旋转一定角度先关闭热水,此时热水阀蝶形板4与冷水阀蝶形板5的互锁被解除,才能将冷水开关3的旋钮顺时针旋转以关闭冷水通道,这样就可以避免先关冷水而后关热水的误操作。在混水阀关闭后,热水阀蝶形板4与冷水阀蝶形板5的又处于互锁状态,可以保证下次开启混水阀的正确顺序。

Claims (3)

1.一种带互锁机构的混水阀,包括阀体(1),在阀体(1)上设有热水进水口(6)、冷水进水口(7)和出水口(8),热水进水口(6)通过热水开关(2)与出水口(8)连通,冷水进水口(7)通过冷水开关(3)与出水口(8)连通;其特征在于:在热水开关(2)上设有热水阀蝶形板(4),该热水阀蝶形板(4)与热水开关(2)的旋柄固定连接;在冷水开关(3)上设有冷水阀蝶形板(5),该冷水阀蝶形板(5)与冷水开关(3)的旋柄固定连接;热水阀蝶形板(4)与冷水阀蝶形板(5)相互形成在关闭状态首先开启冷水开关(3)、在开启状态首先关闭热水开关(2)的咬合互锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带互锁机构的混水阀,其特征在于:热水阀蝶形板(4)的曲面形状与冷水阀蝶形板(5)的曲面形状相适配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带互锁机构的混水阀,其特征在于:热水阀蝶形板(4)的曲面形状与冷水阀蝶形板(5)的曲面形状相互形成咬合互锁。
