Abstract
The invention discloses a steel billet hot saw cooling water system which comprises a hot saw machine, a cooling water spraying device and a controllable switch, wherein the hot saw machine is provided with saw blades for sawing steel billets, and a first photoelectric switch and a second photoelectric switch are arranged on the corresponding positions of the hot saw machine and are electronically connected with a controller of the hot saw machine respectively; the cooling water spraying device is arranged above the hot saw machine and comprises a first power mechanism, a second power mechanism and a plurality of cooling water spray heads; the controllable switch is electrically connected to the second power mechanism and the controller of the hot saw machine, the controller of the hot saw machine receives trigger signals of the first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch to generate sawing signals, and the controllable switch controls the second power mechanism to act based on the sawing signals. According to the steel billet hot saw cooling water system, high pressure water is reasonably utilized, water resources are greatly saved, meanwhile the motor load of the power mechanisms is lowered, and the effects of saving energy and power are achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cooling of saw blades of hot sawing machines, in particular to a cooling water system for a steel billet hot saw.
Background
At present, hot sawing machines are widely used in the production lines for rolling steel sections of metallurgical plants, in particular profiled sections, and are generally installed in the production lines after the rolling mill. The hot saw is used as a sawing mode for cutting off steel billets, steel materials and the like, in the sawing process, the temperature of the steel billets is high, the influence on the metal characteristics of the saw blade is great, the saw blade is easy to damage due to the high temperature, the cost of the saw blade is high, and therefore the temperature reduction of the saw blade in the sawing process is essential. The prior art often uses the cooling water to cool down the saw bit, and according to the technological requirement of sawing, adopts the cooling water to cool down to the saw bit and needs to make water pressure reach 70 kilograms at least, when the saw bit accomplishes a steel billet and saw cuts, the steel billet moves forward on the transmission roll table, and water under high pressure is still being put into use constantly this moment, has not only wasted a lot of water resources, also has played the fine cooling effect of its water under high pressure to the cooling of saw bit moreover. Furthermore, for the application of high-pressure water, due to the limitation of process requirements, if the pressure is not removed or the high-pressure water does not meet the requirements, the saw blade is sawed, and the saw blade is damaged or even cracked, so that the stability of the existing cooling water system needs to be improved. Furthermore, the use of high-pressure water makes the impact force on the saw blade larger, and the sawing quality of the steel billet by the saw blade is easily influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the problems to be solved, the design of the invention improves the existing cooling water system for the steel billet hot saw, provides the cooling water system which can reasonably use high-pressure water according to the sawing condition of the saw blade of the hot saw, well saves water resources, reduces the load of a motor and achieves the effects of energy saving and electricity saving. Furthermore, the saw blade is cooled by designing the two-stage power mechanism, so that when the high-pressure water generated by the second-stage power mechanism is not used, the cooling water with lower pressure generated by the first-stage power mechanism can cool the saw blade, and the saw blade can be cooled and protected under the condition of not wasting water resources. In addition, in order to ensure that the saw blade of the hot sawing machine cannot influence the sawing quality of the steel billet under the impact of high-pressure water, the saw blade of the hot sawing machine is uniquely designed.

the cooling water spraying device is arranged above the hot sawing machine and comprises a first power mechanism, a second power mechanism and a plurality of cooling water nozzles, wherein the first power mechanism is connected to an external water supply device and can raise the water pressure to a first threshold value, the second power mechanism is connected with the first power mechanism and can raise the water pressure obtained from the first power mechanism to a second threshold value, and the plurality of cooling water nozzles are connected to the output end of the second power mechanism;
the controllable switch is electrically connected to the second power mechanism and the controller of the hot sawing machine; wherein,

