Abstract
The invention relates to the field of television application, and discloses a television silent starting control method, device and system. A silent starting control instruction is received, whether a silent starting mode is started is judged according to the silent starting control instruction, and when the silent starting mode is started, a television starts the silent starting mode. The silent starting mode of the television is achieved, and the experience of using the television in a quiet environment is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of television application, in particular to a method, a device and a system for controlling mute start of a television.
Background
When the existing television is turned on, the volume of the program is the volume saved when the existing television is turned off last time. When some televisions are turned on, the preset volume can be played. In general, after the environment state of the user watching the television changes, the power-on volume saved before the television may not be suitable for the current environment. For example: watching television in a noisy environment during the day, the volume setting is relatively high. receiving a mute start control instruction;
judging whether to enter a mute starting mode or not according to the mute starting control instruction;
and when judging to enter the mute starting mode, the television enters the mute starting mode.
A television mute start control apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a mute start control instruction, wherein the mute start control instruction comprises a combination key instruction, a special mute start key instruction, a mute start sound control instruction and a mute start somatosensory instruction;
the judging module is used for judging whether to enter a mute starting mode or not according to the mute starting control instruction;
and the starting module is used for enabling the television to enter the mute starting mode when judging that the television enters the mute starting mode.
A television mute start control system comprises at least one remote control device and a television mute start control device, wherein the remote control device is used for sending a mute start control instruction, and the television mute start control device is used for receiving the mute start control instruction; judging whether to enter a mute starting mode or not according to the mute starting control instruction; and when judging to enter the mute starting mode, the television enters the mute starting mode.
By the method, the device and the system for controlling the mute start of the television, provided by the invention, whether the television enters a mute start mode is judged by receiving a mute start control instruction according to the mute start control instruction, and when the television enters the mute start mode, the television enters the mute start mode. An application scenario diagram of a method for controlling mute start of a television set is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a user controls a television set 120 through a remote controller 110, the remote controller 110 is provided with a start key, and the user can start the television set 120 through the remote controller 110.
Based on the application scenario shown in fig. 1, taking an example that the television 120 is turned off in a noisy environment and then turned on in a quiet environment, a method for controlling the mute start of the television provided in the embodiment of the present invention is described, as shown in fig. 2, where the method includes the following steps:
step 201, receiving a mute start control instruction;
the mute start control instruction may include a combination key instruction, a dedicated mute start key instruction, a mute start voice control instruction, and a mute start somatosensory instruction, and accordingly, the television 110 may receive the mute start control instruction through interfaces such as bluetooth, infrared, WIFI, microphone, and somatosensory cameras.

The starting process for the inside of the television is mainly completed by a main chip and a Standby chip, for example: when judging that the mute starting mode is entered, the Standby chip sets a mark bit of the mute starting mode; the main chip obtains the mark bit of the mute start mode through UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter), so that the television enters the mute start mode, and the mark bit of the mute start mode is used for indicating the television start mode to be the mute start mode; or when the mute start mode is judged to be entered, the Standby chip sends the mark bit of the mute start mode to the main chip through the UART so that the television enters the mute start mode.
By the method, the device and the system for controlling the mute start of the television, provided by the invention, whether the television enters a mute start mode is judged by receiving a mute start control instruction according to the mute start control instruction, and when the television enters the mute start mode, the television enters the mute start mode. Wherein, when the mute start control instruction is a combination key instruction, the receiving module 310 includes:
the first receiving unit 311 is configured to receive a first key instruction and record time for receiving the first key instruction;
the second receiving unit 312 is configured to receive a second key instruction and record a time for receiving the second key instruction.
When the mute start control instruction is a combination key instruction, the determining module 320 includes:
a calculating unit 321, configured to calculate a difference between a time of receiving the first key instruction and a time of receiving the second key instruction;
the comparing unit 322 is configured to determine whether the difference is smaller than a preset threshold.
As shown in fig. 4, the system includes at least one remote control device 410 and a television mute start control device 420, where the remote control device 410 is configured to send a mute start control instruction, and the television mute start control device 420 is configured to receive the mute start control instruction; judging whether to enter a mute starting mode or not according to the mute starting control instruction; and when judging to enter the mute starting mode, the television enters the mute starting mode.
The remote control device 410 includes an infrared key remote controller, a mobile phone control terminal, a voice control terminal, and a body sensing controller.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present invention may be implemented by software plus a necessary hardware platform, and certainly may be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better embodiment. 1. A television mute start control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a mute start control instruction;
judging whether to enter a mute starting mode or not according to the mute starting control instruction;
and when judging to enter the mute starting mode, the television enters the mute starting mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the mute activation control instructions comprise one or more of a combination key instruction, a dedicated mute activation key instruction, a mute activation voice control instruction, and a mute activation somatosensory instruction.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the mute start control instruction is a combination key instruction, the receiving of the mute start control instruction; judging whether to enter a mute starting mode or not according to the mute starting control instruction, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first key instruction, and recording the time for receiving the first key instruction;
receiving a second key instruction, and recording the time for receiving the second key instruction;
and calculating the difference value between the time for receiving the first key instruction and the time for receiving the second key instruction, and judging whether the difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein entering the mute start-up mode when the television is determined to enter the mute start-up mode comprises:
when the difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value, the television enters a mute starting mode so as to set the volume of all the sounds to be zero at the moment of playing the television program; and/or when the difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value, the television enters a mute starting mode to skip the playing of preset starting sound.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein when determining to enter the mute start-up mode, the television entering the mute start-up mode comprises:
when the mute starting mode is judged to be entered, the standby chip sets a flag bit of the mute starting mode; the main chip acquires a mark bit of the mute starting mode so as to enable the television to enter the mute starting mode, wherein the mark bit of the mute starting mode is used for indicating that the television starting mode is the mute starting mode; or,
when the mute starting mode is judged to be entered, the standby chip sends the mark bit of the mute starting mode to the main chip so as to enable the television to enter the mute starting mode, and the mark bit of the mute starting mode is used for indicating that the television starting mode is the mute starting mode.
6. A television mute start control apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a mute start control instruction; the judging module is used for judging whether to enter a mute starting mode or not according to the mute starting control instruction;
and the starting module is used for enabling the television to enter the mute starting mode when judging that the television enters the mute starting mode.
7. The device of claim 6, wherein the mute activation control instructions comprise one or more of a combination key instruction, a dedicated mute activation key instruction, a mute activation voice control instruction, and a mute activation somatosensory instruction;
when the mute start control instruction is a combination key instruction, the receiving module includes:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a first key instruction and recording the time for receiving the first key instruction;
and the second receiving unit is used for receiving a second key instruction and recording the time for receiving the second key instruction.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein when the mute activation control command is a combination key command, the determining module comprises:
the calculating unit is used for calculating the difference value between the time for receiving the first key instruction and the time for receiving the second key instruction;
and the comparison unit is used for judging whether the difference value is smaller than a preset threshold value or not.

A television mute start control system is characterized by comprising at least one remote control device and a television mute start control device, wherein the remote control device is used for sending a mute start control instruction, and the television mute start control device is used for receiving the mute start control instruction; judging whether to enter a mute starting mode or not according to the mute starting control instruction; and when judging to enter the mute starting mode, the television enters the mute starting mode.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the remote control device comprises one or more of an infrared key remote control, a cell phone control terminal, a voice control terminal, and a body feel controller.
