本发明公开了一种直角旋转式电缆扎带支座,其特征在于包括:马鞍形系带座、铆钉和基座;所述马鞍形系带座通过铆钉和基座活动连接,且马鞍形系带座能够绕铆钉360℃旋转;所述基座底部设有粘结层。所述马鞍形系带座和基座采用复合聚醚酰亚胺材料。本直角旋转式电缆扎带支座采用高性能的复合材料聚醚酰亚胺,通过优异的注塑成型加工工艺,一次性下压固定装置,平面粘结安装工艺。大大提高和优化了旋转式电缆扎带支座的使用性能。大大提高和简化安装工艺,创新的结构设计通过合并减少了零部件数量,并可以提供必要的产品结构上的整合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种直角旋转式电缆扎带支座。
背景技术
直角旋转式电缆扎带支座复合材料制品广泛应用于航空、航天行业中的线缆、电缆的紧固固定,在该行业中,对产品的使用温度,强度,重量,等性能要求较高,非其他产品所能替代,传统航空、航天的线缆、电缆的紧固固定,质量重,加工、安装工艺复杂,这对产品使用性能造成很大的影响。传统产品由于材料和结构问题,安装需钻孔,要专用工具铆钉铆接和螺钉螺结等工序,安装工艺复杂、费时、成本高、不可进行调整及重做。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题的提出,而研制一种直角旋转式电缆扎带支座。本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种直角旋转式电缆扎带支座,其特征在于包括:马鞍形系带座、铆钉和基座;所述马鞍形系带座通过铆钉和基座活动连接,且马鞍形系带座能够绕铆钉360℃旋转;所述基座底部设有粘结层。所述马鞍形系带座和基座采用复合聚醚酰亚胺材料。
本直角旋转式电缆扎带支座采用高性能的复合材料聚醚酰亚胺,通过优异的注塑成型加工工艺,一次性下压固定装置,平面粘结安装工艺。大大提高和优化了旋转式电缆扎带支座的使用性能。大大提高和简化安装工艺,创新的结构设计通过合并减少了零部件数量,并可以提供必要的产品结构上的整合。由于其结构简单,不仅便于生产,而且成本非常低廉适于广泛推广。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种直角旋转式电缆扎带支座,其特征在于包括:马鞍形系带座1、铆钉2和基座3;所述马鞍形系带座1通过铆钉2和基座3活动连接,且马鞍形系带座1能够绕铆钉2360℃旋转;所述基座3底部设有粘结层。所述马鞍形系带座1和基座3采用复合聚醚酰亚胺材料。
如图1所示,将马鞍形系带座与基座通过铆钉连接,并保持360℃旋转。辅助一次性安装固定装置装入直角旋转式电缆扎带支座内,直角旋转式电缆扎带支座基座底面涂抹粘结剂,按住下压辅助一次性安装固定装置起始位置,达到直角旋转式电缆扎带支座粘结。马鞍形系带座、基座、采用复合聚醚酰亚胺材料;添加40%玻纤,铆钉采用300系不锈钢材料,钝化处理。粘结剂采用CLICKBOND公司CB200。

1.一种直角旋转式电缆扎带支座,其特征在于包括:马鞍形系带座(1)、铆钉(2)和基座(3);
所述马鞍形系带座(1)通过铆钉(2)和基座(3)活动连接,且马鞍形系带座(1)能够绕铆钉(2)360℃旋转;所述基座(3)底部设有粘结层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直角旋转式电缆扎带支座,其特征在于所述马鞍形系带座(1)和基座(3)采用复合聚醚酰亚胺材料。
