Abstract
The invention provides a financial card, a mobile terminal and a mobile payment system, wherein the financial card comprises a substrate and an IC card chip for performing a financial payment function. The IC card chip is arranged on the substrate. The financial card further comprises a near-field communication module. The near-field communication module is arranged on the substrate and is coupled with the IC card chip and is used for transmitting payment information generated in transaction of the IC card chip with an outer reader to the mobile terminal. The financial card according to the technical solution provided by the utility model settles the technical problems of low versatility, low transplantability and incapability of satisfying the control requirement of payment mechanisms of Unionpay, etc. in existing mobile payment solution in related technique, thereby improving versatility and transplantability of the financial card, and furthermore improving versatility and transplantability of the mobile payment mode. Furthermore, dominance of the mobile payment solution by the Unionpay without restriction by mobile service operators can be realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mobile payment, in particular to a financial card, a mobile terminal and a mobile payment system.
Background
Near Field Communication (NFC) is a Near Field Communication technology evolved by RFID, mobile payment is a main function of NFC, and in order to ensure security of payment, an NFC mobile phone payment system needs to have a Secure Element (SE). According to the different positions of the SE, the NFC-based mobile phone payment service has three different schemes: the NFC terminal comprises an NFC full terminal (SE is built in mobile phone hardware), an NFC Single Wire Protocol (NFC-SWP for short) (SE is built in SIM card), and an NFC-SD card (SE is built in SD card).
Due to the fact that the SE has three different modes, a lot of disputes are brought, and the SE is controlled by the SE, so that the NFC mobile phone market is led. However, currently only the NFC-SWP solution is globally unified, and this solution SE is stored on the SIM card and is controlled by the operator, but for banks and other payment institutions, it also wants to control SE.
In the current market, the NFC chips are all on the terminals, and the NFC-SWP scheme is controlled by the telecommunication operator, depends on the terminal type, has no universality and portability, cannot satisfy the dominance of payment mechanisms such as union pay and the like on the NFC industry, and is in the way of preventing the NFC from being popularized comprehensively.
In view of the above problems in the related art, no effective solution has been proposed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a financial card, a mobile terminal and a mobile payment system, aiming at solving the technical problems that the existing mobile payment scheme has low universality and portability and cannot meet the control requirements of payment mechanisms such as Unionpay and the like in the related art.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of a financial card according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the financial card includes: the mobile terminal comprises a substrate 10, an IC card chip 101 for performing a financial payment function, and a near field communication module 103, wherein the IC card chip 101 is arranged on the substrate 10, and the near field communication module 103 is arranged on the substrate 10, coupled with the IC card chip 101, and configured to send payment information generated when the IC card chip 101 and an external reader perform a transaction to the mobile terminal.
By adopting the financial card provided by the embodiment, the near field communication chip for the near field communication function is arranged in the financial card, so that the financial card can directly carry out near field communication with an external reader (such as a POS machine), the financial card can be more flexibly applied to the field of mobile payment, the universality and the portability of a mobile payment mode are improved, and the effective control of a UnionPay system on the mobile payment can be realized.
In this embodiment, the near field communication module may be a near field communication NFC chip, and in order to implement an NFC function, an NFC antenna may be integrated on the financial card, or an NFC contact connected to an NFC antenna (for example, an NFC antenna on a mobile terminal) may be provided. For the latter, an antenna implementation with contacts may be provided on the back cover of the mobile terminal.
The IC card chip 101 and the near field communication module 103 may be provided on an outer surface of the substrate 10, and may be embedded or attached to a surface of the substrate, or may be internally provided in the substrate.
In this embodiment, in order to enhance the security during the transaction, as shown in fig. 2, a secure chip 105 may be further disposed on the financial card, and the secure chip 105 is connected to the near field communication module 103, and is configured to encrypt the payment information and send the encrypted payment information to the mobile terminal. Therefore, the mobile terminal can directly verify and authorize the delivery information (such as bus card payment information) according to the type of the payment information to finish payment, and can also send the payment information to a Unionpay system to confirm and authorize to finish payment.
At this time, the near field communication module may communicate with the secure chip through a Single Wire Protocol (SWP) to implement encryption of the above payment information.
The financial card can be installed in a mobile terminal (for example, a mobile phone) when applied, at the moment, a corresponding installation position needs to be arranged in the terminal, for example, a specific card slot can be arranged, and at the moment, the shape of the substrate is adapted to a specified card slot in the mobile terminal. Of course, when the mobile terminal is a multi-card mobile phone, the financial card can be installed by using one of the SIM card slots, in which case the shape of the substrate is the same as that of the SIM card in the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, as described above, the financial card may be configured in the same shape as the SIM card, so that as shown in fig. 2, the financial card may further include: the SIM card module 107 is disposed on the substrate 10. In other words, the financial card in the present embodiment may be provided on the SIM card.
