本发明公开了一种小型锂电池存放及整平工装,包括托板(1)和锂电池盛放盒(2),所述的托板包括托板把(4)和托板面(3),托板把(4)与托板面(3)相连;锂电池盛放盒(2)上具有若干均匀分布的凹槽(5),凹槽(5)用于盛放锂电池。该工装具有结构简单,使用方便,成本较低的特点,特别适合小型企业使用。

本发明涉及锂电池生领域,尤其是一种小型锂电池存放及整平工装。
背景技术
目前,便携式电子设备已广泛被人们使用,如手机、蓝牙耳机、MP3、MP4、智能手表等;大部分便携式一般均采用小型锂电池作为电源。小型锂电在生产的过程中整平工序,一般大中型均采用的全自动整平整形设备,但这种成套的全制动整形设备价格较为昂贵,不适合小企业,因此许多小企业生产的锂电池均不经过烫边、折边工序,这样就会大大的影响锂电点的质量和外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种小型锂电池存放及整平工装,其具有结构简单,使用方便,成本较低等诸多优点。
本发明解决起技术问题采用的技术方案是:该工装包括:托板和锂电池盛放盒,所述的托板包括托板把和托板面,托板把与托板面相连;锂电池盛放盒上具有若干均匀分布的凹槽,凹槽用于盛放锂电池。
所述的托板把有两个,优选的托板为金属材质,锂电池盛放盒为塑料材质。
所述的托板和锂电池盛放盒大小相同。
本发明的有益效果是:该工装具有结构简单,使用方便,成本较低的特点,特别适合小型企业使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:如图1和2所示,该工装包括:托板和锂电池盛放盒,所述的托板包括托板把和托板面,托板把与托板面相连;锂电池盛放盒上具有若干均匀分布的凹槽,凹槽用于盛放锂电池。所述的托板把有两个,优选的托板为金属材质,锂电池盛放盒为塑料材质。所述的托板和锂电池大小相同。
工作时,将托板放在装满锂电池的锂电池盛放盒上,倒置,取走锂电池盛放盒,此时端走托板,置于冲压机上,使用冲压机对电池进行整平,整平后,将锂电池盛放盒覆盖在托板上,倒置,完成整平工序。

1.一种小型锂电池存放及整平工装,其特征在于:包括托板(1)和锂电池盛放盒(2),所述的托板包括托板把(4)和托板面(3),托板把(4)与托板面(3)相连;锂电池盛放盒(2)上具有若干均匀分布的凹槽(5),凹槽(5)用于盛放锂电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型锂电池存放及整平工装,其特征在于:托板把(4)有两个,优选的托板(1)为金属材质,锂电池盛放盒(2)为塑料材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型锂电池存放及整平工装,其特征在于:所述的托板(1)和锂电池盛放盒(2)大小相同。
