The glazing device for the sheet-fed printing press further comprises an eccentric shaft which is rotatably mounted on a side wall plate corresponding to the cylinder, and the eccentric shaft is connected with the cylinder body of the cylinder through a first cylinder joint.
The glazing device for the sheet-fed printing press is characterized in that the end of the piston rod of the air cylinder is connected with one end of the swing arm through a second air cylinder joint.
In the glossing device for the sheet-fed printing press, two ends of the pair of connecting rods are movably connected with the other ends of the pair of swing arms and one end of the pair of swing frames in a one-to-one correspondence manner through a connecting pin.
The technical scheme of the glazing device for the sheet-fed printing machine adopts a structure capable of greatly adjusting the center distance between a glazing roller and an impression roller, the structure is controlled by a cylinder, and a certain distance between the glazing roller and the impression roller is realized through a series of link mechanisms connected with the cylinder. the eccentric shaft 1 is rotatably arranged on a side wall plate 50 of the printing machine, the eccentric shaft 1 is composed of three sections, the head section and the tail section of the eccentric shaft 1 are coaxial, and the middle section is not coaxial with the head section and the tail section;
the cylinder 3 adopts a cylinder with a large stroke, the cylinder 3 is positioned on the outer side of a side wall plate 50 corresponding to the eccentric shaft 1 in a mode that a piston rod of the cylinder 3 is punched down, and the bottom of a cylinder body of the cylinder 3 is connected to the middle section of the eccentric shaft 1 through a first cylinder joint 2;

When the piston rod of the cylinder 3 extends, the swing frame 7 drives the glazing roller 52 to rotate around the supporting shaft 10.
The varnishing unit for a sheet-fed printing press according to the present invention operates on the principle that the motive force for the varnishing cylinder 52 to leave the impression cylinder 53 is the cylinder 3. When the printed matter 55 needs to be glossed, the piston rod of the cylinder 3 is retracted to bring the glossing cylinder 52 into contact with the impression cylinder 53, and the printed matter 55 is brought into contact with the glossing cylinder 52 and the glossing unit while traveling. The contact pressure of the varnishing cylinder 52 with the impression cylinder 53 can be adjusted by means of the eccentric shaft 1 to accommodate prints 55 of different thickness. When the printed matter 55 is not subjected to glazing treatment, the piston rod of the air cylinder 3 extends out to enable the glazing roller 52 to be away from the impression roller 53, and because the air cylinder with a large stroke is adopted in the invention, a large avoiding amount L (shown in figure 4) is generated between the glazing roller 52 and the impression roller 53, and the avoiding amount L is larger than the avoiding amount L1 between the glazing roller 52 and the impression roller 53 in the glazing device in the prior art, the distance between the glazing roller 52 and the impression roller 53 is changed by changing the stroke of the air cylinder 3, and the middle roller 54 and the anilox roller 51 are not interfered, so that the printed matter 55 can smoothly pass through the glazing color group without contacting the glazing roller 52, and printing faults such as smearing and the like of the printed matter 55 are avoided.
