Abstract

一种连接器拔出辅助装置,用以辅助将一连接器从一对接的电子装置的插槽中拔出,电子装置包括一侧壁,插槽设置于该侧壁,该连接器具有一卡置于插槽的弹性卡扣,该连接器拔出辅助装置包括一操作件,该操作件包括一邻近插槽枢接于电子装置的枢接部、自该枢接部的第一侧向外延伸形成的手柄及自枢接部的与第一侧相对的第二侧向外延伸形成的一按压板,扳动手柄使操作件转动以使按压板按压连接器的弹性卡扣,进而解除弹性卡扣与插槽的卡置。相较现有技术,该连接器拔出辅助装置仅需抬起手柄即可将连接器的弹性卡扣自连接器的插槽内释放,从而可保护连接器的弹性卡扣。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器拔出辅助装置。
背景技术
连接器的水晶头自电子装置的插槽拔出时,需首先按压其上面的弹性卡扣将其自插槽释放,然后才可将连接器自插槽内拔出。由于相邻空间狭窄,操作人员不便下压弹性卡扣,操作不方便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可以方便操作的连接器拔出辅助装置。
一种连接器拔出辅助装置,用以辅助将一连接器从一对接的电子装置的插槽中拔出,电子装置包括一侧壁,插槽设置于该侧壁,该连接器具有一卡置于插槽的弹性卡扣,该连接器拔出辅助装置包括一操作件,该操作件包括一邻近插槽枢接于电子装置的枢接部、自该枢接部的第一侧向外延伸形成的手柄及自枢接部的与第一侧相对的第二侧向外延伸形成的一按压板,扳动手柄使操作件转动以使按压板按压连接器的弹性卡扣,进而解除弹性卡扣与插槽的卡置。
相较现有技术,该连接器拔出辅助装置仅需抬起手柄即可将连接器的弹性卡扣自连接器的插槽内释放,从而可保护连接器的弹性卡扣。

下面结合附图及较佳实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
请参考图1,本发明连接器拔出辅助装置的较佳实施方式,用以辅助一连接器10从一对接的电子装置20上的插槽22中拔出。该连接器辅助拔出装置包括一操作件30和一连接件40。
连接器10的顶部于前端设有一向后上方倾斜延伸的可卡置于插槽22的弹性卡扣11。
该电子装置包括一侧壁21和一设置于该侧壁21上的插槽22,该侧壁21于插槽22一侧的斜上方处设置有一固定孔211。
请参照图2,操作件30包括一枢接部31。该枢接部31的中部设有一枢接孔311。枢接部31自其一侧向外延伸形成一概呈L形的手柄32,枢接部31自其与第一侧相对的第二侧向外延伸形成一按压板33,按压板33远离枢接部31的一端设有一圆柱状按压部331。
请参照图3,连接件40包括一螺柱41和一螺钉42。该螺柱41包括一圆柱状的螺杆411和一位于螺杆411一端的六边形的端头412,螺杆411沿轴向设有螺纹孔413。该螺钉42包括一螺杆421和一位于螺杆421一端的头部422。
请参照图4,组装时,将操作件30枢转地连接于该电子装置20的侧壁21上。操作件30可绕螺杆411在平行于侧壁21的平面内枢转。将连接件40的螺柱41的螺杆411穿设于电子装置20的固定孔211,螺柱41的端头412挡止于侧壁21的内侧。操作件30通过枢接孔311套置于螺杆411,螺钉42的螺杆421旋入螺柱41的螺纹孔413,螺钉42的头部422挡止于枢接部31,将操作件30枢转地连接于该电子装置20。
请参照图5和图6,要拔出连接器10时,向上扳动操作件30的手柄32,使按压板33在平行于侧壁21的平面内向下转动并按压该连接器10的弹性卡扣11,使该弹性卡扣11自插槽22内释放,即可方便地向后拨出连接器10。

Claims (5)

1.一种连接器拔出辅助装置,用以辅助将一连接器从一对接的电子装置的插槽中拔出,电子装置包括一侧壁,插槽设置于该侧壁,该连接器具有一卡置于插槽的弹性卡扣,该连接器拔出辅助装置包括一操作件,该操作件包括一邻近插槽枢接于该侧壁的枢接部、一自该枢接部的第一侧向外延伸形成的手柄及一自枢接部的与第一侧相对的第二侧向外延伸形成的按压板,扳动手柄使操作件转动以使按压板按压连接器的弹性卡扣,进而解除弹性卡扣与插槽的卡置。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器拔出辅助装置,其特征在于:侧壁邻近插槽处开设有一固定孔,连接器拔出辅助装置还包括一连接件,枢接部设有一枢接孔,连接件穿过固定孔和该枢接孔将操作件沿平行于侧壁的方向枢转地装设于侧壁。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接器拔出辅助装置,其特征在于:连接件包括一螺柱和一螺钉,该螺钉包括一螺杆和一位于螺杆一端的头部,该螺柱包括一螺杆和一位于螺杆一端的端头,该螺柱的螺杆沿轴向设有螺纹孔,将螺柱的螺杆穿设于电子装置的固定孔,端头挡止于侧壁的内侧,操作件通过枢接孔套置于螺杆上,螺钉旋入螺柱的螺纹孔,头部挡止于枢接部,将操作件枢转地连接于该电子装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的连接器拔出辅助装置,其特征在于:按压板远离枢接部的一端设有一圆柱状的按压部,按压板在平行于侧壁的平面内向下转动可使按压部按压该连接器的弹性卡扣。
5.如权利要求1所述的连接器拔出辅助装置,其特征在于:手柄概呈L形。
