本发明公开了一种建筑管十字连接扣件，该建筑管十字连接扣件一种建筑管十字连接扣件，包括连接座，连接座的一侧的两端设有铰链连接的夹片，连接座背面一侧与夹片垂直的两端，一端铰链连接有合盖，另一端向外延伸形成卡座，卡座上设有凹槽，合盖的端部设有定位块，定位块可放置在凹槽中，卡座和盒盖通过锁销相连接，夹片主要夹住建筑管，夹片的背面形成另一根交叉摆放的建筑管的管座，卡座和盒盖通过锁销夹紧，可以夹住另一根交叉摆放的建筑管，在拆装操作时速度提高了一半，从而提高建设速度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工程建设施工使用材料配件，特别涉及一种建筑管十字连接扣件。
背景技术
目前使用的建筑管连接扣件，它是由一个十字形座和两个外合盖及销钉和螺丝螺母构成。它的工作原理是由十字形座与一个外盖及销钉螺丝螺母来固定一根建筑管，再由另一个外盖及销钉和螺丝螺母与十字座固定另一根交叉建筑管达到连接目的。
它能牢固的将一根建筑管和另一根交叉建筑管连接在一起，但它还存在缺点和不足之处：1、用两根螺丝帽采用螺丝帽本身就存在缺陷，螺丝帽易生锈、易被混凝土粘合、易受到外界的破坏；2、螺丝和外盖使用灵活性低(连接扣与建筑管连接使用中由于螺丝连接在十字扣的一边，它的张开幅度有限，在施工中有很多不便之处)；3、速度慢(由于使用了两个螺丝帽操作时显工作量大、施工速度受到影响)。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可快速连接的建筑管十字连接扣件，以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供以下的技术方案：一种建筑管十字连接扣件，包括连接座，所述连接座的一侧的两端设有铰链连接的夹片，连接座背面一侧与夹片垂直的两端，一端铰链连接有合盖，另一端向外延伸形成卡座，卡座上设有凹槽，合盖的端部设有定位块，定位块可放置在凹槽中，卡座和盒盖通过锁销相连接。
优选的，所述夹片为月牙状。
优选的，所述合盖侧面为半圆环状。
优选的，所述连接座两面为圆弧状凹槽。
优选的，所述锁销为一面设有通槽，通槽的一端为大口，另一端为小口，小口的高度与卡座的厚度一致。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是：本发明结构的建筑管十字连接扣件，设计了一个自动夹紧模式，夹片夹住建筑管，夹片的背面形成另一根交叉摆放的建筑管的管座，铰链连接的两夹片，能提高夹片的灵活性，合盖通过锁销与连接座上的卡座夹紧，可以夹住另一根交叉摆放的建筑管，避免了螺纹连接的繁琐，在拆装操作时速度提高了一半，从而提高建设速度。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明一种建筑管十字连接扣件的优选实施方式。
图1和图2出示本发明一种建筑管十字连接扣件的具体实施方式：该建筑管十字连接扣件，包括连接座1，连接座1的一侧的两端设有铰链连接的夹片2，连接座1背面一侧与夹片2垂直的两端，一端铰链连接有合盖3，另一端向外延伸形成卡座4，卡座4上设有凹槽5，合盖3的端部设有定位块6，定位块6可放置在凹槽5中，卡座4和盒盖通过锁销7相连接，夹片2为月牙状，合盖3侧面为半圆环状，连接座1两面为圆弧状凹槽5。
图3出示的是锁销7的具体实施方式：该锁销7为一面设有通槽8，通槽8的一端为大口，另一端为小口，小口的高度与卡座4的厚度一致。
施工时将夹片2打开夹住一根建筑管，此时将连接座1的背面贴在一根交叉摆放的建筑管上，然后将合盖3合上，使得定位块6位于卡座4的凹槽5内，通过锁销7使得卡座4与合盖3固定，此时两夹片2的背面被交叉摆放的建筑管顶住，起到支撑作用，从而使得两夹片2自动夹紧建筑管，这时交叉摆放的建筑管也同时被外合盖3拉紧，从而达到了连接目的。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种建筑管十字连接扣件，包括连接座，其特征在于：所述连接座的一侧的两端设有铰链连接的夹片，连接座背面一侧与夹片垂直的两端，一端铰链连接有合盖，另一端向外延伸形成卡座，卡座上设有凹槽，合盖的端部设有定位块，定位块可放置在凹槽中，卡座和盒盖通过锁销相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑管十字连接扣件，其特征在于：所述夹片为月牙状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑管十字连接扣件，其特征在于：所述合盖侧面为半圆环状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑管十字连接扣件，其特征在于：所述连接座两面为圆弧状凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的建筑管十字连接扣件，其特征在于：所述锁销为一面设有通槽，通槽的一端为大口，另一端为小口，小口的高度与卡座的厚度一致。
