本发明公开了一种集装箱模块式沼气池,其特征在于,包括集装箱,集装箱内设有罐体,罐体与集装箱之间设有支撑架,罐体外部缠绕有加热水管,罐体的两端分别设有进料口及排料口,罐体内部设有搅动轴,搅动轴的一端设有电机。本发明具有使用方便、安装快捷、降低成本、施工周期短、方便运输、减少碳堆积等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种集装箱模块式沼气池,属于新能源开发利用技术领域。
背景技术
沼气干式发酵是指发酵原料中干物质比例大于20%,它与传统的沼液浸泡的湿式厌氧发酵方式相比,具有可以直接处理农作物秸秆和城市垃圾等固体可发酵有机物的优点,不仅大大节省了预处理成本,同时还具有占用空间小,发酵速度快,沼气质量高等优点。
但是,从目前国内外市售或已投入运营的干式发酵沼气池来看,其基本采取地面混凝土堆建的不透气结构,建造成本相对高昂,具有一次性投资规模大,不利于重复再利用,且由于固体浓度太高,难以采用连续投料或半连续的投料方式,一般采用批量投料方式等问题。且现场施工,会产生很多没有效率的材料的运输,造成了碳堆积的增长。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供了一种使用方便、安装快捷、降低成本、施工周期短、方便运输、减少碳堆积的集装箱模块式沼气池,解决了目前的干式发酵沼气池,基本采取地面混凝土堆建的不透气结构,建造成本相对高昂,由于固体浓度太高,难以采用连续投料或半连续的投料方式,一般采用批量投料方式,现场施工会产生很多没有效率的材料的运输,造成了碳堆积增长的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种集装箱模块式沼气池,其特征在于,包括集装箱,集装箱内设有罐体,罐体与集装箱之间设有支撑架,罐体外部缠绕有加热水管,罐体的两端分别设有进料口及排料口,罐体内部设有搅动轴,搅动轴的一端设有电机。
优选地,所述的搅动轴包括空心轴和叶片,叶片均匀沿周分布在空心轴的径向上。
优选地,所述的叶片在空心轴的轴向上分布呈两头密、中间稀的状态。优选地,所述的空心轴上相邻的叶片之间的角度相同。
优选地,所述的加热水管在罐体的轴向上分布呈两头密、中间稀的状态。
优选地,所述的罐体外形为圆柱体。
本发明提供的沼气池主要针对现有技术进行改进,集装箱模块式沼气池就是在工厂里把沼气池做好,然后运到现场快速的组装起来,其施工周期短、方便运输、减少材料运载过程中的碳堆积。作为连续级干式厌氧发酵沼气池,相对于国外同类型产品的结构大幅简化,其高性价比、制作简单、易维护、可移动和运输,不但使用方便、安装快捷,更为使用者降低了很多成本。由于进行连续投料,使得在利用沼气池产气之前,避免要按比例投放接种物的麻烦。本发明简化了进排料程序,并通过进料口送入给料管中通过发酵原料的连续供给及自堆积形成的有效密封,满足了密封需求,运行可靠。其结构简单合理,采用由集装箱改制的沼气池,不仅利于产品的运输以及安装后的转移,对于废旧集装箱的开发再利用,也复合现代绿色环保工农业的理念。原材料来源广泛,沼气池容量即便在安装完成后也容易根据需求改变,即通过将多个沼气池串联连接就可以加大容量;同时由于其直接摆放于地面,沼气池的转移运输也是方便可行的。在当前人们都大力提倡环保、低碳、节能的概念下,集装箱模块式沼气池完美的解决了建筑业所带来的过度耗能或者碳堆积过长的问题。

其中:1为罐体,2为加热水管,3为支撑架,4为进料口,5为搅动轴,6为排料口,7为集气灶,8为电机,9为二级减速机,10为膜片连轴器,11为轴承座,12为电机支架,13为集装箱,5-1为空心轴,5-2为叶片。
具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
实施例1
本发明为一种集装箱模块式沼气池,如图1-图5所示,其包括集装箱13,集装箱13内置有罐体1,罐体1插入支撑架3内,支撑架3固定在集装箱13的内壁上,罐体1外部缠绕有加热水管2,加热水管2在罐体1的轴向上分布呈两头密、中间稀的状态;在罐体1的两端分别有进料口4及排料口6;搅动轴5安装在罐体1内部,搅动轴5的一端与轴承座11的一端连接,轴承座11的另一端通过膜片连轴器10与二级减速机9的一端连接,二级减速机9的另一端与电机8连接。物料进入进料口4后,被搅动轴5驱动至排料口6。如图6所示,搅动轴5包括空心轴5-1和叶片5-2,叶片5-2均匀沿周分布在空心轴5-1的径向上。叶片5-2在空心轴5-1的轴向上分布呈两头密、中间稀的状态。空心轴5-1上相邻的叶片5-2之间的角度相同。本实施例中,相邻的叶片5-2之间的角度均为90度。罐体1基本外形为圆柱体。罐体1上安装有集气灶7。
本发明解决了由于固体浓度太高难以采用连续投料或半连续的投料方式,一般采用批量投料方式的难题,由于可进行连续投料,解决了批量投料前需要按比例投放接种物的麻烦。并且由于其结构简单合理,采用集装箱改造的方式,不仅利于产品的运输以及安装后的转移,对于废旧集装箱的开发再利用,也复合现代绿色环保工农业的理念。
实施例2
可以将多个一种集装箱模块式沼气池进行串联,一个沼气池的排料口与另一个沼气池进料口相连使用,即可以存在多个罐体作为存料罐。

Claims (6)

1.一种集装箱模块式沼气池,其特征在于,包括集装箱(13),集装箱(13)内设有罐体(1),罐体(1)与集装箱(13)之间设有支撑架(3),罐体(1)外部缠绕有加热水管(2),罐体(1)的两端分别设有进料口(4)及排料口(7),罐体(1)内部设有搅动轴(5),搅动轴(5)的一端设有电机(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种集装箱模块式沼气池,其特征在于,所述的搅动轴(5)包括空心轴(5-1)和叶片(5-2),叶片(5-2)均匀沿周分布在空心轴(5-1)的径向上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种集装箱模块式沼气池,其特征在于,所述的叶片(5-2)在空心轴(5-1)的轴向上分布呈两头密、中间稀的状态。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种集装箱模块式沼气池,其特征在于,所述的空心轴(5-1)上相邻的叶片(5-2)之间的角度相同。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种集装箱模块式沼气池,其特征在于,所述的加热水管(2)在罐体(1)的轴向上分布呈两头密、中间稀的状态。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种集装箱模块式沼气池,其特征在于,所述的罐体(1)外形为圆柱体。
