药剂输送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药剂输送装置,尤其涉及一种具有包括平面涡卷弹簧(flat spiral spring)的驱动机构的药剂输送装置。
背景技术
人们开发和设计了许多不同的药剂输送装置,这种药剂输送装置在激活时能执行自动功能,例如自动输送一定量的药剂。在很多情况中,在装置激活前,自动功能是被处于张紧状态的能量元件(例如弹簧)执行的。
在许多药剂输送装置中广泛采用压缩弹簧。采用压缩弹簧的优点是性能可靠和制造成本低。缺点是:药剂输送装置通常较长,随着弹簧的伸长,提供的力会减小,导致在整个行程中可能无法提供足够的力的问题。因此,为了保证足够的力,弹簧常常设计为使初始力很高,并且通常高到不必要的程度。这会产生另外的问题,尤其是在药剂输送装置的组装过程中对弹簧预张紧的情况中,这是因为弹簧的很高内力可能导致材料变形,而这又可能导致药剂输送装置断裂或失灵。
由于压缩弹簧的缺点,一些开发人员转而寻求其它类型的能量元件。已纳入考虑的一种能量元件是缠绕在套管上的钢带形式的一种平面涡卷弹簧。其内端常常附接至药剂输送装置的驱动件,而外端附接至可相对于外壳固定的部件。为了预张紧弹簧,通过相对于弹簧的内端转动外端或以相反的方式紧固套管。
与压缩弹簧相比,这种弹簧的内应力要小得多,并且内应力在药剂输送装置中的分布更好。在专利文件WO2009/037141中揭示了采用上述类型的弹簧的一种药剂输送装置。但是,这种弹簧的一个缺点是,与较常规的笔式药剂输送装置相比,采用这种弹簧的装置的直径通常较大。这主要是由于弹簧套管导致的,并且弹簧的外端必须附接至外壳部件,从径向观察时,能够明显看出,所述外壳部件只能在弹簧之外,因而增加了药剂输送装置的厚度。
发明内容
1)在本专利申请中,当使用术语“远”时,指背离药剂输送点的方向。当使用术语“远部/远端”时,指输送装置或其构件的距药剂输送点最远的部分/端部。相应地,当使用术语“近”时,指朝向药剂输送点的方向。当使用术语“近部/近端”时,指输送装置或其构件的距药剂输送点最近的部分/端部。
2)本发明之目的是减小在使用平面涡卷弹簧型式的蓄能件或施力件时在尺寸方面所存在的缺点。
3)此目的是通过由独立的专利权利要求所限定的药剂输送装置来实现的。本发明的优选实施例是从属专利权利要求的主题。
4)本发明的药剂输送装置可包括用于容纳药剂容器的外壳。应理解,外壳可包括一个或多个外壳部分,这些外壳部分以固定方式或可分离方式彼此附接在一起。药剂容器可具有多种不同的设计,例如注射器、药筒等。
5)所述装置优选还包括驱动机构,该驱动机构在激活时能从所述药剂容器排出一定量的药剂。驱动机构能够在药剂容器上施加作用,例如,所述驱动机构可为推动药剂容器内的塞子的柱塞杆。
6)根据本发明,所述驱动机构包括平面涡卷弹簧。根据排出一定量的药剂所需的弹簧力,所述平面涡卷弹簧可由多圈缠绕而成。
7)根据本发明的一个优选方案,所述平面涡卷弹簧的最外一圈的至少一部分位于所述外壳的外表面上。这意味着,当沿大致径向的方向观察时,能够看到所述平面涡卷弹簧的一段在外壳之外。
8)通过这种设计,并不是平面涡卷弹簧的整个长度都在外壳中,因而能够减小药剂输送装置的总直径。根据一种优选设计,所述弹簧的最外一圈沿所述外壳的外周延伸,因而可利用外壳的外表面的整个外周。
9)在此方面,最外的一圈可被不会实质性地增大所述装置的直径的胶层或很薄的另一层材料覆盖。
10)另一方面,若弹簧的钢带是外露可见的,则有可能改善所述装置的外观,提供一种优质和别致的特点。
11)为了不增大装置的直径,所述弹簧的外端的附接机构应大体上与所述外壳的外表面吻合。通过这种方式,在大批量制造外壳时,能够节省材料。
12)根据所需的外观,所述外壳可布置有凹槽或底座,弹簧的钢带可布置在该凹槽或底座中。而且,外壳可具有至少一个开口,弹簧穿过该开口。
13)若布置有一个开口,则附接机构可构成所述开口的一边,所述弹簧的外端形成在该边的周围。通过这种方式,不需要增加额外的特性或设计,可以利用当前开口的特性。
14)另一方面或另外,所述附接机构可包括至少一个铆钉、至少一个螺钉、至少一个螺母和螺栓、或胶粘剂。

