背景技术
现在楼房的厨房、卫生间、阳台这些地方的地面上都设计安装有排水装置例如地漏，用于排放污水。现有的排水装置例如地漏大多具有防臭的功能，其结构主要包括地漏主体、挡筛和地漏盖，挡筛设在地漏主体的内部，防止大的杂物落进下水道的水管内，地漏盖设在地漏主体的上端口，防止大的杂物落进地漏主体。这种结构往往不能保证很好的密封，有可能导致臭气窜入房间。
发明内容
发明目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种磁性防臭排水装置，通过在地漏芯子和支架上各设有一个磁铁，使得地漏通过两个磁铁密封，而且通过连接杆的长度可调，调整第一磁铁和第二磁铁之间的磁力，使得地漏密封效果好。
技术方案：为实现上述目的，本发明的磁性防臭排水装置，包括地漏框、位于地漏框上的地漏芯子和安装在地漏框上的过滤网，所述地漏框设有台阶状的阶梯，地漏芯子设有台阶状的凸台，凸台位于阶梯上，地漏芯子的尾部安装有环状的第一磁铁，地漏芯子的边缘焊接有U形状的支架，支架设有通孔，通孔内安装有支撑杆，支撑杆上套有弹簧，弹簧上设有与第一磁铁吸引的第二磁铁，第二磁铁可在弹簧上自由的移动。
作为优选，所述支撑杆上设有外螺纹，通孔内设有内螺纹，支撑杆在支架两侧设有锁紧螺母调整支撑杆在支架内的长度，通过调整支撑杆在支架内的长度，调整第一磁铁和第二磁铁件的磁力，使得第一磁铁和第二磁铁之间的密封效果好，而且当弹簧的弹性性能降低之后，通过调整支撑杆在支架内的长度，增强弹簧的弹性性能，有利于第二磁铁可靠的吸附在第一磁铁上。
作为优选，所述地漏框的阶梯上对称的延伸有限位凸台，地漏芯子上的凸台设有与限位凸台配合的凹槽，在放置地漏芯子时，通过限位凸台和凹槽的作用，限制了地漏芯子的运动，防止地漏芯子在地漏框中上下移动。
作为优选，所述地漏芯子凸台上设有把手，当地漏芯子需要修复时或者需要清理时，通过把手轻松的将地漏芯子提上来。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示，本发明的磁性防臭排水装置，包括地漏框1、位于地漏框1上的地漏芯子2和安装在地漏框1上的过滤网，所述地漏框1设有台阶状的阶梯，地漏芯子2设有台阶状的凸台，凸台位于阶梯上，地漏芯子2的尾部安装有环状的第一磁铁，地漏芯子2的边缘焊接有U形状的支架3，支架3设有通孔，通孔内安装有支撑杆4，支撑杆4上套有弹簧5，弹簧5上设有与第一磁铁吸引的第二磁铁，第二磁铁可在弹簧5上自由的移动。
在本发明中，所述支撑杆4上设有外螺纹，通孔内设有内螺纹，支撑杆4在支架3两侧设有锁紧螺母调整支撑杆4在支架3内的长度，通过调整支撑杆4在支架3内的长度，调整第一磁铁和第二磁铁件的磁力，使得第一磁铁和第二磁铁之间的密封效果好，而且当弹簧5的弹性性能降低之后，通过调整支撑杆4在支架3内的长度，增强弹簧5的弹性性能，有利于第二磁铁可靠的吸附在第一磁铁上。
在本发明中，所述地漏框1的阶梯上对称的延伸有限位凸台6，地漏芯子2上的凸台设有与限位凸台6配合的凹槽，在放置地漏芯子2时，通过限位凸台6和凹槽的作用，限制了地漏芯子2的运动，防止地漏芯子2在地漏框1中上下移动。
在本发明中，所述地漏芯子2凸台上设有把手，当地漏芯子2需要修复时或者需要清理时，通过把手轻松的将地漏芯子2提上来。
本发明在安装时，将支撑杆4安装在支架3上，套上一端安装有第二磁铁的弹簧5，将地漏芯子2放置在地漏框1中，放置时，将地漏芯子2上的凹槽对准限位凸台6，放置好地漏芯子2后，旋转地漏芯子2，地漏芯子2由于限位凸台6的作用，将不会上下移动，调试与第二磁铁连接的弹簧5的弹力大小，弹力太大，阻止了水流出地漏，当调整适合的弹簧5长度之后，拧紧锁紧螺母，固定支撑杆4。当地漏中有水流入后，由于水的重力作用，使得第一磁铁和第二磁铁分开，水从第一磁铁和第二磁铁之间的间隙流出，当只有很少的水流入后，由于磁力和弹簧5的作用，使得第一磁铁和第二磁铁紧紧的吸附在一起，防止下水管中的臭气进入到房间中。

1.一种磁性防臭排水装置，其特征在于：包括地漏框、位于地漏框上的地漏芯子和安装在地漏框上的过滤网，所述地漏框设有台阶状的阶梯，地漏芯子设有台阶状的凸台，凸台位于阶梯上，地漏芯子的尾部安装有环状的第一磁铁，地漏芯子的边缘焊接有U形状的支架，支架设有通孔，通孔内安装有支撑杆，支撑杆上套有弹簧，弹簧上设有与第一磁铁吸引的第二磁铁，第二磁铁能在弹簧上自由的移动；所述支撑杆上设有外螺纹，通孔内设有内螺纹，支撑杆在支架两侧设有锁紧螺母调整支撑杆在支架内的长度；所述地漏框的阶梯上对称的延伸有限位凸台，地漏芯子上的凸台设有与限位凸台配合的凹槽。
