技术领域
本发明涉及一种火锅洗涮装置，具体地说是应用传送带传送钢锅以达到洗净目的的装置，属于清洗领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，在冬天吃火锅的人越来越多。这就使得大量的钢锅需要清洗。可是目前还没有专门清洗火锅的装置，基本靠人力清洗。这样效率低下，不能符合现代社会的高效率要求。
发明内容
针对上述的不足，本发明提供了一种火锅洗涮装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种火锅洗涮装置，是由火锅、洗洁精喷口、旋转盘、毛刷、光电感应器、可90度旋转块、吸铁、储水箱、传送带组成的，其特征在于：火锅平放在传送带上端，旋转盘通过支架固定在光电传感器上方，储水箱通过螺栓固定在传送带上，可90度旋转块铰接在传送带上，吸铁和光电传感器镶嵌在传送带内，洗洁精喷口和毛刷铰接在旋转盘上。
该发明的有益之处是：该装置可完成批量火锅的清洗工作，节约人力物力，制造成本较低，流水线作业，规模化较好。能有效提高效率，生产稳定。

如图所示，一种火锅洗涮装置，是由火锅1、洗洁精喷口2、旋转盘3、毛刷4、光电感应器5、可90度旋转块6、吸铁7、储水箱8、传送带9组成的，火锅1平放在传送带9上端，旋转盘3通过支架固定在光电传感器5上方，储水箱8通过螺栓固定在传送带9上，可90度旋转块6铰接在传送带9上，吸铁7和光电传感器5镶嵌在传送带9内，洗洁精喷口2和毛刷4铰接在旋转盘3上

1.一种火锅洗涮装置，其特征在于：是由火锅、洗洁精喷口、旋转盘、毛刷、光电感应器、可90度旋转块、吸铁、储水箱、传送带组成的，火锅平放在传送带上端，旋转盘通过支架固定在光电传感器上方，储水箱通过螺栓固定在传送带上，可90度旋转块铰接在传送带上，吸铁和光电传感器镶嵌在传送带内，洗洁精喷口和毛刷铰接在旋转盘上。
