本发明涉及一种新型波纹管膨胀节包括波纹管,以及设置在波纹管两端的左接管和右接管,滑动内管,波纹管固定套在所述滑动内管外周,波纹管两端内部设有卡紧机构,波纹管通过卡紧机构连接固定滑动内管,卡紧机构包括多个固定卡口,左接管和右接管之间还设有多个支撑杆和连接件,支撑杆通过连接件固定在左接管和右接管上,左接管与右接管上还设有多个通孔,通孔为圆形,波纹管上的螺纹之间的间距相等,所述间距为1cm。左接管与右接管表面涂有防水层和防腐层,所述防水层设置于防腐层上方,所述波纹管内部也涂有防水层和防腐层。本发明使得热量不易流失,提高产品使用效果,膨胀节更加的牢固,伸缩性好,防水防腐性好。

本发明涉及一种新型波纹膨胀节。 
背景技术
波纹膨胀节能够起到伸缩作用主要是靠波纹管来实现的,对波纹膨胀节的功能及强度设计主要是对波纹管的设计,对波纹管的不同设计及组合,可以使波纹管拉伸、压缩或弯曲,从而形成轴向、横向、角向三种基本形式的波纹膨胀节,此结构加工难度大,耐热耐温性能差。 
发明内容
为解决上述问题本发明的技术方案是: 
一种新型波纹管膨胀节包括波纹管,以及设置在波纹管两端的左接管和右接管,滑动内管,波纹管固定套在所述滑动内管外周,所述波纹管两端内部设有卡紧机构,所述波纹管通过卡紧机构连接固定滑动内管,所述卡紧机构包括多个固定卡口,所述左接管和右接管之间还设有多个支撑杆和连接件,所述支撑杆通过连接件固定在左接管和右接管上,所述左接管与右接管上还设有多个通孔,所述通孔为圆形,所述波纹管上的螺纹之间的间距相等,所述间距为1cm。 
所述左接管与右接管表面涂有防水层和防腐层,所述防水层设置于防腐层上方,所述波纹管内部也涂有防水层和防腐层。 
本发明的有益效果为: 
本发明一种新型波纹管膨胀节包括波纹管,以及设置在波纹管两端的左接管和右接管,滑动内管,在波纹管两端设置卡紧机构,做到有效卡紧滑动 内管,使得热量不易流失,提高产品使用效果,所述左接管和右接管之间还设有多个支撑杆和连接件,这样的结构可以使得膨胀节更加的牢固,所述波纹管上的螺纹之间的间距相等,所述间距为1cm,使得伸缩性好,所述左接管与右接管表面涂有防水层和防腐层,所述防水层设置于防腐层上方,所述波纹管内部也涂有防水层和防腐层。可以使得波纹管膨胀节具有防腐防水功能,有效保护波纹管膨胀节。

所述左接管2与右接管3表面涂有防水层和防腐层,所述防水层设置于防腐层上方,所述波纹管1内部也涂有防水层和防腐层。
