Abstract

本发明涉及一种风力机,尤其是防偏型风力机。该风力机包括塔台、塔体、转子、扇叶、发电机和管道,塔体上端设有塔台,塔台内设有转子,转子与扇叶相连,发电机通过管道与塔体相连,扇叶与转动环固定连接,固定环套设并固定连接在塔台上,固定环上设有定位环,定位环置于转动环内壁的滑槽内,固定环通过螺栓固定连接在塔台上,扇叶通过固定杆固定连接在转动环上,该风力机能够防止扇叶转动时偏心,延长了使用寿命,节约了成本,提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种风力机,尤其是防偏型风力机。
背景技术
风力机是一种利用风力驱动的带有可调节的叶片或梯级横木的轮子所产生的能量来运转的机械装置,在世界积极倡导新能源的今天,风力机被广泛应用,但是现有的风力机的扇叶转动时容易发生偏心现象,使得噪音增大,且容易损坏部件。
发明内容
为了克服现有的风力机容易偏心的不足,本发明提供了防偏型风力机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:防偏型风力机,包括塔台、塔体、转子、扇叶、发电机和管道,塔体上端设有塔台,塔台内设有转子,转子与扇叶相连,发电机通过管道与塔体相连,扇叶与转动环固定连接,固定环套设并固定连接在塔台上,固定环上设有定位环,定位环置于转动环内壁的滑槽内。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括固定环通过螺栓固定连接在塔台上。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括扇叶通过固定杆固定连接在转动环上。
本发明的有益效果是,该风力机能够防止扇叶转动时偏心,延长了使用寿命,节约了成本,提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,防偏型风力机,包括塔台1、塔体2、转子3、扇叶4、发电机5和管道6,塔体2上端设有塔台1,塔台1内设有转子3,转子3与扇叶4相连,发电机5通过管道6与塔体2相连,扇叶4与转动环7固定连接,固定环8套设并固定连接在塔台1上,固定环8上设有定位环9,定位环9置于转动环7内壁的滑槽10内,固定环8通过螺栓11固定连接在塔台1上,扇叶4通过固定杆12固定连接在转动环7上。
当风力机的扇叶4在风力带动下,扇叶4会开始带动转子3进行旋转时对发电机5进行充电。当扇叶4开始转动时,与转子3同心转动的转动环7会藉由固定杆12带动扇叶4一起转动,从而使得扇叶4能够在不偏移圆心的情况下进行转动,该风力机能够防止扇叶转动时偏心,延长了使用寿命,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1.防偏型风力机,包括塔台(1)、塔体(2)、转子(3)、扇叶(4)、发电机(5)和管道(6),塔体(2)上端设有塔台(1),塔台(1)内设有转子(3),转子(3)与扇叶(4)相连,发电机(5)通过管道(6)与塔体(2)相连,其特征是,扇叶(4)与转动环(7)固定连接,固定环(8)套设并固定连接在塔台(1)上,固定环(8)上设有定位环(9),定位环(9)置于转动环(7)内壁的滑槽(10)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防偏型风力机,其特征是,固定环(8)通过螺栓(11)固定连接在塔台(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防偏型风力机,其特征是,扇叶(4)通过固定杆(12)固定连接在转动环(7)上。
