Abstract

本发明涉及一种两次法跑气保用轮胎一段成型贴合鼓。其是在主轴套的两侧设有左、右导向盘,在左、右导向盘上分别设有导向槽,在每对导向槽上,装设有一块支撑板,在每一块支撑板的外侧,对应装配一块鼓瓦;在主轴套上,还设有气缸装置,在气缸的外侧壁上,设有尼龙锥盘,尼龙锥盘与气缸固定连接,在所述支撑板的内侧,设有与所述尼龙锥盘锥度配合的斜面。本发明,采用分步贴合,第一步是收缩状态贴内衬层,第二步是膨胀状态下上补强胶,然后上贴胎体、压合、正包、扣圈、反包、再压合。通过传动机构使鼓膨胀,使内衬层通过径向拉伸均匀紧贴附在鼓瓦上面,解决了以往内衬层打折,残留气泡,从而提高了产品质量。

Description

两次法跑气保用轮胎一段成型贴合鼓
技术领域
本发明是一种采用两次法生产跑气保用轮胎一段成型贴合鼓(也称零气压保用轮胎一段成型贴合鼓)。适用于一种半钢乘用子午线轿车轮胎专用设备上二次法一段成型机上的生产跑气保用轮胎的成型。
背景技术
随着汽车行业迅猛发展,高档汽车不断增多,人们安全意识的提高,高性能跑气保用轮胎的需求也随着增加,对于轮胎制造行业的技术要求也越来越高。目前二次法一段成型鼓一般采用普通轮胎相同的成型鼓会出现如下缺点:1、补强胶条无法定位;2、胎体贴合后不平整很难充分压合,容易残留气泡等质量问题;3、成品合格率低于70%以下、效率低、成本高等质量问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用在成型鼓表面预留补强胶槽,提高补强胶条的定位精度及解决胎体贴合不平整问题,因此效率得到有效提高,可由于鼓面贴内衬层悬空,在上补强胶条时,产生打折不均匀而产生残留气泡,影响轮胎质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服解决上述背景技术问题,提供一种预留补强胶槽,内衬层径向拉伸贴合,从而彻底内衬层打折、残留气泡,补强胶没定位、胎体压合不实等缺陷,产品合格率从而达到100%的两次法跑气保用轮胎一段成型贴合鼓。
本发明,按照驱动方式,包括气缸充气推动和推杆推动两种方式。本发明以气缸充气推动驱动方式进行说明。
本发明,包括主轴套,在主轴套的两侧设有左导向盘和右导向盘,在左导向盘与右导向盘之间设有连接档杆,在左导向盘和右导向盘上分别设有左限位盘和右限位盘,左限位盘和右限位盘分别与左导向盘和右导向盘固定连接,在左导向盘和右导向盘上分别设有对称设置的复数条径向导向槽,在每对导向槽上,装设有一块可径向运动的支撑板,在每一块支撑板的外侧,对应装配一块鼓瓦;在左导向盘和右导向盘之间的主轴套上,设有气缸装置,所述气缸装置由气缸、气缸盖、活塞和二半卡环组成,活塞通过二半卡环固定连接在主轴套上,气缸盖固定密封连接在气缸口上,所述活塞将气缸体分隔为左气室和右气室,在主轴套上分别设有连通左气室和右气室的左气孔和右气孔;在气缸的外侧壁上,设有尼龙锥盘,尼龙锥盘与气缸固定连接,在所述支撑板的内侧,设有与所述尼龙锥盘锥度配合的斜面。
本发明,在所有支撑板的外侧壁,设有一对复位胶圈,复位胶圈放置在支撑板预先设置的沟槽上;在所有鼓瓦的外侧壁中部,设有一条补强胶圈,补强胶圈放置在鼓瓦预先设置的沟槽上;在所有鼓瓦的外侧壁,位于补强胶圈的左右两侧,分别设有补强胶,在所述鼓瓦张开状态下,补强胶表面、鼓瓦外侧的裸露部分和补强胶圈的表面组成一个圆柱侧面。
本发明,在左导向盘与气缸体底部外侧之间,设有尼龙限位环。
本发明,其有益效果是:采用分步贴合,第一步是收缩鼓状态贴内衬层,第二步是膨胀状态下贴合补强胶,上贴胎体、压合、正包、扣圈、反包、再压合。通过传动机构使鼓膨胀,使内衬层通过径向拉伸均匀紧贴附在鼓瓦上面,解决了以往内衬层打折,残留气泡,补强胶定位不准确,从而提高了产品质量和效率。

