本发明属于链条用具技术领域，尤其涉及一种刮板用输送链。
背景技术
链条由相同或间隔相同的构件以运动副形式串接起来的组合件，一般为金属的链环或环形物，多用作机械传动。随着社会的不断发展和进步，社会的工业化水平越来越高，对于链条的要求也是越来越高。而刮板用输送链是用于刮板作业设备的专用链条。目前的刮板用输送链在使用的时候容易出现磨损，影响了其使用时间，从而需要经常更换刮板用输送链，使得生产效率降低，成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题，提供一种结构合理，各部件之间结构连接得到优化的刮板用输送链，其技术方案如下：
    刮板用输送链，其特征在于，所述的刮板用输送链包括若干内链片和若干外链片，所述的相邻内链片和外链片之间通过销轴相连，所述的销轴的外部套设有轴套；所述的内链片和外链片的侧部为三角圆弧过渡的三角形本体，所述的三角形本体的底部中间处开设有向内凹陷的弧形凹口，所述的三角形本体的下部的两角处开设有销轴孔，所述的销轴孔内插设有销轴；所述的三角形本体的另一个角处开设有固定连接孔。
    优选方式为，所述的两个销轴孔之间的间距为45mm。
本发明提供的刮板用输送链，在使用的时候，通过内链片和外链片的侧部的特殊形状，从而使得内链片和外链片之间的连接更加的稳定，而且在使用的过程中也不会出现相互磨损的情况，从而延长其使用时间。
本发明所述的两个销轴孔之间的间距为45mm。销轴孔之间的间距使得内链片和外链片的间隔更加的符合使用要求。
本发明结构合理，各部件之间结构连接得到优化，能够有机的结合在一起，使得链条更加牢固、耐磨损，延长了其使用时间。

下面结合图1和图2具体说明实施例：
如图1和图2所示，刮板用输送链，所述的刮板用输送链包括若干内链片1和若干外链片2，所述的相邻内链片1和外链片2之间通过销轴3相连，所述的销轴3的外部套设有轴套4；所述的内链片1和外链片2的侧部为三角圆弧过渡的三角形本体5，所述的三角形本体5的底部中间处开设有向内凹陷的弧形凹口6，所述的三角形本体5的下部的两角处开设有销轴孔7，所述的销轴孔7内插设有销轴3；所述的三角形本体5的另一个角处开设有固定连接孔8。
    优选方式为，所述的两个销轴孔之间的间距为45mm。
本发明提供的刮板用输送链，在使用的时候，通过内链片和外链片的侧部的特殊形状，从而使得内链片和外链片之间的连接更加的稳定，而且在使用的过程中也不会出现相互磨损的情况，从而延长其使用时间。
