An data transmission method is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of the data transmission method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps S302 to S304.
In step S302, the D2D UE obtains configuration indication information, where the configuration indication information is used to indicate data processing modes of the D2D UE in the th slot and the second slot of the D2D subframe.
At step S304, the D2D UE transmits or receives data at the th time slot and/or transmits or receives data at the second time slot according to the configuration indication information.
According to the method, D2D UE can obtain configuration indication information indicating data processing modes of the D2D UE in th time slot and second time slot of D2D subframe, so that data can be transmitted and/or received according to the configuration indication information, and D2D UE can perform D2D data transmission in a more flexible resource mode by effectively dividing D2D communication resources, so that resource utilization rate is improved, and efficient data transmission is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, the th slot and the second slot are divided into slots (slot) th slot #0 and slot #1 second slot, which are different from the conventional method in which data transmission is performed in units of subframes (subframes).
Preferably, the D2D UE acquires the configuration indication information by at least means of physical layer control signaling, higher layer signaling and system predefinition.
Preferably, the data processing mode of the D2D UE in the th time slot and the second time slot of the D2D subframe comprises , wherein the D2D UE transmits a signal in the th time slot and receives a signal in the second time slot, the D2D UE receives a signal in the th time slot and transmits a signal in the second time slot, the D2D UE transmits a signal to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively, and the D2D UE receives a signal from different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively.
However, the following manners may be used in combination, or only the data processing manner of the D2D UE in the th slot or the second slot of the D2D subframe may be configured, and the specific method is similar to the following description, and is not described herein again.
(1) Physical layer control signaling
The D2D UE acquiring the configuration indication information through the physical layer control signaling includes: D2D UE receives a physical layer control signaling carrying configuration indication information from a network side node and acquires the configuration indication information; or, the D2D UE receives the physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information from its D2D communication peer UE, and acquires the configuration indication information.
Preferably, the physical layer control signaling comprises DCI or a dedicated D2D communication control message.
Preferably, before the D2D UE acquires the configuration indication information through the physical layer control signaling, the network side node or the D2D communication peer UE needs to add the configuration indication information in the physical layer control signaling, and the configuration indication information may be carried by a 1-bit indication information bit or a 2-bit indication information bit, that is, the method may further include:
A. the network side node or the D2D communication peer UE carries configuration indication information through a 1-bit indication information bit in a physical layer control signaling, the setting value of the 1-bit indication information bit may be 0 and 1, and there are four data processing methods for the D2D UE in the th slot and the second slot of the D2D subframe, so there may be the following correspondence:

The D2D UE acquiring the configuration indication information through the higher layer signaling includes: D2D UE receives a high-level signaling carrying configuration indication information from a network side node and acquires the configuration indication information; or, the D2D UE receives the higher layer signaling carrying the configuration indication information from its D2D communication peer UE, and acquires the configuration indication information.
Preferably, the higher layer signaling includes of a D2D Connection establishment Request (D2D Connection Request) message, a D2D Connection establishment Request response (D2D Connection Setup) message, a D2D Connection reconfiguration (D2D Connection reconfiguration) message.
(3) System predefinition
The D2D UE predefining the acquisition configuration indication information through the system comprises the following steps: the system predefines configuration indication information according to the ID number size of D2D UEs in D2D communication; alternatively, the system predefines configuration indication information according to a master-slave relationship of D2D UEs in D2D communication; alternatively, the system predefines configuration indication information according to the active/passive relationship of the D2D UEs in D2D communication in D2D communication.
A. The system predefines configuration indication information according to the ID number size of D2D UE in D2D communication, which may include the following ways:

The network side node carries configuration indication information through a 2bits indication information bit in a physical layer control signaling, a setting value of the 2bits indication information bit can be 00, 01, 10 and 11, and there are four data processing modes of the D2D UE at the th time slot and the second time slot of the D2D subframe, so that four states of the 2bits indication information bit correspond to the four data processing modes , and the corresponding relationship is arbitrary and specifically as follows:

