Abstract

本发明涉及物料破碎设备技术领域,尤其是一种双层筛网。其包括筛框和筛条,筛条均匀排列在筛框内,筛框的上方设有辅助框,辅助框内旋转连接有筛板。在筛框的上方设置辅助框,并在辅助框内旋转连接筛板,当物料下落时,先撒到辅助框内的筛板上进行初步筛选,避免了大面积堆积,并通过翻转,对物料进行整理,防止堵塞筛眼,大大提高了筛料质量和筛料效率。

本发明涉及物料破碎设备技术领域,尤其是一种双层筛网。
背景技术
现有的破碎机筛网一般包括有由一对横向的侧板和一对纵向的连接板构成的框架,在两侧板之间连接有多条纵向的栅条。这种结构比较呆板,当各种大小的物料一起落下时,混合一团,大颗粒容易卡在网上,阻挡小颗粒,造成堵塞,增加筛网的负担和磨损,缩短使用寿命,更影响筛料效率和筛料质量。
发明内容
为了克服现有的破碎机筛网易堵塞,效率低下的不足,本发明提供了一种双层筛网。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双层筛网,包括筛框和筛条,筛条均匀排列在筛框内,筛框的上方设有辅助框,辅助框内旋转连接有筛板。
本发明的有益效果是,在筛框的上方设置辅助框,并在辅助框内旋转连接筛板,当物料下落时,先撒到辅助框内的筛板上进行初步筛选,避免了大面积堆积,并通过翻转,对物料进行整理,防止堵塞筛眼,大大提高了筛料质量和筛料效率。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种双层筛网,包括筛框1和筛条2,筛条2均匀排列在筛框1内,筛框1的上方设有辅助框3,辅助框3内旋转连接有筛板4。
在筛框1的上方设置辅助框3,并在辅助框3内旋转连接筛板4,当物料下落时,先撒到辅助框3内的筛板4上进行初步筛选,避免了大面积堆积,并通过翻转,对物料进行整理,防止堵塞筛眼,大大提高了筛料质量和筛料效率。
