Description

Modular banknote receiving device for banknote sorter
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of financial machines and instruments, and relates to a paper money sorter, in particular to a modular money collecting device of the paper money sorter.
Background
With the development of social economy, the bank has more and more large workload for arranging paper money. The paper currency sorter is used for replacing manual separation of old currency, damaged currency and counterfeit currency, and becomes necessary equipment for various large, medium and small banks or other financial units.
The existing large, medium and small sized sorting machines have become mature in the aspects of money walking speed, money card processing, recognition capability, rich functions and the like. The sorting machine designed aiming at different application occasions and use requirements has various structures and various advantages, but generally has no expansibility.
At present, the sorting machine products on the market have the common points of being disassembled and repaired and reassembled, but the structure is fixed and can not be freely changed. The machine is purchased in a whole platform, and the components can not be purchased separately and can be freely assembled. The number of the cash outlets of the cash sorter with a specific model is determined and cannot be increased or decreased. When a user purchases a product, the user has to determine his or her actual needs in order to select a sorter containing the corresponding number of outlets. When the user is in the process of using the device, the purchased product cannot meet the actual demand along with the change of the actual demand, and a new product has to be purchased at the price of one complete machine. And how the original product is treated needs to be considered.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a modular banknote collecting device capable of being infinitely overlapped aiming at the current situation that the existing banknote sorter does not have expansibility, so that a banknote outlet of the banknote sorter adopting the banknote collecting device can be conveniently expanded.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a modular cash collecting device for a cash sorter is characterized by comprising a tail cash collecting module and at least one middle cash collecting module with the same structure. Each money receiving module comprises an inlet and at least one money outlet, and a money receiving platform is arranged beside each money outlet. The middle modules have the same structure, each middle money receiving module also comprises an outlet, the inlet side structure and the outlet side structure of the middle module are matched, and the inlet structure and the outlet structure of the middle module can be butted. The outlet side structure of the middle module matches the inlet side structure of the tail module. The outlet structure of the middle module is dockable with the inlet structure of the tail module.
Furthermore, the banknote collecting device is formed by upward superposition of at least one middle banknote collecting module and one tail banknote collecting module. The tail banknote receiving module is positioned at the topmost part of the device. The inlet of each banknote receiving module is arranged in the center of the bottom, and the outlet of the middle banknote receiving module is arranged in the center of the top. Two sides of each money receiving module are respectively provided with a money outlet and a money receiving platform which are symmetrical to each other.
The middle money receiving module comprises a base frame, a pair of driving belt rollers are arranged on the base frame through bearings respectively, and the lower ends of the two movable supports are rotatably connected with the base frame. The rotating axes of the lower ends of the two movable brackets are respectively coaxial with the rotating axes of the pair of driving belt rollers. The inlet is between the pair of drive belt rollers. The pair of driven belt rollers are respectively arranged at the upper ends of the two movable brackets through bearings. One or a group of money conveying belts are sleeved on the driving belt roller and the driven belt roller on each movable support, and the two or two groups of money conveying belts are attached together in a state that the two movable supports are combined and disturbed towards the middle. A tension roller is disposed on one of the movable supports.
Four limiting columns are arranged on the base frame and respectively limit the opening and closing positions of the two movable supports.
A tee bend turns over board reposition of redundant personnel mechanism and locates driven belt roller top, its first, second reposition of redundant personnel mouth is to both sides. The third shunting port faces upwards and is used as an outlet of the banknote receiving module and is in butt joint with an inlet of the banknote receiving module above. The outer sides of the two movable brackets are respectively provided with a cash receiving platform. The outer end of the paper money receiving table inclines upwards, and the angle of the upward inclination of the outer end of the paper money receiving table is equal to the movable corner of the movable bracket. When the two movable supports are separated, the paper money receiving table is just horizontal, and paper money on the paper money receiving table cannot slide outwards during maintenance.
The tail banknote receiving module positioned at the top also comprises a base frame, a pair of driving belt rollers, two movable supports, a pair of driven belt rollers, two banknote conveying belts, a tensioning roller and two banknote receiving tables, and the structures and the arrangement modes of the driving belt rollers, the movable supports, the driven belt rollers, the banknote conveying belts, the tensioning rollers and the banknote receiving tables are also the same as those of the middle banknote receiving module.
The difference lies in that: different from the three-way turning plate shunting mechanism, a two-way turning plate shunting mechanism is arranged above the driven belt roller in the tail banknote collecting module, and two shunting ports of the two-way turning plate shunting mechanism are arranged towards two sides.
The two-way turning plate shunting mechanism consists of a turning plate with two paper money guide surfaces and a turning plate swing driving device which are arranged in a swinging mode.
The three-way turning plate shunting mechanism consists of two symmetrically arranged turning plates which are arranged in a swinging mode and provided with two paper money guiding surfaces and two driving devices which respectively drive the two turning plates to swing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the banknote collecting device is modularized, and the middle modules can be infinitely superposed and can be freely disassembled and reduced. When the user uses the sorter adopting the banknote collecting device, the banknote collecting modules can be automatically increased or decreased according to the use requirement. When the product is sold, the middle cash collecting module can be used as an optional part, and the number of the middle cash collecting module is automatically determined to be purchased according to the use requirement. When the actual demand changes, the purchased banknote receiving module can not meet the demand, and the banknote receiving module can be purchased at any time. Similarly, when the purchased banknote receiving module is redundant due to the change of actual requirements, the user can also take the redundant banknote receiving module into the warehouse, so that the whole machine is reduced, and the occupied office space is reduced.
When the money receiving module is damaged and needs to be maintained by a counter factory, the counter factory of the money receiving module can be taken down independently, the whole machine is conveyed without spending more transport fees, and the effect is particularly remarkable for a large-scale sorter.
