Abstract

本发明涉及一种5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂的制备方法。以氟虫腈为原料,水为介质,并加入梳型高分子分散剂复配而成。本发明加入梳型高分子分散剂,并选择性的选用由聚醋酸乙烯酯和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚组成复配分散剂,经检测,悬浮率达到96%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂的制备方法,属于农药的制备方法。
背景技术
氟虫腈是一种苯基吡唑类杀虫剂、杀虫谱广,对害虫以胃毒作用为主,兼有触杀和一定的内吸作用,其作用机制在于阻碍昆虫γ-氨基丁酸控制的氯化物代谢,因此对蚜虫、叶蝉、飞虱、鳞翅目幼虫、蝇类和鞘翅目等重要害虫有很高的杀虫活性,对作物无药害。该药剂可施于土壤,也可叶面喷雾。施于土壤能有效防治玉米根叶甲、金针虫和地老虎。叶面喷洒时,对小菜蛾、菜粉蝶、稻蓟马等均有高水平防效,且持效期长。
其中氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂是其中一个重要分支,其悬浮性能对农药的性能有着重要影响,因此提高其悬浮性能就显得尤为关键。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种能提高氟虫腈悬浮性能的5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂的制备方法。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:以氟虫腈为原料,水为介质,并加入梳型高分子分散剂复配而成。
所述梳型高分子分散剂由聚醋酸乙烯酯和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚组成,两者的质量比例为:聚醋酸乙烯酯:烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚=30-50:50-70。
质量比为:聚醋酸乙烯酯:烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚=40:60。
所述梳型高分子分散剂加入质量为氟虫腈质量的4%-10%。
本发明的优点是:本发明加入梳型高分子分散剂,并选择性的选用由聚醋酸乙烯酯和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚组成复配分散剂,经检测,悬浮率达到96%以上。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
本发明以氟虫腈为原料,水为介质,并加入梳型高分子分散剂复配而成。
所述梳型高分子分散剂由聚醋酸乙烯酯和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚组成,两者的质量比例为:
聚醋酸乙烯酯:烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚=40:60。
所述梳型高分子分散剂加入质量为氟虫腈质量的8%。
按照上述比例配比制成的5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂,经检测其悬浮率达到98.6%。
实施例二:
本发明以氟虫腈为原料,水为介质,并加入梳型高分子分散剂复配而成。
所述梳型高分子分散剂由聚醋酸乙烯酯和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚组成,两者的质量比例为:
聚醋酸乙烯酯:烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚=30:70。
所述梳型高分子分散剂加入质量为氟虫腈质量的6%。
按照上述比例配比制成的5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂,经检测其悬浮率达到97.8%。
实施例三:
本发明以氟虫腈为原料,水为介质,并加入梳型高分子分散剂复配而成。
所述梳型高分子分散剂由聚醋酸乙烯酯和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚组成,两者的质量比例为:
聚醋酸乙烯酯:烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚=50:50。
所述梳型高分子分散剂加入质量为氟虫腈质量的5%。
按照上述比例配比制成的5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂,经检测其悬浮率达到96.4%。

1.5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于,以氟虫腈为原料,水为介质,并加入梳型高分子分散剂复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述梳型高分子分散剂由聚醋酸乙烯酯和烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚组成,两者的质量比例为:聚醋酸乙烯酯:烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚=30-50:50-70。
3.根据权利要求2所述的5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于,质量比为:聚醋酸乙烯酯:烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚=40:60。
4.根据权利要求1所述的5%氟虫腈悬浮种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述梳型高分子分散剂加入质量为氟虫腈质量的4%-10%。