The embodiment of the present invention further provides data transmission apparatuses, which are applied to D2D UEs and can be used to implement the data transmission method described in the above embodiment shown in fig. 3 and its preferred embodiment fig. 5 is a block diagram of a data transmission apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes an obtaining module 52 and a data transmission module 54.
The system comprises an acquisition module 52 for acquiring configuration indication information, wherein the configuration indication information is used for indicating a data processing mode of the D2D UE at the th time slot and the second time slot of the D2D subframe, and a data transmission module 54 coupled to the acquisition module 52 for transmitting or receiving data at the th time slot and/or transmitting or receiving data at the second time slot according to the configuration indication information.
Preferably, the obtaining module 52 obtains the configuration indication information by at least of physical layer control signaling, higher layer signaling, and system predefinition.
Preferably, the data processing mode of the D2D UE in the th and second slots of the D2D subframe includes that the D2D UE transmits signals in the th slot and receives signals in the second slot, the D2D UE receives signals in the th slot and transmits signals in the second slot, the D2D UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th and second slots, respectively, and the D2D UE receives signals from different nodes in the th and second slots, respectively.
Preferably, the obtaining module 52 includes an th receiving unit, configured to receive the physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information from the network side node and obtain the configuration indication information, and a second receiving unit, configured to receive the physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information from the D2D communication peer UE and obtain the configuration indication information.

