一种涂布机的进料装置,包括机架,机架上连接上滚筒和下滚筒,所述机架上连接用于导向浆料进入上滚筒和下滚筒之间的侧板,所述侧板上设置用于限制浆料边宽的阻挡装置,所述阻挡装置包括阻挡板和用于固定阻挡板位置的固定部件。本进料装置结构简单,制作方便,可实现阻挡板与侧板、上滚筒、下滚筒之间的紧密贴合,密闭性好,有效的防止浆料的泄漏。并且通过阻挡装置的可移动设置,可以随时根据基材的需要而改变浆料的宽度和深度,提高了装置的灵活性、便利性。

一种涂布机的进料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及用于涂染皮革材料的涂布机,特别是涂布机的进料装置。
背景技术
涂布机是涂装设备系列机械中的一种重要设备,其具有油漆损耗小、生产效率高、维护简单方便;可以和流水线很好的对接,组成自动化程度较高的生产线。其中辊式涂布机使用量比较高,辊式涂布是用涂布辊向涂布面施以涂料,机内涂布以此类涂布机为主。涂布量可通过计量辊间压力进行调节,压力加强,涂料的通过量减少,涂布量也就减少。这种涂布机在向双辊之间送料时,有些是直接浆料喷在基材上面,这种对环境要求高,容易造成污染。而有些是基材经过浆料池,这种难以控制涂料厚度,涂染位置面积过大,容易造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是解决上述技术问题,提供一种可控制涂染精度,避免浪费的涂布机的进料装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种涂布机的进料装置,包括机架,机架上连接上滚筒和下滚筒,所述机架上连接用于导向浆料进入上滚筒和下滚筒之间的侧板,所述侧板上设置用于限制浆料边宽的阻挡装置,所述阻挡装置包括阻挡板和用于固定阻挡板位置的固定部件;所述阻挡板包括板体,板体一侧设置为与侧板紧密贴合并限制浆料宽度的斜边,斜边相邻的一侧设置对应上滚筒、下滚筒圆弧的上圆弧边和下圆弧边,上圆弧边连接一高度边一直延伸到与下圆弧边相对的一限高边;所述上圆弧边、下圆弧边和斜边的两个侧面各粘接一层油纸,油纸凸出所述上圆弧边、下圆弧边和斜边的边缘并延长出一段延长边,两侧面的油纸的延长边相互粘接在一起。
被染的基材沿着侧板的表面进入到上滚筒和下滚筒之间,然后侧板上倒入浆料,因为侧板的两侧设置阻挡装置,和上滚筒与基材之间的挤压力,会使浆料堆积成一个浆料池,并慢慢的跟随基材运动。而板体两个表面粘接油纸,并且油纸形成延长边。这里的油纸具有防止污染,不会造成浆料渗透到板体内。并且油纸具有防水性能,每次用完以后可以用水冲洗油纸表面的浆料,这样就可以重复使用,节省成本。而油纸形成的延长边可以减少板体边缘与其他部件接触的摩擦力,并消除了因板体尺寸精度问题造成与其他部件接触面的配合空隙,加强了接触面的密闭性,从而解决浆料泄漏的问题。
作为优选,所述固定部件包括基板,所述基板上固定连接限位板,所述限位板上设置用于将阻挡板固定在限位板上的卡接件。
作为优选,所述基板设置有套接在侧板端部上的凹形折弯口,并在基板设置卡接件的另一面上设置用于穿过基板直通凹形折弯口的螺栓。侧板套在凹形折弯口上,然后通过螺栓穿过基板一直到抵住侧板,通过螺栓对侧板的摩擦力使整个基板固定在侧板上。
作为优选,所述卡接件包括与基板固定连接且设置于限位板上端部的铰接板,所述铰接板连接的活动件为L形。设置于限位板的上端部并且是L形,就可以限制阻挡板的两个方向,一个是侧面一个是上端面。
作为优选,所述活动件上还设置穿过活动件一直到限位板的拧紧螺栓柱。前面光通过L形的活动件不能完全固定住阻挡板。这里通过拧紧螺栓柱抵住阻挡板,用两个之间的摩擦力使阻挡板不能移动。
作为优选,所述限位板上端边缘与侧板的限高边对齐。
作为优选,所述高度边与上圆弧边相连一侧的一部分也设置油纸,所述这部分的油纸与粘接在上圆弧边位置的油纸为一整块。保证油纸的一体性,避免因油纸之间的空隙造成浆料渗透入阻挡板内。
本发明有益效果是:
本进料装置结构简单,制作方便,可实现阻挡板与侧板、上滚筒、下滚筒之间的紧密贴合,密闭性好,有效的防止浆料的泄漏。并且通过阻挡装置的可移动设置,可以随时根据基材的需要而改变浆料的宽度和深度,提高了装置的灵活性、便利性。

