The present invention relates to an ice maker for a refrigerator and a refrigerator having the same.
Background
A refrigerator is a common household appliance, and is mainly used for freezing and storing food. In order to expand the use function of the refrigerator, an ice maker may be installed on a refrigerator door. When the refrigerator door is opened and closed, unfrozen water in the ice making groove grid overflows and splashes out due to shaking, even the existing ice blocks in the box are frozen and adhered together or the water overflows to freeze other equipment.
The existing water overflow prevention is that a baffle is arranged on an ice maker and other auxiliary elastic devices are also arranged. The common drawbacks of these devices are: the anti-overflow water device is easy to deform and inaccurate in limiting, and even completely loses the anti-overflow water function due to the fact that the anti-overflow water device is not in place due to abrasion after being used for many times.

an ice maker for a refrigerator comprises a fixed frame, an ice making groove lattice arranged in the fixed frame, an ice removing motor connected to one end of the ice making groove lattice, and an ice touching rod connected to the ice removing motor; the two side ends of the ice making cell are respectively provided with a front end plate and a rear end plate; a left water retaining frame is arranged at the edge of the left side of the ice making cell, and the upper edge of the left water retaining frame is higher than the upper edge of the left side of the ice making cell; and a right water baffle is arranged on the fixed frame corresponding to the right side edge of the ice making cell, and the upper edge of the right water baffle is higher than the upper edge of the right side of the ice making cell.
Particularly, the left water retaining frame is of a sheet structure with a C-shaped section, and one end of the left water retaining frame is provided with a rectangular clamping groove for fixedly connecting with the near-deicing motor end of the ice making groove grid; the other end of the ice making groove is provided with a rotary clamping groove with an arc-shaped end head for connecting with the end of the ice-removing motor far away from the ice making groove grid; the end of the left water retaining frame is fixed with the ice making groove grid through a clamping block.
Furthermore, at least one end of the left water retaining frame is provided with an elastic clamping hook; the clamping block is provided with a bayonet matched with the elastic clamping hook.
Particularly, the upper edge of the left water retaining frame is an arc-shaped surface, and the arc-shaped surface of the upper edge is bent to the center of the ice making groove.
Furthermore, a step protruding towards the center of the ice making groove is formed at the upper edge of the left water retaining frame, and the upper edge of the step is an arc-shaped surface.
Particularly, the right water baffle comprises a fixed part, a transition part and a lap joint part which are connected in sequence; the fixing part is used for being fixedly connected to the fixing frame; the transition part is obliquely connected between the fixed part and the lap joint part; and the overlapping part is used for overlapping in the right side edge of the ice making cell when the ice making cell is in the upright position.
Particularly, the end of at least one side of the right water baffle is provided with a lug part, and the lug part is used for being attached to the front end plate and/or the rear end plate to transversely position the ice making groove lattice.
In particular, an eccentric rotating shaft is arranged on the ice making groove grid.

the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body and a cabinet door, wherein the ice maker for the refrigerator is mounted on the cabinet door.
The ice maker for the refrigerator adopts the front end plate, the rear end plate, the left water retaining frame and the right water retaining plate to prevent water overflow, has simple and reasonable structure and good water overflow and splash prevention effects; the left water retaining frame is tightly attached to the left edge of the ice making groove grid to form a semi-sealed transverse groove, and the water retaining frame has the effects of buffering, shaking and blocking overflow. The left water retaining frame and the right water retaining plate are arranged at reasonable positions, and the normal ice making-deicing work of the ice machine is not influenced.