Preferably, the signaling includes physical layer control signaling and/or higher layer signaling, wherein the physical layer control signaling includes DCI or dedicated D2D communication control message, and the higher layer signaling includes of a D2D connection establishment request message, a D2D connection establishment request response message, and a D2D connection reconfiguration message.
It should be noted that the data transmission devices applied to the D2D UE side and the network side node correspond to the data transmission methods described in the two sides, respectively, and the specific implementation process thereof has been described in detail in the method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In order to make the technical solution and implementation method of the present invention clearer, the following describes the implementation process in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments.
The network side may include kinds or more of the following entities, eNB, MCE, GW, MME, EUTRAN, OAM, and the eNB is taken as the configuration control entity of the network side for the following description.
In D2D communication, two or more UEs may perform direct transmission of data under the control of the eNB. For simplicity, two UEs constituting D2D UE Pair will be described below as an example.
The D2D capable UE may operate in two modes, a cellular network communication mode and a D2D communication mode, and the UE may simultaneously maintain a cellular communication connection with a base station and a D2D communication connection with a D2D communication peer UE, the UE implementing data bearers for cellular communication and D2D communication on different resources according to the configuration.
The Resource partitioning between cellular communication and D2D communication can be performed from both time domain and frequency domain dimensions, from time domain, it can be divided into cellular communication sub-frames (Macro subframe) and D2D sub-frames (D2D subframe) by sub-frames, as shown in fig. 6a, from frequency domain, it can be divided by Physical Resource Block (PRB), all PRBs within the system available bandwidth are divided into two types, i.e. PRB for cellular communication and D2D communication respectively, as shown in fig. 6b, or both can be combined, and partial PRB is divided by step within D2D subframe as D2D Resource, as shown in fig. 6c, D2D subframe and D2 365 PRB Resource can be configured by base station to indicate to UE, or can be obtained by UE through contention Resource according to system specification, in addition, on D2D subframe, UE can transmit data on cellular communication sub-frame, i.e. PRB Resource can be configured by base station to indicate to UE, or can transmit data on cellular communication sub-frame 483, and data can also carry data on cellular communication sub-D2.
When a UE is in D2D communication, it may simultaneously maintain D2D connections with multiple D2D UEs and also perform cellular communication with a base station, where the UE needs to transmit and receive the following data: data receiving/transmitting between UE and base station; the UE communicates with D2D to receive/transmit data of peer UE 1; the UE communicates with D2D to receive/transmit data of peer UE 2; the UE communicates with D2D for data transmission/reception, etc. of peer UE 3. The data may include control data and/or service data, where the control data includes configuration information, scheduling information, Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) feedback, a measurement report, a resource Request, and the like.
On D2D subframe, the UE performs independent data transmission on two slots, where the data transmission includes transmission or reception of data, i.e. the UE performs transmission or reception of data on slot #0 and slot #1, respectively, then the transmission/reception state of the UE on D2D subframe may include the following situations: UE transmits signal on slot #0 and receives signal on slot #1, as shown in fig. 7 a; UE receives signal on slot #0 and transmits signal on slot #1, as shown in fig. 7 b; UE transmits signals to different nodes on slot #0 and slot #1, respectively, as shown in fig. 7 c; the UE receives signals from different nodes on slot #0 and slot #1, respectively, as shown in fig. 7 d.
Since the UE can perform independent data transmission on two slots of the D2D subframe, that is, transmit or receive D2D data in slots, it is necessary for the D2D UE to obtain configuration indication of data processing manner on two slots of the D2D subframe, that is, the configuration indication indicates that the UE is used for D2D transmission or reception on two slots, respectively.
On the D2D subframe, the UE needs to determine how to transmit or receive data on slot #0 and slot #1, so that corresponding configuration needs to be performed, and specific configuration modes can be divided into the following three types:
mode (1), the data processing mode of the UE on two slots of the D2D subframe is indicated by high layer signaling configuration.
Under the control of the eNB, the UE a performs D2D Connection establishment with the UE B, and may perform configuration indication on a data processing manner on a slot in a D2D Connection establishment Request (D2 DConnection Request) message or a D2D Connection establishment Request response (D2D Connection Setup) message, that is, perform configuration indication on data transmission or reception on two slots of a D2D subframe in the D2D Connection establishment process.
Or, in the higher layer signaling for configuring the D2D communication Connection to the UE a, the configuration indication of the data processing manner on the two slots of the D2D subframe is performed, that is, in the D2D Connection Reconfiguration (D2D Connection Reconfiguration) message, the configuration of data transmission or reception on the two slots of the D2D subframe is indicated to the UE a. The D2D connection reconfiguration message may be indicated to UE a by the eNB or D2D correspondent UE (UE b).
Mode (2), through physical layer control signaling, the configuration indication information about the data processing mode is carried in the control signaling for scheduling indication UE about D2D data transmission, and indicates the UE about the data transmission method on two slots of D2D subframe. The control signaling carrying the above configuration indication information may be DCI, or a dedicated D2D communication control message (ProSe-CI, PCI).
The method includes that an eNB or a UE B configures and indicates two slots of a D2D subframe to the UE A through DCI, specifically, two configurations can be indicated to the UE A through a 1-bit indication information bit, for example, when the indication information bit is '1', data transmission is carried out on slot #0 corresponding to the UE A, data reception is carried out on slot #1, when the indication information bit is '0', data reception is carried out on slot #0 corresponding to the UE A, data transmission is carried out on slot #1, or the setting value of the indication information bit is opposite to the corresponding indication meaning, and other modes are not listed here, is also available, four configurations can be indicated to the UE A through a 2-bit indication information bit, for example, the UE A transmits data on slot #0, receives data on slot #1, the UE A receives data on slot #0, transmits data on slot #1, the UE A respectively transmits data on slot #0 and slot #1, the UE A respectively indicates that the four specific relations of 'data transmission or reception is carried out on slot #0, slot #1, the UE A respectively indicates four states corresponding to the slot #0, 1, the UE A1, the four specific relations of' 1 ', the four types of data transmission, and the UE A1', the UE A, the UE B can indicate.
Mode (3), the system predefines the data processing mode of the UE on two slots of the D2D subframe.
In a system supporting D2D communication, a data processing manner between D2D UE Pair may be predefined on two slots of a D2D subframe, and when a UE establishes a D2D connection and starts D2D data transmission, data transmission or reception may be performed on a corresponding slot of a D2D subframe according to rules predefined by the system.
The rules predefined by the system may include a plurality of different manners, for example, determining the manner of data processing of the UE on the slot of the D2D subframe according to the sizes of the ID numbers of two UEs constituting the D2D UE Pair, for example, the UE with the large ID number uses slot #0 for data transmission and slot #1 for data reception; the UE with small ID number uses slot #0 to receive data, slot #1 to transmit data, or the reverse rule. The UE ID may be a C-RNTI of the UE, a dedicated ID (D-RNTI or D-ID) in D2D communication, or any other ID that may identify the UE.
The rules predefined by the system may also be determined according to the relationship between two UEs in the D2D UE Pair, for example, when two UEs in the D2D UE Pair are distinguished as master UE and slave UE, i.e., the master UE has higher authority for communicating with the peer UE (slave UE) in relation to D2D, or may perform management functions such as configuration or scheduling defined by on the slave UE.