In this embodiment, the financial card may support a card simulation form, and may simulate the financial card as follows: bus card, entrance guard card, union pay card, electronic wallet. The electronic tag can also support a card reader mode and can be used for reading related information on the electronic tag; and a point-to-point mode is also supported, and data interaction between NFC devices can be realized.
The financial IC card provided by the embodiment can be compatible with mobile terminals of different standards, is plug-and-play, convenient and flexible, and has strong universality; besides near-field payment, remote payment can be supported, and the card is multifunctional.
In this embodiment, in accordance with the financial card, there is also provided a mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 3, including:
a card slot 30 for installing the financial card;
and the main control chip 32 is used for receiving payment information generated when the IC card chip of the financial card communicates with an external reader and verifying the payment information.
The card slot can be a special card slot for installing financial cards or a SIM card slot. In the latter case, in order not to affect the normal communication service of the mobile terminal, the number of the SIM card slots is at least two.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal may include: the NFC antenna is connected with the near field communication module in the financial card; or the NFC contact is connected with the NFC antenna in the financial card.
In this embodiment, there is further provided a mobile payment system, as shown in fig. 4, including: the financial card 40 described above, the mobile terminal 42 described above, and the unionpay payment system 44; the mobile terminal forwards payment information generated when the financial card is communicated with an external reader to a Unionpay payment system for payment.
For a better understanding of the above embodiments, reference is made to the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the above embodiments.
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a novel financial IC card 50, which includes an NFC chip 501 (equivalent to the NFC module 103) and an IC card chip 503 (equivalent to the IC card chip 101), where the NFC chip 501 and the IC card chip 503 are correspondingly connected through an L1 (SWP, Single Wire Protocol).
The NFC antenna of the present embodiment may be embedded in the card base 505 (equivalent to the substrate 10) of the financial IC card 50, or the financial IC card 50 may be provided with a contact P1 for connecting the NFC antenna.
A Secure Element (SE, Secure Element) 507 (equivalent to the Secure chip 105) is built in the IC card chip 503, and the Secure Element 507 is used for controlling the NFC chip 501 to interact with external NFC equipment, so as to complete specific functions such as card swiping and authentication.
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment further provides a mobile terminal 60, which includes a financial IC card slot 601, wherein the financial IC card 50 is placed in the financial IC card slot 601 and is in communication connection with the mobile terminal through the relevant contact channel.
As shown in fig. 7, the mobile terminal 60 may further include a mobile phone rear cover 603, and an NFC antenna 6031 with a contact P2 is wound on the mobile phone rear cover 603, and the contact P2 is connected to the contact P1 of the financial IC card 50.
Referring to fig. 8, the connection between the main control chip 605 of the mobile terminal and the financial IC card 50 may be on the NFC chip 501 or the IC card chip 503.
If the financial IC card 50 and the main control chip 605 are connected to the IC card chip 503, the main control chip 605 may perform information interaction with the financial IC card 50 through the L2 and L3 interfaces (for example, ISO7816 interfaces) of the conventional IC card, or may also use a high-speed communication interface, such as IC-USB, MMC, SPI, etc., to improve the communication efficiency of the interface. The IC card chip 503 of the financial IC card 50 communicates with the NFC chip 501 via the SWP protocol.
If the financial IC card 50 and the main control chip 605 are connected to the NFC chip 501, the main control chip 605 may perform information interaction with the financial IC card 50 through IC-USB, MMC, or other connection methods. The IC chip 503 and the NFC chip 501 of the financial IC card 50 still communicate with each other via the SWP protocol.
Therefore, the financial IC card provided by the embodiment comprises the NFC chip and the IC card chip, the security chip is embedded in the IC card chip, and the NFC chip and the security chip communicate through an SWP protocol. The financial IC card is connected with the mobile phone main control chip through another contact channel so as to carry out information interaction.
In summary, the financial card chip provided by the embodiment has the following beneficial effects: the financial IC card can be designed into an SIM card style, and can reuse a card reader of the SIM card, thereby reducing the development cost; the financial IC card is provided with an NFC chip, and can support a card reader and a P2P mode besides a card mode; the financial IC card and the mobile phone have communication interfaces, so that the near field payment and the remote payment are supported; the financial IC card can be flexibly matched with tariff packages of different operators, and compared with an NFC-SWP card scheme, the financial IC card does not need to be replaced by an NFC-SIM card when different types of mobile phones are used, and the universality is good.

8. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a card slot for mounting the financial card of any one of claims 1 to 6;
