Abstract
本发明提供一种可调式触碰节水阀,本发明采用拨片结构,并用普通水龙头的调节原理,采用一对十字形陶瓷阀芯,通过旋转其对开的角度来调节流通面积,从而调节水流,本发明利用一只普通的触碰式水龙头和1只陶瓷阀芯水龙头,利用十字阀芯对开调节原理,采用车床加工成调节段,并在调节段添加密封圈,通过组装固定在触碰式水龙头上,形成一只“可调式触碰节水阀”。本发明水流大小可调节,更加节水,可以再多省水10-20%,因该节水阀开关接触点位于出水口的下方,当打开开关时,水流出就会冲洗开关接触点,清洁卫生。可作为单独的成套水龙头使用,不必再增加手柄式水龙头直接安装在水管上,安装方便,并且成本低,故障率低,维修便宜。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种节水阀门,特别涉及一种可调式触碰节水阀。
背景技术
我们赖以生存的水,正日益短缺。目前,全世界还有超过10亿的人口用不上清洁的水,人类每年有310万人因饮用不洁水患病而死亡。面临全球性的水资源匮乏,因此,生活中每个人都应有较强的节水意识,而节水阀门正是也成为水阀制作的上选。目前市场上的水龙头主要包括三种:传统式水龙头、感应水龙头、触碰式水龙头。但是三者都存在不同程度上的缺陷。传统式水龙头上传统橡胶垫圈或陶瓷阀芯的水龙头节水效果差,而且在公共场所,因没有清洁功能,用脏手去开关手柄容易残留病菌,对下一个使用的人就不卫生。感应水龙头防水性较差,故障率较高,出水大小不能随时调节,购买和修理很贵。触碰式水龙头的水流大小不能随意调节是它最大缺点。
关于节水阀的专利有很多,但是并没有出现在触碰式水阀的基础上添加调节装置的节水阀。在专利CN202561176U中公开了一种方便节水阀,水龙头开关阀右边装有阀门,阀门内装有定时器,定时器下方水管上连接装有球阀,球阀下方装有球阀开关,定时器顶部装有电池槽,电池槽右侧装有开关。但是该发明的缺点在于需要利用电池来进行节水,不是十分环保,并且只是简单的通过控制水流开关打到节水目的,无法控制水流大小。CN202466745U公开一种自控流量节水阀,特征在于壳体内设有压簧,压簧上方置有按钮,压圈顶持按钮,按钮套接拉杆,拉杆贯穿壳体底部与下方阀门一端连接,阀门一端经销轴活接在出水架上,阀门置于出水孔上方。该发明的缺点在于压簧经过反复的按压寿命会缩短,失去弹性,从而达不到节水效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够控制水流大小的触碰式节水阀。
未达到以上目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明是由触碰式水龙头和十字星陶瓷阀芯组成。本发明采用拨片结构,并用普通水龙头的调节原理,采用一对十字形陶瓷阀芯,通过旋转其对开的角度来调节流通面积,从而调节水流,本发明利用一只普通的触碰式水龙头和1只陶瓷阀芯水龙头,利用十字阀芯对开调节原理,采用车床加工成调节段,并在调节段添加密封圈,通过组装固定在触碰式水龙头上,形成一只“可调式触碰节水阀”。
本发明的有益效果在于:
水流大小可调节。通过调节开关内的截面积的大小来改变水流大小,在水压不稳时也能调到想要的大小,在满足清洗效果的前提下更省水;更加节水。触碰式水龙头采用气泡式出水,冲洗时水花不会喷不会飞溅,而且手距离开关触点比常规水龙头的手柄近很多,所以省水效果很明显。而可调式触碰节水阀因可以调节水流大小,不会过多过大给水,所以可以再多省水10-20%;清洁卫生。因该节水阀开关接触点位于出水口的下方,当打开开关时,水流出就会冲洗开关接触点。所以我设计调节段即使在最小位置时仍然可以有水流出;安装方便。可作为单独的成套水龙头使用,不必再增加手柄式水龙头直接安装在水管上;成本低。比感应式水龙头便宜、故障率低,维修便宜。

如图1所示,本发明是由触碰式水龙头和十字星陶瓷阀芯两部分组成。如图2所示,本发明采用拨片结构,并用普通水龙头的调节原理,采用一对十字形陶瓷阀芯,通过旋转其对开的角度来调节流通面积,从而调节水流。
本发明利用一只普通的触碰式水龙头和1只陶瓷阀芯水龙头,利用十字阀芯对开调节原理,采用车床加工成调节段,并在调节段添加密封圈,通过组装固定在触碰式水龙头上,形成一只“可调式触碰节水阀”。
具体实施例1:
将可调式触碰节水阀安装后,打开触碰开关,将调节段关到最小,此时仍有很小水流,调节段开到最小位置仍有较小水流是使触碰开关保持水压,使之仍然能够起到开关作用,仍有水流,这样才能发挥触碰式节水阀的优点,比如自清洁、卫生等。开度在20%左右,开始有起泡效果。中等开度,起泡效果明显,水流变大。最大开度,水流为最大流量。

3.根据权利要求1所述的可调式触碰节水阀,其特征在于:采用车床加工成调节段,并在调节段添加密封圈,通过组装固定在触碰式水龙头上。