The rules predefined by the system can be further distinguished according to the function difference of two UEs in the D2D UE Pair in D2D communication, and the data processing manner is predefined according to the active UE and the passive UE in the D2D connection communication relationship establishment process, for example, a UE (active UE) initiating a D2D connection establishment request uses slot #0 for data transmission, slot #1 for data reception, a UE (passive UE) accepting a D2D connection establishment request uses slot #0 for data reception, slot #1 for data transmission, or the opposite rule.
Preferred embodiment
The preferred embodiment describes configuring the data processing manner of the UE on two slots of the D2D subframe through higher layer signaling (taking D2D connection establishment procedure as an example).
The method includes that D2D discovery and pairing are performed between UE A and UE B under the control instruction of an eNB, the UE A sends a D2D Connection establishment Request (D2D Connection Request) message to the UE B (or sends the D2D Connection Request) to the UE B through the eNB, after the UE B receives the D2D Connection establishment Request message, the UE B sends a D2D Connection establishment (D2D Connection Setup) message to the UE A, and the D2D Connection establishment message comprises configuration indication information of a data processing mode of a time slot in a D2D subframe. After receiving (or receiving by the eNB) the D2D Connection establishment message, the UE a obtains the configuration indication information, performs data transmission and reception of D2D communication according to the content of the configuration indication information, and feeds back a D2D Connection Setup Complete (D2D Connection Setup Complete) message to the UE B, which is implemented as shown in fig. 8.
Preferred embodiment two
The preferred embodiment describes a data processing method for configuring two slots indicating the UE on the D2D subframe through a higher layer signaling (taking D2D congestion as an example).
The UE A and the UE B establish D2D communication Connection under the control instruction of the eNB, the eNB respectively carries out D2D communication configuration instruction to the UE A and the UE B, and the D2D Connection Reconfiguration (D2D Connection Reconfiguration) message is used for indicating the two UEs. In the D2D Connection Reconfiguration message, the eNB configures a configuration instructing UE a to receive data of UE B at slot #0 of the D2D subframe and to transmit data to UE B at slot # 1; and instructing UE B to send data to UE A in slot #0 of the D2D subframe and receive the data of UE A in slot # 1. After receiving the configuration message from the eNB, UE a and UE B obtain the configuration instruction information, perform data transmission and reception of D2D communication according to the corresponding instruction, and feed back a D2D connection Reconfiguration Complete (D2 DConnection Reconfiguration Complete) message to the eNB, so that the implementation flow is as shown in fig. 9.
Preferred embodiment three
The preferred embodiment describes a data processing method for indicating the UE on two slots of the D2D subframe by physical layer signaling (taking 1-bit information indicator bit as an example).
In the D2D communication process, the eNB may schedule data transmission of two UEs in the D2D UE Pair in real time, that is, the eNB may indicate the data processing mode of the UE on the timeslot through the physical layer scheduling control information sent to the D2D UE by using a centralized scheduling mode.
The eNB indicates scheduling control information of the UE about D2D communication through DCI, wherein the DCI includes an indication information bit of 1bit, which is used for indicating a data processing mode on a slot, for example, when the indication information bit is "1", UE A is indicated to transmit data at slot #0 and receive data at slot # 1; when the indication information bit is "0", that is, UE a is instructed to receive data at slot #0 and transmit data at slot #1, or the setting value of the indication information bit is opposite to the corresponding indication meaning.
Preferred embodiment four
The preferred embodiment describes a data processing manner of the UE on two slots of the D2D sub-frame predefined by the system (for example, predefined according to the size of the ID number of the UE).
The system sets a fixed rule for the data processing mode on the slot of the D2D subframe in the communication process of D2D, and specifies that in D2D UE Pair, the UE with the large ID number uses slot #0 in the D2D subframe to transmit data, slot #1 to receive data, the UE with the small ID number uses slot #0 to receive data, and slot #1 to transmit data, or the reverse rule can be set.
When the UE A and the UE B carry out D2D communication, the UE A and the UE B can obtain ID information of the opposite UE, for example, C-RNTI of the opposite UE, the UE A and the UE B can carry out size comparison on the ID numbers of the opposite UE, and the UE A and the UE B can naturally distinguish data processing modes on time slots in a D2D subframe without any signaling or indication. For example, if the ID number of UE a is greater than the ID number of UE B, UE a transmits data to UE B at slot #0, and receives data of UE B at slot # 1; and UE B receives the data of UE A at slot #0 and transmits the data to UE A at slot # 1.
Preferred embodiment five
The preferred embodiment describes a data processing manner of the UE on two slots of the D2D sub-frame predefined by the system (for example, predefined according to the master-slave relationship of the UE).
The system sets a fixed rule for the data processing mode on the slot in the D2D subframe in the D2D communication process, and specifies that the master UE in the D2D UE Pair uses slot #0 in the D2D subframe to transmit data, slot #1 to receive data, the slave UE uses slot #0 to receive data, and slot #1 to transmit data, or sets the opposite rule.
In the communication process of D2D, partial semi-static resource configuration may be performed by the eNB for D2D UE Pair as D2D communication resource, and UE a and UE B that constitute D2D UE Pair perform D2D data transmission using the resource configured by the eNB, where UE a is a master UE and has a function and authority of performing -step control on D2D data transmission, and UE B is a slave UE and performs data transmission according to scheduling control of eNB and UE a, UE a may be configured to perform data transmission to UE B at slot #0, receive data of UE B at slot #1, receive data of UE a at slot #0, and perform data transmission to UE a at slot # 1.
Preferred embodiment six
The preferred embodiment describes configuring the data processing mode of the UE on two slots of the D2D subframe through the higher layer signaling (taking D2D reconfiguration as an example) and the physical layer signaling (taking 1bit indication information bit as an example).
Under the control instruction of the eNB, UE A establishes a D2D communication Connection with UE B, UE A simultaneously maintains cellular communication Connection with the eNB, the eNB carries out configuration instruction of D2D communication to UE A, indicates UE A to transmit D2 7 communication data at slot #0 of a D2D subframe through a D2D Connection Reconfiguration (D2D ConnectionReconfiguration) message, and transmits cellular communication data at slot #1 in a D2D Connection Reconfiguration message, wherein the eNB carries out steps to indicate the specific transmitting or receiving state of UE A through physical layer signaling, indicates through 1bit indication information bit in corresponding DCI of UE A, indicates UE A to transmit cellular communication data at slot #0 and receives D2D communication data at slot #1 when the information bit is '0', indicates UE A to transmit cellular communication data at slot #0, and transmits cellular communication data at slot # 26 when the information bit is '1'.
The UE a obtains the configuration indication information of the data processing method in the slot of the D2D subframe according to the eNB configuration and the DCI indication, and performs data transmission and reception of the D2D communication and/or the cellular communication according to the corresponding indication.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as sets of computer executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
In summary, according to the embodiments of the present invention, the D2D UE may obtain configuration indication information indicating data processing manners of the D2D subframe at the th time slot and the second time slot, so as to transmit and/or receive data according to the configuration indication information, and by effectively dividing the D2D communication resources, the D2D UE performs D2D data transmission in a more flexible resource manner, thereby improving resource utilization rate and achieving efficient data transmission.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (31)