Meanwhile, because the high-pressure water is used when the saw blade is sawed, in order to avoid influencing the sawing effect of the saw blade to a certain extent due to the impact of the high-pressure water, the saw tooth angles of the saw blade are specially designed, so that the saw tooth angles which are mutually alternated can complement each other for sawing the steel billet, the sawing effect is ensured, and the process requirements are met.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a steel billet hot saw cooling water system, which comprises: the hot sawing machine 1 is provided with a saw blade 101 for sawing a steel billet, a first photoelectric switch 2 is arranged at a sawing position corresponding to the saw blade of the hot sawing machine, a second photoelectric switch 3 is arranged at an initial position corresponding to the saw blade, and the first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch are both electrically connected with a controller of the hot sawing machine; the cooling water spraying device is arranged above the hot sawing machine and comprises a first power mechanism 4, a second power mechanism 5 and a plurality of cooling water spray heads 6, wherein the first power mechanism is connected to an external water supply device 7 and can raise the water pressure to a first threshold value, the second power mechanism is connected with the first power mechanism and can raise the water pressure obtained from the first power mechanism to a second threshold value, and the plurality of cooling water spray heads are connected to the output end of the second power mechanism; a controllable switch (not shown) electrically connected to the second power mechanism and a controller of the hot saw; the controller of the hot sawing machine receives the trigger signals of the first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch to generate sawing signals, and the controllable switch controls the second power mechanism to act based on the sawing signals. The water pressure output by the second power mechanism is high-pressure water meeting the process requirement. In other words, whether the second power mechanism performs the boosting operation or not depends on the trigger signals of the first and second photoelectric switches, rather than performing the boosting operation while the saw blade is sawing the rest gap. Normally, the steel blank 11 is sawed every 6-8 meters, and after the saw blade is sawed, the saw blade is lifted upwards for stopping, and the water pressure in the cooling water system is reduced within 4-5 minutes, wherein the arrow direction in fig. 1 indicates the advancing direction of the steel blank, namely the steel blank is sawed vertically by the saw blade.
Wherein, for the above-mentioned placing positions of the first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch, the invention is designed as follows: the hot sawing machine is provided with a first bracket 8 and a second bracket 9 which are respectively positioned at two sides of the saw blade and are erected on a billet conveying roller way 10. Here, the first and second supports can also be designed separately without being mounted on a hot sawing machine. Meanwhile, the photoelectric switch can be arranged on two sides of the saw blade in a mode of being parallel to the saw blade.
In the case of a photoelectric switch, it is an important light-sensing device for detecting the presence of an object, and it usually includes a light receiver and a light emitter, so that the interaction between them can complete the detection of the presence or absence of an object. In the present invention, it is preferable that the optical receiver and the optical transmitter of the first and second photoelectric switches are respectively and correspondingly mounted on the first and second supports; wherein,
the optical receiver 201 and the optical transmitter 202 of the first photoelectric switch 2 are close to the roller table to generate a saw cutting signal for the saw blade to complete the saw cutting, and the optical receiver 301 and the optical transmitter 302 of the second photoelectric switch 3 are close to the initial position of the saw blade to trigger the saw cutting signal for the saw blade to start the saw cutting. The second photoelectric switch detects a sawing signal for starting sawing as long as the saw blade is controlled by the hot sawing machine to move downwards from the initial position, namely the controller triggers the second power mechanism to perform pressurization operation so as to generate high-pressure water from the cooling water spray head to spray to the saw blade; on the contrary, as long as the saw bit accomplishes once to saw cut, when preparing to lift up, first photoelectric switch can detect the saw cutting signal of saw cutting the completion, triggers the second power unit through the controller promptly and no longer carries out the pressure boost operation and then stops to export high pressure water, and although the second power unit does not pressurize, its inside pipeline still is the intercommunication with first power unit. In other words, although the second power mechanism stops spraying high-pressure water to the saw blade, the water pressure of the first power mechanism is continuously output so as to continuously cool the saw blade. But compared with high-pressure water, the waste of water resources is greatly reduced.
The first power mechanism mentioned above is preferably a conventional intake pump which is capable of reaching a first threshold value of water pressure of 4-6kg/cm2(ii) a And the second power mechanism is preferably a booster pump which can increase the water pressure after the water inlet pump to 70-80kg/cm2So as to meet the requirements of the cooling process of the saw blade. Here, the pressure gauge that can only be connected electrically is add to the produced water pressure size of real-time display booster pump, makes the hot saw machine can real-time supervision booster pump's pressure value. The steel billet hot saw cooling water system is additionally provided with two photoelectric switches in the existing cooling water system to detect saw cutting action signals of a saw blade and further control whether a second power mechanism (booster pump) performs pressurization operation on cooling water to generate high-pressure water for cooling the saw blade. Meanwhile, because the high-pressure water is used when the saw blade is sawed, in order to avoid influencing the sawing effect of the saw blade to a certain extent due to the impact of the high-pressure water, the saw tooth angles of the saw blade are specially designed, so that the saw tooth angles which are mutually alternated can complement each other for sawing the steel billet, the sawing effect is ensured, and the process requirements are met.
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

1. A steel billet hot saw cooling water system is characterized by comprising:
the hot sawing machine is provided with a saw blade for sawing a steel billet, a first photoelectric switch is arranged at a sawing position corresponding to the saw blade, a second photoelectric switch is arranged at an initial position corresponding to the saw blade, and the first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch are both electrically connected with a controller of the hot sawing machine;
the cooling water spraying device is arranged above the hot sawing machine and comprises a first power mechanism, a second power mechanism and a plurality of cooling water nozzles, wherein the first power mechanism is connected to an external water supply device and can raise the water pressure to a first threshold value, the second power mechanism is connected with the first power mechanism and can raise the water pressure obtained from the first power mechanism to a second threshold value, and the plurality of cooling water nozzles are connected to the output end of the second power mechanism;
the controllable switch is electrically connected to the second power mechanism and the controller of the hot sawing machine; wherein,
and the controller of the hot sawing machine receives the trigger signals of the first photoelectric switch and the second photoelectric switch to generate a sawing signal, and the controllable switch controls the second power mechanism to act based on the sawing signal.
