Abstract
一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,包括阀体、前端盖、后端盖和转轴,阀体前端设有前端盖,阀体后端设有后端盖,阀体的中间设有转轴,转轴上设有叶片,转轴的前端安装一个齿轮。转轴的前端穿过前端盖上的滚珠转轮孔和转轴孔,后端穿过后端盖上的滚珠转轮孔和转轴孔,前端盖和后端盖之间的转轴上焊接四个叶片。本发明的有益效果是,坚固耐用,构造简易,便于安装与维修,不仅能将生物质颗粒直接送到燃烧器的中间,还能防止发生回火的现象。

所属技术领域:
本发明涉及一种生物质颗粒锅炉进料的阀门,尤其是一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀。
背景技术:
目前,公知的燃用生物质颗粒锅炉的进料口有斜式进料口和直式进料口,斜式进料口进料时,燃烧器不易产生回火、回烟现象,但是不能将生物质颗粒送到燃烧器的中央,不利于生物质颗粒的燃烧。直式进料口进料时能将生物质颗粒直接送到燃烧器的中间,有利于生物质颗粒的燃烧,但是在进料时容易发生回火的现象。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种既能将生物质颗粒直接送到燃烧器的中间,又不会发生回火现象的用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,包括阀壳、前端盖、后端盖和转轴,其特征是:阀壳前端设有前端盖,阀壳后端设有后端盖,阀壳的中间设有转轴,转轴上设有叶片形成为一体的转轮,转轴的前端安装一个齿轮。
根据所述的一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,其特征在于:所述的阀壳一体成型,阀体的上下面为进出料接管法兰的连接平面,平面上设有固定法兰的螺钉孔,中心设有可进出料的接口,上下进出料接口同轴布置,是燃料通过进料接口进入转轮腔体内,然后通过转轮旋转把燃料送出转阀出料口进入燃烧器的通道,阀壳的中部设有空心圆筒,空心圆筒的前后两端分别与前端盖、后端盖相连接,并被前端盖、后端盖所密封。
根据所述的一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,其特征在于:所述前端盖、后端盖为圆形盖,两端设有螺栓插孔,通过两个螺栓固定在阀壳上,前端盖、后端盖的中心设有转轴插孔和滚珠轴承嵌入槽,滚珠轴承嵌入槽内嵌入滚珠轴承。
根据所述的一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,其特征在于:所述转轴的前端穿过前端盖上的滚珠轴承孔和转轴孔,后端穿过后端盖上的滚珠轴承孔和转轴孔,前端盖和后端盖之间的转轴上焊接四个叶片。
本发明的有益效果是,坚固耐用,构造简易,便于安装与维修,在燃烧器进料接口与料箱供料接口间始终密闭的状态下不仅能将生物质颗粒直接送到燃烧器的中间,还能防止燃烧器向料箱发生回火的现象。

具体实施方式:
如图1、2、3、4、5、6、7所示,一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,包括阀体6、前端盖2、后端盖3和转轴1,阀体6前端设有前端盖2,阀体6后端设有后端盖3,阀体6的中间设有转轴1,转轴1上设有叶片5,转轴1的前端安装一个齿轮。阀体6由模具铸造而成,阀体6的上下面为正方形平面,正方形平面的四脚设有螺钉孔10,中心设有圆形孔,上下圆形孔竖直相对,是燃料进入燃烧器的通道,阀体6的中部设有空心圆筒,空心圆筒的前后两端分别与前端盖2、后端盖3相连接,并被前端盖2、后端盖3所密封。前端盖2、后端盖3为圆形盖,两端设有螺栓插孔9,通过两个螺栓8固定在阀体6上,前端盖2、后端盖3的中心设有转轴插孔7和滚珠转轮嵌入槽11,滚珠转轮嵌入槽11内嵌入滚珠转轮4。转轴1的前端穿过前端盖2上的滚珠转轮4的中心孔和转轴插孔7,后端穿过后端盖3上的滚珠转轮4的中心孔和转轴插孔7,前端盖2和后端盖3之间的转轴1上焊接四个叶片5,转轴前端设有齿轮轴12,齿轮轴12上安装一个齿轮。齿轮与生物质颗粒采暖炉的螺旋送料组件、电动机由一条链条组成连动装置,其转速由微电脑设定的程序控制,实现自动调节采暖炉在可控状态下的自动调节功能。转阀组件安装在接料管口下面,通过接料管与下面的燃烧室相通,防止发生回火现象。
Claims (4)
1.一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,包括阀壳、前端盖、后端盖和转轴,其特征是:阀壳前端设有前端盖,阀壳后端设有后端盖,阀壳的中间设有转轴,转轴上设有叶片形成为一体的转轮,转轴的前端安装一个齿轮。
2.根据权利要求1所描述的一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,其特征是:所述的阀壳一体成型,阀体的上下面为进出料接管法兰的连接平面,平面上设有固定法兰的螺钉孔,中心设有可进出料的接口,上下进出料接口同轴布置,是燃料通过进料接口进入转轮腔体内,然后通过转轮旋转把燃料送出转阀出料口进入燃烧器的通道,阀壳的中部设有空心圆筒,空心圆筒的前后两端分别与前端盖、后端盖相连接,并被前端盖、后端盖所密封。
3.根据权利要求1所描述的一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,其特征是:所述前端盖、后端盖为圆形盖,两端设有螺栓插孔,通过两个螺栓固定在阀壳上,前端盖、后端盖的中心设有转轴插孔和滚珠轴承嵌入槽,滚珠轴承嵌入槽内嵌入滚珠轴承。
4.根据权利要求1所描述的一种用在生物质锅炉供料系统中的防回火转阀,其特征是:所述转轴的前端穿过前端盖上的滚珠轴承孔和转轴孔,后端穿过后端盖上的滚珠轴承孔和转轴孔,前端盖和后端盖之间的转轴上焊接四个叶片。