1, a data transmission method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that the device-to-device (D2D) User Equipment (UE) acquires configuration indication information, wherein the configuration indication information is used for indicating data processing modes of the D2D UE at the th time slot and the second time slot of a D2D subframe;
the D2D UE transmitting or receiving data on the th time slot and/or transmitting or receiving data on the second time slot according to the configuration indication information;
wherein the D2D subframe carrying D2D communication data and cellular communication data comprises transmitting the D2D communication data on slots of the D2D subframe and transmitting the cellular communication data on another slots;
the D2D communication data includes D2D control data and/or D2D traffic data between the D2D UE and its D2D communication counterpart UE, the cellular communication data includes cellular communication control data and/or cellular communication traffic data between the D2D UE and the network side.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the D2D UE obtains the configuration indication information by at least one of physical layer control signaling, higher layer signaling, and system predefinition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the data processing manner of the D2D UE at the th and second slots of the D2D subframe comprises :
the D2D UE transmitting a signal on the time slot and receiving a signal on the second time slot;
the D2D UE receiving a signal on the th slot and transmitting a signal on the second slot;
the D2D UE transmitting signals to different nodes on the and the second time slots, respectively;
the D2D UEs receive signals from different nodes on the and the second time slots, respectively.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the node comprises a network side node and/or a D2D correspondent UE of the D2DUE, and wherein the signal is used for carrying D2D communication data or cellular communication data.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the D2D UE obtaining the configuration indication information through physical layer control signaling comprises:
the D2D UE receives a physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information from a network side node, and acquires the configuration indication information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and the D2D UE receives a physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information from the D2D communication opposite end UE, and acquires the configuration indication information.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the physical layer control signaling comprises a downlink control message DCI or a dedicated D2D communication control message.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein before the D2D UE obtains the configuration indication information through physical layer control signaling, the method further comprises:
the network side node or the D2D correspondent node UE carries the configuration indication information through a 1-bit indication information bit in the physical layer control signaling,
when the 1-bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE receives data in the th time slot and transmits data in the second time slot;
or when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE performs data transmission at the th time slot and performs data reception at the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE performs data reception at the th time slot and performs data transmission at the second time slot;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;