According to the refrigerator, the ice maker for the refrigerator is arranged on the cabinet door, so that water does not overflow or spill when the refrigerator is opened or closed, the ice maker is more convenient and safer to use, the refrigerator door and the nearby ground are prevented from being wetted by water, and the use experience is good.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The first preferred embodiment:
the preferred embodiment provides an ice maker for a refrigerator. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the ice maker comprises a fixed frame 1, an ice making groove grid 2 is connected in the fixed frame 1 through a shaft hole 11, an end of one side of the ice making groove grid 2 is connected with an ice removing motor 4, and the ice contacting rod 3 is connected on the ice removing motor 4. The two side ends of the ice making cell 2 are respectively provided with a semicircular front end plate 21 and a semicircular rear end plate 22; a left water retaining frame 5 is arranged at the edge of the left side of the ice making cell 2, and the upper edge of the left water retaining frame 5 is higher than the upper edge of the left side of the ice making cell 2; a right water baffle 6 is arranged on the fixed frame 1 corresponding to the right side edge of the ice making cell 2, and the upper edge of the right water baffle 6 is higher than the right upper edge of the ice making cell 2. The ice making groove grid 2 is provided with an eccentric rotating shaft.
The ice making cell 2 is mainly matched with the end plates (the front end plate 21 and the rear end plate 22) at the two longitudinal ends of the ice making cell, the left water retaining frame 5 and the right water retaining plate 6 together to realize the function of preventing water from overflowing, and the water in the ice making cell 2 can be prevented from overflowing when the refrigerator door is opened and closed.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the left water retaining frame 5 is a sheet structure with a C-shaped cross section, and one end of the left water retaining frame is provided with a rectangular clamping groove 51 for fixedly connecting with the end of the ice making groove grid 2 close to the deicing motor 4; the other end is provided with a rotary clamping groove 54 which is used for being connected with the end of the far deicing motor 4 of the ice making groove grid 2. The end of the rotary clamping groove 54 is a circular arc-shaped connecting hole 52, and is used for being sleeved on the rotating shaft of the ice making cell 2 and forming rotary connection with the ice making cell 2.
The upper edge of the left water retaining frame 5 forms a step 57 protruded toward the center of the ice making cell 2, and the upper edge of the step 57 is formed in an arc surface 58. The arrows in fig. 5 show the trajectory of water splashes in ice making cells 2. Through the combined action of the ice making groove grid edge 23, the step 57 and the arc surface 58, a labyrinth type anti-overflow water structure is formed, and water is prevented from overflowing and splashing.
The end of the left water retaining frame 5 is fixed with the ice making cell 2 through a fixture block 53. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, at least one end of the left water blocking frame 5 is provided with an elastic hook 55, and the locking block 53 is provided with a bayonet 56 adapted to the elastic hook 55. After the connecting hole 52 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the ice making cell 2, the fixture block 53 is sleeved on the end of the left water retaining frame 5. The end of the elastic hook 55 extends from the bayonet 56 to form a fixed structure.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the right water deflector 6 includes a fixing portion 62, a transition portion 63, and a bridging portion 64, which are connected in this order. Wherein, the fixing part 62 is used for being fixedly connected to the fixing frame 1; the inclined transition portion 63 is connected between the fixing portion 62 and the bridging portion 64; the overlapping part 64 is used for overlapping the right side edge of the ice making cell 2 when the ice making cell 2 is in the upright position, so as to form a water overflow preventing structure.
Two lug parts 61 are respectively arranged at two ends of the right water baffle 6, and the lug parts 61 are respectively attached to the front end plate 21 and the rear end plate 22 to transversely position the ice making groove grids 2 and avoid the situation of malposition in matching.
The using method comprises the following steps: a proper amount of water is placed in the ice making cell 2 for making ice; after the ice blocks are made, the ice touching rod 3 is used for detecting the position of the ice in the ice making cell 2 and judging whether the ice can be removed or not; if yes, the deicing motor 4 drives the ice making cell 2 to turn over through a motor shaft, the left water retaining frame 5 rotates along with the ice making cell 2, and the right water retaining plate 6 is kept still as shown in fig. 8; when the ice making cell 2 is turned over to the front section limit point, the deicing motor 4 continues to rotate for a certain angle to reach a deicing angle (deicing position); at the moment, the ice making cell 2 is distorted and deformed to smoothly remove ice blocks, and a small separation angle is formed between one end of the left water retaining frame 5, which is far away from the deicing motor 4, and the ice making cell 2; after the ice removal is finished, the shaft of the ice removal motor 4 rotates to drive the ice making groove grids 2 to reset together.
