一种具有可充填夹层的复合管道,当夹层中充填缓冲材料时将增大运行可靠性,延长使用寿命。将内外管进行偏心复合则效果更好。

本发明涉及一种磨损性介质输送管道。
背景技术
解决磨损性介质输送管道耐磨性的基本方法是采用不同材质的管道进行内外复合。内外管无间隙复合会产生一些无法克服的问题,而有间隙复合是一种很好的解决方法。但目前复合管道夹层间隙过小,仅满足内外管装配复合及相对膨胀所需,而没有利用夹层充填来最大程度增加运行可靠性,延长使用寿命。
发明内容
为提高复合管道的运行可靠性,延长使用寿命,本发明采用以下方案:
加大复合管道的内外管夹层空间,使其成为具有可充填夹层的复合管道。其特征是内外管夹层大小超过装配复合及相对膨胀所需的空间。内外管夹层中可充填缓冲材料。为解决磨损性介质对管壁一侧的“偏磨”问题,将内外管进行偏心复合,使其夹层空间宽窄不一,一侧空间大于另一侧。
本发明的有益效果是:1、由于夹层空间的加大,可充填较多的缓冲材料。尤其是“偏磨”一侧夹层空间较大,效果会更好。当内管磨穿时,这一缓冲层起到重要的“第二道防线”作用。2、可利用管道内磨损性介质自我充填、自我防护。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有可充填夹层的复合管道,其特征是内外管夹层大小超过装配复合及相对膨胀所需的空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合管道,其特征是夹层中充填缓冲材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合管道,其特征是内外管进行偏心复合,使其夹层空间宽窄不一,一侧空间大于另一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合管道,其特征是用偏心环给内管定位。