when the 2bits indicating information bit is 00, the D2D UE transmits data on the time slot and receives data on the second time slot, when the 2bits indicating information bit is 01, the D2D UE receives data on the time slot and transmits data on the second time slot, when the 2bits indicating information bit is 10, the D2DUE respectively transmits signals to different nodes on the time slot and the second time slot, when the 2bits indicating information bit is 11, the D2D UE respectively receives signals from different nodes on the time slot and the second time slot;

11. The method of claim 2, wherein predefining, by the D2D UE, the configuration indication information comprises:
the system predefines the configuration indication information according to the identification ID number size of the D2D UE in D2D communication;
alternatively, the system predefines the configuration indication information according to a master-slave relationship of the D2D UE in D2D communication;
alternatively, the system predefines the configuration indication information according to an active/passive relationship of the D2D UE in D2D communication in the D2D communication.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the system predefining the configuration indication information according to an ID number size of a D2D UE in D2D communication comprises:
the system predefines that D2D UE with large ID number is in data transmission at the th time slot and in the second time slot of two D2D UEs in D2D communication, and the D2D UE with small ID number is in data reception at the th time slot and in the second time slot;
or the D2D UE with the small ID number transmits data in the time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and the D2D UE with the large ID number receives data in the time slot and transmits data in the second time slot;
or the D2D UE with the large ID number transmits data in the time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and the D2D UE with the small ID number transmits signals to different nodes in the time slot and the second time slot respectively;

14. The method of claim 11, wherein the system predefining the configuration indication information according to the master-slave relationship of the D2DUE in D2D communication comprises:

or the passive UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and the active UE receives data in the th time slot and transmits data in the second time slot;
or the active UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and the passive UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or the passive UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and the active UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;

