技术领域
本发明涉及饮用水处理设备，特别是城乡饮用水净水器的生产制造领域。
背景技术
陶瓷滤芯净水器由于天然环保、维护简便、能反复清洗多次使用而很受欢迎。而圆头陶瓷滤芯作为陶瓷滤芯净水器的最主要部件，使用非常广泛。但是，现行的圆头陶瓷滤芯的塑料盖的宽度只有1cm左右，宽度过窄，加之有的厂商粘接技术不够到位的影响，陶瓷滤芯装在净水器中后因运输途中的震动，水压的冲击，用户使用操作不够正确，非常容易造成陶瓷滤芯的脱胶、断裂、破损。一旦陶瓷滤芯的脱胶、断裂、破损，就影响到了陶瓷滤芯净水器的性能，出水水质下降。因此，解决这一问题迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决净水器中圆头陶瓷滤芯存在的上述问题。
本发明包括一只圆头型陶瓷滤管，一只螺纹接口的塑料盖；塑料盖的宽度大于1cm以上，为2～3cm，材质为环保食品级塑料；塑料盖套入圆头型陶瓷滤管并用热熔胶粘接。
本发明突出的优点是：将圆头型陶瓷滤芯的塑料盖从1cm加宽到2cm～3cm，强化了陶瓷滤芯的安全性能，使之不易脱胶、断裂和破损。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，圆头型陶瓷滤管1一只，塑料盖2一只。塑料盖2的宽度为2～3cm；材质为环保食品级塑料。塑料盖2套入圆头型陶瓷滤管1并用热熔胶粘接。
