本发明涉及一种含腐殖酸的甘蔗杀虫颗粒剂,有效成分由噻虫嗪、丙硫克百威和腐殖酸按照1‑3:1‑3:1‑3的重量比混配而成。经室内和大田试验证明,本发明增效作用显著,能够大幅提高药效,且能够缓解甘蔗螟虫对于单剂的抗性发展。

一种含腐殖酸的甘蔗杀虫颗粒剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含腐殖酸的甘蔗杀虫颗粒剂。
背景技术
目前,腐植酸多被作为调节剂或者载体,其能增强作物抗逆性,使作物少得病或不得病,减少农药使用,有利于降低农药污染。此外,腐植酸对部分农药有增效作用,能够提高药效,减少农药使用量。如河南省化学研究所研制的水溶性煤炭腐植酸农药增效剂与草甘膦复配防治果园杂草,施药10天时调查,比单施甘草膦防效提高57.8%;与巨星制剂复配防治麦田杂草,用药30天时调查,比单施巨星除草剂防效提高40%~50%。济南市蓝天生物制药有限公司王旭疆等用生化黄腐酸与多菌灵混用,提高防效30%;与瑞毒铜混用防治黄瓜霜霉病,防效提高46.95%;与甲基托布津混用防花生叶斑病,防效提高57.8%。以上试验结果说明,腐植酸能够显著提高部分农药的药效作用。
因此,重视腐殖酸与化学农药或生物农药复配,生产无污染的生态型农药,是减少或避免农药对农产品及生态环境污染的一条经济有效的途径。目前,还没有将腐殖酸与甘蔗杀虫剂复配的增效作用相关研究报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对上述现有技术,提供一种防治甘蔗螟虫增效作用显著,防效更高、成本更低且能够缓解抗性发展的杀虫颗粒剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种含腐殖酸的甘蔗杀虫颗粒剂,有效成分由噻虫嗪、丙硫克百威和腐殖酸按照1-3:1-3:1-3的重量比混配而成。
本发明增效作用显著,能够大幅提高药效,降低用药投入成本和农药毒性,且能够克服单剂容易产生抗性的缺点,延长持效期。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案和技术效果作进一步说明,本发明所述的百分比均为重量百分比。
一 室内联合毒力测定试验
1.试虫:于贵港三里镇蔗区,直接采集3龄幼虫进行试验。
2.试验设置:
清水对照;
噻虫嗪单剂,从200mg/L起等比稀释6个浓度梯度;
丙硫克百威单剂,从200mg/L起等比稀释6个浓度梯度;
腐殖酸单剂,从800mg/L起等比稀释6个浓度梯度;
噻虫嗪、丙硫克百威和腐殖酸按照以下重量比配制混剂1#-6#,并分别从200mg/L起等比稀释6个浓度梯度:
3.试验方法:10s浸虫法。浸虫后以甘蔗茎秆饲养,药后2天调查结果。用EXCEL表格进行结果的统计分析,计算回归曲线、LC50值,根据SunJohnson(1960)的共毒系数法(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,计算共度系数CTC,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。
4.结果分析:结果统计如表1所示,从表1可知,噻虫嗪、丙硫克百威和腐殖酸在本发明所述的重量比例范围内对于甘蔗螟虫是协同增效的。

二 大田药效试验
(1)试验处理设置
将噻虫嗪、丙硫克百威和腐殖酸分别按照重量比1:1:1和1:1:3混合,再与填料高岭土配制成2%噻虫嗪·丙硫克百威·腐殖酸颗粒剂,作为产品实验组1和2;亩用量2kg。
分别以2%噻虫嗪颗粒剂、2%丙硫克百威颗粒剂和5%腐殖酸颗粒剂作为产品对照组1、2和3;其中产品对照组1和2亩用量3kg,产品对照组3亩用量5kg。
以上处理于甘蔗下种时施药,设置一空白对照。
(2)试验结果
施药后50天进行结果调查,统计出苗增长率和枯心率,出苗增长率=(实验组出苗数-对照组出苗数)/对照组出苗数*100%,枯心率=枯心苗数/总苗数*100%。结果如下:
产品实验组1和2、产品对照组1、2和3的出苗增长率分别为28.4%、31.2%、10.7%、9.9%和4.3%;枯心率分别为0.1%、0.3%、6.5%、5.4%、12.8%,而对照组的枯心率为15.5%。可见,本发明的产品实验组1和2对甘蔗螟虫的防治效果较单剂产品对照组而言,效果很优异。

1.一种含腐殖酸的甘蔗杀虫颗粒剂,其特征在于,有效成分由噻虫嗪、丙硫克百威和腐殖酸混配而成,所述噻虫嗪、丙硫克百威和腐殖酸的重量比为1:1:1、1:1:3、1:3:1、1:3:3、3:1:1或3:1:3。