The second preferred embodiment:
the present preferred embodiment provides an ice maker for a refrigerator, which has substantially the same structure as the first preferred embodiment. The ice maker comprises a fixed frame, wherein an ice making groove grid is arranged on the fixed frame, an end head at one side of the ice making groove grid is connected with an ice removing motor, and an ice touching rod is connected to the ice removing motor. The two side ends of the ice making cell are respectively provided with a front end plate and a rear end plate; a left water retaining frame is arranged at the edge of the left side of the ice making groove grid, and the upper edge of the left water retaining frame is higher than the upper edge of the left side of the ice making groove grid; and a right water baffle is arranged on the fixed frame corresponding to the right side edge of the ice making cell, and the upper edge of the right water baffle is higher than the upper edge of the right side of the ice making cell.
The difference lies in that: the specific structures of the left water retaining frame and the right water retaining plate are not limited, overflow can be effectively prevented on two sides of the ice making groove grid, and the ice making-deicing structure is not influenced; the upper edge of the left water retaining frame can be connected with the arc-shaped surface after forming a step surface, and also can be directly connected with the upper edge of the left water retaining frame to form the arc-shaped surface; the clamping structure at the end of the left water retaining frame is not limited, and can be fixed through the elastic clamping hook-bayonet, and can also be connected and clamped through other structures.
The third preferred embodiment:
the preferred embodiment provides a refrigerator, which comprises a refrigerator body and a cabinet door, wherein the ice maker for the refrigerator is arranged on the cabinet door.
Claims (6)
1. An ice maker for a refrigerator comprises a fixed frame (1), an ice making groove lattice (2) arranged in the fixed frame (1), an ice removing motor (4) connected to one end of the ice making groove lattice (2), and an ice contacting rod (3) connected to the ice removing motor (4); the ice making machine is characterized in that the two side ends of the ice making cell (2) are respectively provided with a front end plate (21) and a rear end plate (22); a left water retaining frame (5) is arranged at the edge of the left side of the ice making cell (2), and the upper edge of the left water retaining frame (5) is higher than the upper edge of the left side of the ice making cell (2); a right water baffle (6) is arranged on the fixed frame (1) corresponding to the right side edge of the ice making cell (2), and the upper edge of the right water baffle (6) is higher than the upper edge of the right side of the ice making cell (2);
the left water retaining frame (5) is of a sheet structure with a C-shaped section, and one end of the left water retaining frame is provided with a rectangular clamping groove (51) for fixedly connecting with the end, close to the ice-removing motor (4), of the ice-making groove grid (2); the other end of the ice making groove is provided with a rotary clamping groove (54) with an arc-shaped end head, and the rotary clamping groove is used for being connected with the end of the ice-removing motor (4) far away from the ice making groove grid (2); the end of the left water retaining frame (5) is fixed with the ice making groove grid (2) through a clamping block (53);
an eccentric rotating shaft is arranged on the ice making groove grid (2);
at least one end of the left water retaining frame (5) is provided with an elastic clamping hook (55); the clamping block (53) is provided with a bayonet (56) matched with the elastic clamping hook (55).
2. The ice maker for a refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper edge of the left water blocking frame (5) is formed in an arc-shaped surface (58), and the arc-shaped surface (58) of the upper edge is bent toward the center of the ice making cell (2).
3. The ice maker for a refrigerator as claimed in claim 2, wherein an upper edge of the left water blocking frame (5) forms a step (57) protruding toward the center of the ice making cell (2), and an upper edge of the step (57) is formed in an arc-shaped surface (58).
4. The ice maker for a refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the right water baffle (6) comprises a fixing portion (62), a transition portion (63) and a bridging portion (64) connected in sequence; wherein,
