Abstract
The invention relates to a printer ink cartridge which comprises an ink cartridge body and an ink supply nozzle assembly. The ink cartridge body is used for containing ink, and the ink is output through the ink supply nozzle assembly. One end of the ink supply nozzle assembly extends into the ink cartridge body through an opening of the ink cartridge body, and the other end of the ink cartridge body is placed outside the ink cartridge body to be connected with an ink supply system of a printer. The printer ink cartridge further comprises a fixing piece, and the fixing piece enables the ink supply nozzle assembly to be mounted on the opening of the ink cartridge body in a detachable mode. After the ink in the ink cartridge is used up, the fixing piece and the ink supply nozzle assembly are taken out through the detachable mode, the ink can be added into the ink cartridge body through the opening of the ink cartridge body, repeated ink adding of the printer ink cartridge can be achieved, the ink cartridge can be prevented from being discarded after only being used once, and resources can be better saved.

Technical Field

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an ink box of a printer, which can repeatedly add ink after the ink is used up, thereby avoiding the ink box from being discarded after being used once and being beneficial to saving resources.
In order to achieve the purpose, the ink box of the printer comprises an ink box body and an ink supply nozzle assembly, wherein the ink box body is used for containing ink, the ink is output through the ink supply nozzle assembly, one end of the ink supply nozzle assembly extends into the ink box body through an opening of the ink box body, and the other end of the ink supply nozzle assembly is located outside the ink box body and is connected with an ink supply system of the printer. The printer ink box also comprises a fixing piece, and the fixing piece detachably installs the ink supply nozzle assembly to the opening of the ink box body.
After the ink in the ink box of the printer is used up, the fixing piece and the ink supply nozzle assembly are taken out in a detachable mode, the ink can be added into the ink box body through the opening of the ink box body, and then the structure is assembled together again. By the mode, the ink can be repeatedly added to the ink box of the printer, the ink box is prevented from being discarded after being used for one time, and resources are saved.
In one embodiment, the fixing member is a screw cap having both ends penetrating therethrough, and the screw cap is detachably connected to the opening of the ink cartridge body.
In a preferred embodiment, the ink supply nozzle assembly comprises a frame, wherein an ink supply channel and an air inlet channel are arranged inside the frame; the two sealing pieces are respectively used for sealing the ink supply channel and the air inlet channel; a fastening plate connected with the frame; a stopper plate between the fastening plate and the frame to firmly position the seal at the outlets of the ink supply passage and the air intake passage.
In a preferred embodiment, an outer flange is provided on an outer side of the frame, and a size of the outer flange is larger than a size of an end of the screw cap away from the ink cartridge body, so that the ink supply nozzle assembly is fixed to the opening of the ink cartridge body when the screw cap is connected to the opening of the ink cartridge body.
In a preferred embodiment, a seal is provided between the outer flange and the opening of the cartridge body to prevent ink leakage.
In a preferred embodiment, the printer cartridge further comprises a positioning assembly for obtaining a desired mounting orientation of the ink supply nozzle assembly when the ink supply nozzle assembly is mounted to the opening of the cartridge body.
In one embodiment, the positioning assembly includes a vertical rib disposed inside the opening of the cartridge body and a vertical groove disposed outside the frame, the vertical rib being insertable into the vertical groove to obtain a desired mounting orientation of the ink supply nozzle assembly when one end of the ink supply nozzle assembly is inserted into the cartridge body through the opening of the cartridge body.