实施例1,如图1—5所示,一种涂布机的进料装置,包括机架7,机架7上连接上滚筒5和下滚筒6,所述机架7上连接用于导向浆料进入上滚筒5和下滚筒6之间的侧板1,首先是基材面料贴合在侧板1上进入到上滚筒5与下滚筒6之间,所述侧板1上设置用于限制浆料边宽的阻挡装置2,所述阻挡装置2包括阻挡板3和用于固定阻挡板3位置的固定部件4;所述阻挡板3包括板体31,如图2所示,板体31一侧设置为与侧板1紧密贴合并限制浆料宽度的斜边311,斜边311相邻的一侧设置对应上滚筒5、下滚筒6圆弧的上圆弧边313和下圆弧边312,上圆弧边313连接一高度边314一直延伸到与下圆弧边312相对的一限高边315;如图3所示,所述上圆弧边313、下圆弧边312和斜边311的两个侧面各粘接一层油纸32,这里的油纸32指的是用较韧的原纸,涂上桐油或其他干性油制成,并具有耐折及防水性能。所述高度边314与上圆弧边313相连一侧的一部分也设置油纸32,所述这部分的油纸32与粘接在上圆弧边313位置的油纸32为一整块。也可以板体31两个侧面各贴一张油纸32,油纸32覆盖了整个侧面表面。然后油纸32凸出所述上圆弧边313、下圆弧边312和斜边311的边缘并延长出一段延长边33,两侧面的油纸32的延长边33相互粘接在一起。因为油纸32不仅可以减少与其他部件接触的摩擦力,避免对上滚筒5的刮伤,还可以减少连接空隙,防止浆料从空隙中泄漏,也防止浆料渗透入板体31中。油纸32是从侧向安装进去的,延长边33会被折弯与其他部件贴合。
如图4所示,所述固定部件4包括基板42,所述基板42上固定连接限位板41,所述限位板41上设置用于将阻挡板3固定在限位板41上的卡接件43。所述基板42设置有套接在侧板1端部上的凹形折弯口45,并在基板42设置卡接件43的另一面上设置用于穿过基板42直通凹形折弯口45的螺栓44。所述卡接件43包括与基板42固定连接且设置于限位板41上端部的铰接板431,所述铰接板431连接的活动件432为L形。所述活动件432上还设置穿过活动件432一直到限位板41的拧紧螺栓柱433。通过活动件432将阻挡板3限制在限位板41上,然后通过拧紧螺栓柱433穿过活动件432抵住阻挡板3,从而固定阻挡板3,使之不能移动。
作为优选,所述限位板41上端边缘与侧板1的限高边315对齐。这样利于操作人员装配方便,有基准边就可以提高安装精度。

1.一种涂布机的进料装置,包括机架(7),机架(7)上连接上滚筒(5)和下滚筒(6),所述机架(7)上连接用于导向浆料进入上滚筒(5)和下滚筒(6)之间的侧板(1),其特征在于:所述侧板(1)上设置用于限制浆料边宽的阻挡装置(2),所述阻挡装置(2)包括阻挡板(3)和用于固定阻挡板(3)位置的固定部件(4);所述阻挡板(3)包括板体(31),板体(31)一侧设置为与侧板(1)紧密贴合并限制浆料宽度的斜边(311),斜边(311)相邻的一侧设置对应上滚筒(5)、下滚筒(6)圆弧的上圆弧边(313)和下圆弧边(312),上圆弧边(313)连接一高度边(314)一直延伸到与下圆弧边(312)相对的一限高边(315);所述上圆弧边(313)、下圆弧边(312)和斜边(311)的两个侧面各粘接一层油纸(32),油纸(32)凸出所述上圆弧边(313)、下圆弧边(312)和斜边(311)的边缘并延长出一段延长边(33),两侧面的油纸(32)的延长边(33)相互粘接在一起,所述固定部件(4)包括基板(42),所述基板(42)上固定连接限位板(41),所述限位板(41)上设置用于将阻挡板(3)固定在限位板(41)上的卡接件(43),所述高度边(314)与上圆弧边(313)相连一侧的一部分也设置油纸(32),所述这部分的油纸(32)与粘接在上圆弧边(313)位置的油纸(32)为一整块。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种涂布机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述基板(42)设置有套接在侧板(1)端部上的凹形折弯口(45),并在基板(42)设置卡接件(43)的另一面上设置用于穿过基板(42)直通凹形折弯口(45)的螺栓(44)。
3.按权利要求2所述的一种涂布机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述卡接件(43)包括与基板(42)固定连接且设置于限位板(41)上端部的铰接板(431),所述铰接板(431)连接的活动件(432)为L形。
4.按权利要求3所述的一种涂布机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述活动件(432)上还设置穿过活动件(432)一直到限位板(41)的拧紧螺栓柱(433)。
5.按权利要求4所述的一种涂布机的进料装置,其特征在于:所述限位板(41)上端边缘与侧板(1)的限高边(315)对齐。