具体实施方式
参照图1-图2,一种两次法跑气保用轮胎一段成型贴合鼓,包括主轴套1,在主轴套1的两侧设有左导向盘3和右导向盘2,右导向盘2通过调节垫片4和螺钉固定连接在主轴套1上,左导向盘6通过止推垫片14和圆螺母13固定连接在主轴套1上,在左导向盘3与右导向盘2之间设有6根连接档杆15,在左导向盘3和右导向盘2上分别设有左限位盘6和右限位盘5,左限位盘6和右限位盘5分别与左导向盘3和右导向盘2固定连接,在左导向盘3和右导向盘2上分别设有对称设置的30条(可根据不同产品选择具体的数量值)径向导向槽22,在每对导向槽22上,装设有一块可径向运动的支撑板16(在本实施例中,由于导向槽22有30条,支撑板22配置30块),在每一块支撑板16的外侧,对应装配一块鼓瓦19;在左导向盘3和右导向盘2之间的主轴套1上,设有气缸装置,所述气缸装置由气缸9、气缸盖10、活塞7和二半卡环8组成,活塞7通过二半卡环8固定连接在主轴套1上,气缸盖10固定密封连接在气缸口上,所述活塞7将气缸体分隔为左气室24和右气室27,在主轴套1上分别设有连通左气室24和右气室27的左气孔25和右气孔26;在气缸9的外侧壁上,设有尼龙锥盘11,尼龙锥盘11与气缸9固定连接,在所述支撑板16的内侧,设有与所述尼龙锥盘11锥度配合的斜面23。在支撑板16的外侧壁,设有一对复位胶圈17,复位胶圈17放置在支撑板预先设置的沟槽上;在所有鼓瓦19的外侧壁中部,设有一条补强胶圈18,补强胶圈18放置在鼓瓦19预先设置的沟槽上;在鼓瓦19的外侧壁,位于补强胶圈18的左右两侧,分别设有补强胶21,在所述鼓瓦19张开状态下,补强胶21表面、鼓瓦19外侧的裸露部分和补强胶圈18的表面组成一个圆柱侧面。在左导向盘3与气缸9体底部外侧之间,设有尼龙限位环12。在本实施例中,主轴装置的主轴套1与成型机对接,调整垫片4可以微调贴合鼓中心参数,止推垫片14和圆螺母13限制左导向盘3移动,主轴套1两端分别装设的左导向盘3和右导向盘2,其之间靠档杆15对应连接。尼龙限位环12位于左导向盘3的内侧,左限位盘6装在左导向盘3上,右限位盘5装在右导向盘2上。三十块鼓瓦19与三十块支撑板16对应安装,支撑板16上设有2条复位胶条17,鼓瓦19上补充胶条21。
其工作原理为:驱动方式采用气动推动,左气孔25和右气孔26连接气源,其工作原理与现有技术相同。鼓瓦19收缩状态时在鼓的外表面贴合胎体帘布20,通过主轴供气到气缸,推动支撑板16沿着导向盘直线向上成伞型打开,鼓瓦19的直径变化使内衬层径向拉伸均匀紧贴附在鼓瓦19上面,然后再由成型机供料贴合胎侧补强胶21,再实现撞圈正包、反包、辊压反包、贴胎侧、辊压胎侧的动作,再通过主轴供气到气缸,推动支撑板16沿着导向盘直线向下成伞型收回,卸胎,完成一段成型,再进行下一次作业。

Claims (2)

1.一种两次法跑气保用轮胎一段成型贴合鼓,包括主轴套(1),其特征在于:在主轴套(1)的两侧设有左导向盘(3)和右导向盘(2),在左导向盘(3)与右导向盘(2)之间设有连接档杆(15),在左导向盘(3)和右导向盘(2)上分别设有左限位盘(6)和右限位盘(5),左限位盘(6)和右限位盘(5)分别与左导向盘(3)和右导向盘(2)固定连接,在左导向盘(3)和右导向盘(2)上分别设有对称设置的复数条径向导向槽(22),在每对导向槽(22)上,装设有一块可径向运动的支撑板(16),在每一块支撑板(16)的外侧,对应装配一块鼓瓦(19);在左导向盘(3)和右导向盘(2)之间的主轴套(1)上,设有气缸装置,所述气缸装置由气缸(9)、气缸盖(10)、活塞(7)和二半卡环(8)组成,活塞(7)通过二半卡环(8)固定连接在主轴套(1)上,气缸盖(10)固定密封连接在气缸口上,所述活塞(7)将气缸体分隔为左气室(24)和右气室(27),在主轴套(1)上分别设有连通左气室(24)和右气室(27)的左气孔(25)和右气孔(26);在气缸(9)的外侧壁上,设有尼龙锥盘(11),尼龙锥盘(11)与气缸(9)固定连接,在所述支撑板(16)的内侧,设有与所述尼龙锥盘(11)锥度配合的斜面(23);在支撑板(16)的外侧壁,设有一对复位胶圈(17),复位胶圈(17)放置在支撑板预先设置的沟槽上;在所有鼓瓦(19)的外侧壁中部,设有一条补强胶圈(18),补强胶圈(18)放置在鼓瓦(19)预先设置的沟槽上;在所有鼓瓦(19)的外侧壁,位于补强胶圈(18)的左右两侧,分别设有补强胶(21),在所述鼓瓦(19)张开状态下,补强胶(21)表面、鼓瓦(19)外侧的裸露部分和补强胶圈(18)的表面组成一个圆柱侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两次法跑气保用轮胎一段成型贴合鼓,其特征在于:在左导向盘(3)与气缸(9)体底部外侧之间,设有尼龙限位环(12)。