Detailed Description
The structure and other aspects of the printer cartridge of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific embodiments.
FIG. 1 shows an ink cartridge for a printer according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in the figure, the printer ink box comprises an ink box body 1 and an ink supply nozzle assembly 2, wherein the ink box body 1 is used for containing ink, and the ink is conveyed to an ink supply system of a printer through the ink supply nozzle assembly 2. When the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 is mounted to the ink cartridge body 1, one end of the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 extends into the ink cartridge body 1 through the opening 11 of the ink cartridge body 1, and the other end thereof is located outside the ink cartridge body 1. The printer ink cartridge of the present invention further comprises a fixing member 3, and the fixing member 3 is used for detachably mounting the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 to the opening 11 of the ink cartridge body 1.
Fig. 2 and 3 each show an embodiment of an ink supply nozzle assembly 2 of an ink cartridge for a printer according to the present invention. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 includes a frame 21, a seal 22, and a fastening plate 23. Wherein, the frame 1 is provided with an ink supply channel 211 and an air intake channel 212 inside; the seal 22 is used to seal the ink supply passage 211 and the air intake passage 212, respectively, and as shown in fig. 3, the seal 22 is placed at one end of the ink supply passage 211 and the air intake passage 212 when the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 is assembled. Typically, the seal 22 is made of a rubber material. Through holes corresponding to the ink supply passage 211 and the air intake passage 212 are provided on the fastening plate 23.
In order to achieve a good sealing effect, a stopper plate 24 is further provided between the fastening plate 23 and the frame 21, and the stopper plate 24 firmly positions the seal 22 at one ends of the ink supply passage 211 and the air intake passage 212. Similarly, through holes corresponding to the ink supply passage 211 and the air intake passage 212 are also provided in the stopper plate 24. As shown in fig. 3, when the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 is assembled, the stopper plate 24 further presses the seal 22 by the connection of the fastening plate 23 to the frame 21, thereby achieving a good sealing effect.
In a preferred embodiment, the fastening member 3 is a screw cap, and the inner side of the screw cap is provided with threads, and correspondingly, the opening of the ink cartridge body 1 is also provided with mutually matched threads, so that the detachable assembly can be realized.
As shown in fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment, the outer side of the frame 21 is provided with an outer flange 215, and the size of the outer flange 215 is larger than the size of the end 31 of the fixing member 3 away from the ink cartridge body 1, so that when the fixing member 3 is connected with the opening 11 of the ink cartridge body 1, the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 is fixed between the opening 11 and the end 31 of the ink cartridge body 1 to prevent the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 from moving.
After the ink in the ink box body 1 is used up, the fixing part 3 and the ink supply nozzle component 2 are taken down, the ink can be added into the ink box body 1, and the ink box body 1, the ink supply nozzle component 2 and the fixing part 3 can be reassembled after the ink is added, so that the ink box is prevented from being discarded after being used once, and the resource saving is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 4, a seal ring 5 is provided between the outer flange 215 and the opening 11 of the cartridge body 1 to prevent ink leakage. Specifically, the seal ring 5 is provided between one side of the outer flange 215 and the end surface of the opening 11.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the printer cartridge further comprises a positioning member for obtaining a desired mounting orientation of the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 when the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 is mounted to the opening 11 of the cartridge body 1.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the positioning assembly includes a vertical rib 116 disposed inside the opening 11 of the ink cartridge body 1 and a vertical groove 216 disposed outside the frame 21, and when one end of the ink supply nozzle assembly 2 is inserted into the ink cartridge body 1 through the opening 11 of the ink cartridge body 1, the vertical rib 116 can be inserted into the vertical groove 216 to achieve a desired positioning of the ink supply nozzle assembly 2.

Claims (7)
1. An ink box of a printer comprises an ink box body and an ink supply nozzle component, wherein the ink box body is used for containing ink, and the ink is output through the ink supply nozzle component,
one end of the ink supply nozzle assembly extends into the ink box body through the opening of the ink box body, and the other end of the ink supply nozzle assembly is positioned outside the ink box body so as to be connected with an ink supply system of a printer;
the printer ink box also comprises a fixing piece, and the fixing piece detachably installs the ink supply nozzle assembly to the opening of the ink box body.
2. The printer cartridge of claim 1 wherein the fixing member is a screw cap having both ends extending therethrough, the screw cap being detachably connected to the opening of the cartridge body.
3. The printer cartridge of claim 2, wherein the ink supply nozzle assembly comprises:
the frame is internally provided with an ink supply channel and an air inlet channel;
the two sealing pieces are respectively used for sealing the ink supply channel and the air inlet channel;
a fastening plate connected with the frame;
a stopper plate between the fastening plate and the frame to firmly position the sealing member at one ends of the ink supply passage and the air intake passage.
4. The printer cartridge of claim 3 wherein the frame is provided with an external flange on an outside thereof, the external flange having a size larger than an end of the screw cap remote from the cartridge body, such that the ink supply nozzle assembly is secured to the cartridge body opening when the screw cap is coupled to the cartridge body opening.
5. The printer cartridge of claim 4, wherein a seal is provided between the outer flange and the opening of the cartridge body to prevent ink leakage.
6. The printer cartridge of claim 1, further comprising a positioning assembly for obtaining a desired mounting orientation of the ink supply nozzle assembly when the ink supply nozzle assembly is mounted to the opening of the cartridge body.
7. The printer cartridge of claim 3, further comprising a positioning assembly for obtaining a desired mounting orientation of the ink supply nozzle assembly when the ink supply nozzle assembly is mounted to the opening of the cartridge body; wherein,
the positioning assembly includes a vertical rib disposed inside the opening of the cartridge body and a vertical groove disposed outside the frame, the vertical rib being insertable into the vertical groove to obtain a desired mounting orientation of the ink supply nozzle assembly when one end of the ink supply nozzle assembly is inserted into the cartridge body through the opening of the cartridge body.
