技术领域
本发明涉及一种微生物发酵装置,可适用于中小型企业的微生物发酵装置。
背景技术
以往大型化工厂均采用锅炉蒸汽式发酵设备,价格昂贵,另外由于高压,操作不当很容易发生危险;另外,由于发酵设备结构复杂,发生问题时,维修更换费用高,耗时长,影响发酵效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述不足,设计一种价格便宜,操作安全,使用方便,结构简单的微生物发酵装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种微生物发酵装置,包括圆柱形塑料桶,塑料桶外倒扣有锥形透明筒,透明筒的底部直径大于塑料桶的直径,透明筒高度大于塑料桶的高度,透明筒上部有密封盖,密封盖上通过电线吊有保温灯泡,保温灯泡伸入塑料桶中。
进一步地,所述透明筒内填保温棉。
进一步地,所述透明筒上部直径为500mm,底部直径为400mm,高度为600mm,所述塑料桶的直径为385mm,高度为450mm。
进一步地,所述保温灯泡使塑料桶内保持35摄氏度的温度。
进一步地,塑料桶内可进行20公斤的微生物发酵。
本发明具有以下优点和效果:
1.采用透明筒,可从发酵装置外观察发酵情况;
2.采用锥形透明筒结构,不仅节省空间,而且并不减少保温效果;
3.采用保温灯泡进行保温,结构简单,保温效果好,而且有一定的光照效应,发酵效果更好;
4.透明筒内填保温棉,增强保温效果,成本低。
5.采用该尺寸的发酵装置,可满足微生物的效果。

具体实施方式
一种微生物发酵装置,包括塑料桶1,塑料桶1外倒扣有锥形透明筒2,透明筒2的底部直径大于塑料桶1的直径,透明筒2高度大于塑料桶1的高度,透明筒2上部有密封盖3,密封盖3上通过电线4吊有保温灯泡5,保温灯泡伸入塑料桶1中;所述透明筒2内填保温棉;所述透明筒上部直径为500mm,底部直径为400mm,高度为600mm,所述塑料桶的直径为385mm,高度为450mm;进一步地,所述保温灯泡使塑料桶内保持35摄氏度的温度,所述塑料桶内可进行20公斤的微生物发酵。

1.一种微生物发酵装置,包括圆柱形塑料桶,塑料桶外倒扣有锥形透明筒,透明筒的底部直径大于塑料桶的直径,透明筒高度大于塑料桶的高度,透明筒上部有密封盖,密封盖上通过电线吊有保温灯泡,保温灯泡伸入塑料桶中。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的微生物发酵装置,其特征在于:所述透明筒上部直径为500mm,底部直径为400mm,高度为600mm,所述塑料桶的直径为385mm,高度为450mm。
