Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a mixer with replaceable mixing elements, which comprises a base 1, a connecting member 2, a cup 3, a motor 4, a clutch 5 and a mixing assembly 100. The motor 4 is mounted inside the base 1 and can be controlled in rotation speed by a control circuit or a variable resistor. Referring to fig. 12, the second stirring member 8 includes a rotating plate 81, a second magnet block 82 installed below the rotating plate 81, and a stirring blade 83 installed on the rotating plate 81. The second magnet block 82 corresponds in position to the first magnet block 52. The stirring blade 83 has a structure different from that of the stirring blade 72. In the present embodiment, the second magnet block 82 has a substantially block-shaped structure, and accordingly, four second magnet blocks 82 are similarly provided. As shown in fig. 5 and 14, when the first stirring member 7 is used, the first stirring member 7 is installed inside the connector 2, and the rotating shaft 71 is engaged with the transmission part 51 of the clutch 5. A catch 70 for transmission is mounted on one end of the shaft 71 near the clutch 5. The holding portion 70 is a polyhedron structure, and is adapted to the transmission portion 51 and can be held in the transmission portion 51. The chucking part 70 is made of a non-magnetic material to prevent the first magnet block 52 from affecting the chucking part 70. In the embodiment, the holding portion 70 has a hexahedral structure, it is understood that the holding portion 70 may have other structures, such as a tetrahedron structure, a pentahedron structure, and the like. The starting motor 4 can realize the rapid rotation of the first stirring part 7 when in operation.
As shown in fig. 7, when the second stirring bar 8 is used, the second stirring bar 8 is attached to the inside of the connector 2, and the second magnet block 82 is attracted to the first magnet block 52. At this time, the operation of the starter motor 4 can realize the slow rotation of the second stirring member 8. Due to the different ways of driving the first stirring member 7 and the second stirring member 8, when the first stirring member 7 and the second stirring member 8 with different structures are selectively replaced, and the rotating speeds of the first stirring member and the second stirring member are different, different types of beverages or foods can be made. The stirrer can process different types of beverages or foods only by replacing different stirring pieces, and is simple and convenient to operate; secondly, compared with the prior art that different blenders are needed to process different styles of beverages or foods, the blender can save the storage space of household appliances; furthermore, the stirring machine can change the stirring speed of the motor 4 when the stirring assembly 100 is replaced due to different food materials, so that beverages or foods needing to be smashed into ice cubes or heated and stirred can be made.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the mixer further includes a heating plate 6 sleeved on the side surface of the clutch 5. The hotplate 6 is of a substantially circular disk configuration with a through hole in the center, the diameter of which is adapted to the inner diameter of the base 1. As shown in fig. 12, the second stirring member 8 further comprises a second mounting plate 84, the diameter of the second mounting plate 84 is matched with the inner diameter of the connecting member 2, and a through hole for mounting the rotating plate 81 is formed at the center position of the second mounting plate 84. The turntable 81 is rotatably mounted on a second mounting plate 84. Referring to fig. 8, when the second stirring bar 8 is used, the second mounting plate 84 abuts against the heating plate 6, and the heat generated by the heating plate 6 can be transferred to the second mounting plate 84. The shaft 71 is rotatably mounted on the first mounting plate 73. Referring to fig. 6, when the first stirring member 7 is used, a gap is formed between the first mounting plate 73 and the heating plate 6, and the gap has a heat insulating effect. It will be appreciated that the beverage or foodstuff to be prepared by the first stirring member 7 cannot be heated.
Referring to fig. 2, 6 and 8, the connecting member 2 is a cylinder structure with a through hole at the middle, and a position-limiting portion 22 extending to one side of the center of the connecting member 2 is disposed on the inner wall of the bottom of the connecting member, and the position-limiting portion 22 is a ring structure. When the first stirring piece 7 is used, the first mounting plate 73 is fixedly mounted on the limiting part 22; when the second stirring member 8 is used, the second mounting plate 84 is fixedly mounted on the stopper portion 22. With the structure of the stopper 22, the first stirring part 7 or the second stirring part 8 can be engaged with the connector 2. In particular, as shown in fig. 4, the inner wall of the connector 2 is also provided with an internal thread 21. The bottom of the cup body 3 is provided with an external thread 31 screwed with the internal thread 21. When the first stirring member 7 is used, the cup body 3 is screwed into the connecting member 2 so that the bottom of the cup body 3 presses the first mounting plate 73; when the second stirring element 8 is used, the cup 3 is screwed into the connecting element 2 so that the bottom of the cup 3 presses against the second mounting plate 84.