具体实施方式
附图中所示的装置包括大体呈细长形的外壳10,所述外壳10沿轴线A延伸,并具有近端12和远端14,如图1所示。应理解,所述外壳可包括一个或多个外壳部分,它们以固定或可分离的方式彼此附接在一起。因此,细长的外壳10可包括近侧外壳和远侧外壳。在外壳10的近侧部分中或在近侧外壳中可布置有药剂容器16,如图2所示。
药剂输送装置还布置有驱动机构18,所述驱动机构18用于在激活时从药剂容器排出药剂。所述药剂输送装置是在如WO2006130100A1、WO2011025448A1和瑞典专利申请SE1150427-1中所揭示的常规型装置。在不与本发明的揭示内容相矛盾的前提下,WO2006130100A1、WO2011025448A1和瑞典专利申请SE1150427-1的揭示内容通过引用结合在此。
在此实施例中,驱动机构18位于外壳10的远部内,或者位于远侧外壳内,并包括柱塞杆或驱动柱塞20、驱动螺母24、平面涡卷弹簧26和传动件28、以及其它部件。在所示的实施例中,柱塞杆是细长的螺纹柱塞杆20(图2),在药剂容器16内的塞子22上施加作用。柱塞杆20布置为与驱动螺母24结合工作,驱动螺母24套在柱塞杆20上。驱动螺母24经由传动件28以可传动的方式连接至平面涡卷弹簧26。所述平面涡卷弹簧是钟表弹簧、变力弹簧、恒力弹簧、动力弹簧、扭力弹簧、或反旋弹簧等,具有预定的圈数,其中,最外一圈具有连接至外壳的外端。驱动螺母24还连接至致动元件30,如图2和图3所示,其中,所述致动元件包括激活按钮32,激活按钮32和致动元件布置为可手动地从致动元件30锁止驱动螺母24的转动的位置向驱动螺母24可自由转动的位置移动。
根据本发明,所述平面涡卷弹簧26如下布置。外壳10具有开口34,优选为纵向延伸的开口。弹簧26的最外一圈36的至少一部分位于外壳10的外表面上,并优选位于外壳的外表面上的圆周凹槽或底座38上,如图3所示,因而弹簧26的最外一圈的至少一部分是可见的。弹簧26的外端附接至外壳10,在所示的实施例中,附接是通过弹簧26的外端的内弯40实现的,所述内弯40环绕开口34的一边42。
弹簧套管的其余部分(即,内圈)处于外壳内,在弹簧套管的每侧可有导引结构。平面涡卷弹簧26的内端(如图4所示)附接至传动件28,传动件又以可操作的方式附接至驱动螺母24。激活按钮32可布置为使开口被按钮32遮盖,如图4所示,从而降低异物(例如灰尘)进入所述装置的危险。

Claims (10)

1.一种药剂输送装置,包括外壳(10),所述外壳(10)布置为容纳药剂容器(16),所述装置还包括能够在激活时从所述药剂容器排出一定量药剂的驱动机构(18),所述驱动机构包括具有预定圈数的平面涡卷弹簧(26),其中,该平面涡卷弹簧(26)的最外一圈具有连接至所述外壳的外端,其特征在于,所述平面涡卷弹簧(26)的最外一圈的至少一部分(36)位于所述外壳(10)的外表面上,并且所述平面涡卷弹簧(26)的所述最外一圈沿所述外壳的外周延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的药剂输送装置,其中,所述外壳(10)具有开口(34),优选是纵向延伸的开口,所述平面涡卷弹簧(26)可以穿过该开口。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的药剂输送装置,其中,所述平面涡卷弹簧(26)的外端的附接机构(40、42)大体上与所述外壳(10)的外表面吻合。