A data transmission method of , comprising:
a network side node sends a signaling carrying configuration indication information to device-to-device (D2D) User Equipment (UE), wherein the configuration indication information is used for indicating a data processing mode of the D2D UE at the th time slot and the second time slot of a D2D subframe;
wherein the D2D subframe carrying D2D communication data and cellular communication data comprises transmitting the D2D communication data on slots of the D2D subframe and transmitting the cellular communication data on another slots;
the D2D communication data includes D2D control data and/or D2D traffic data between the D2D UE and its D2D communication counterpart UE, the cellular communication data includes cellular communication control data and/or cellular communication traffic data between the D2D UE and the network side.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the data processing manner of the D2D UE at the th slot and the second slot of the D2D subframe comprises :
the D2D UE transmitting a signal on the time slot and receiving a signal on the second time slot;
the D2D UE receiving a signal on the th slot and transmitting a signal on the second slot;
the D2D UE transmitting signals to different nodes on the and the second time slots, respectively;
the D2D UEs receive signals from different nodes on the and the second time slots, respectively.
19. The method according to claim 18, wherein the node comprises a network side node and/or a D2D correspondent UE of the D2DUE, and wherein the signal is used for carrying D2D communication data or cellular communication data.

The method of claim 17, wherein the signaling comprises physical layer control signaling and/or higher layer signaling, wherein the physical layer control signaling comprises a downlink control message (DCI) or a dedicated D2D communication control message, and wherein the higher layer signaling comprises a : D2D connection establishment request message, a D2D connection establishment request response message, and a D2D connection reconfiguration message.
21. The method of claim 20, wherein the sending, by the network side node, the physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information to the D2D UE comprises:
the network side node carries the configuration indication information through a 1bit indication information bit in the physical layer control signaling,
when the 1-bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE receives data in the th time slot and transmits data in the second time slot;
or when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE performs data transmission at the th time slot and performs data reception at the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE performs data reception at the th time slot and performs data transmission at the second time slot;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE receives signals from different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE transmits data in the th time slot and receives data in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE receives signals from different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE performs data reception in the th time slot and performs data transmission in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot, respectively;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE performs data reception in the th time slot and performs data transmission in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE transmits signals to different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE performs data reception in the th time slot and performs data transmission in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE receives signals from different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or, when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE performs data reception in the th time slot and performs data transmission in the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE receives signals from different nodes in the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE receives signals from different nodes on the th time slot and the second time slot respectively;
or when the 1bit indication information bit is 0, the D2D UE respectively transmits signals to different nodes at the th time slot and the second time slot, and when the 1bit indication information bit is 1, the D2D UE respectively receives signals from different nodes at the th time slot and the second time slot.
22. The method of claim 20, wherein the sending, by the network side node, the physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information to the D2D UE comprises:
the network side node carries the configuration indication information through a 2bits indication information bit in the physical layer control signaling,
when the 2bits indicating information bit is 00, the D2D UE transmits data on the time slot and receives data on the second time slot, when the 2bits indicating information bit is 01, the D2D UE receives data on the time slot and transmits data on the second time slot, when the 2bits indicating information bit is 10, the D2DUE respectively transmits signals to different nodes on the time slot and the second time slot, when the 2bits indicating information bit is 11, the D2D UE respectively receives signals from different nodes on the time slot and the second time slot;

25. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the obtaining module obtains the configuration indication information by at least of physical layer control signaling, higher layer signaling, and system predefinition.
26. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein data processing of the D2D UEs in the th and the second slots of the D2D subframe comprises :
the D2D UE transmitting a signal on the time slot and receiving a signal on the second time slot;
the D2D UE receiving a signal on the th slot and transmitting a signal on the second slot;
the D2D UE transmitting signals to different nodes on the and the second time slots, respectively;
the D2D UEs receive signals from different nodes on the and the second time slots, respectively.
27. The apparatus of claim 25, wherein the obtaining module comprises:
a th receiving unit, configured to receive a physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information from a network side node, and obtain the configuration indication information;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a physical layer control signaling carrying the configuration indication information from the D2D correspondent node UE, and obtain the configuration indication information.
28. The apparatus of claim 25, wherein the obtaining module comprises:
a third receiving unit, configured to receive a high-level signaling carrying the configuration indication information from a network side node, and obtain the configuration indication information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

the D2D UE transmitting signals to different nodes on the and the second time slots, respectively;
the D2D UEs receive signals from different nodes on the and the second time slots, respectively.
