本发明涉及一种两用式锂电池防爆保护盒,包括盒体,盒体内盛放有锂电池和电路板,盒体的左部设有隔板,盒体的左侧后部安装有USB转换器,USB转换器均与电路板相连通,盒体前部左右两侧分别对应安装有左扎紧带、右扎紧带,盒体的前端连接有封盖板,封盖板的上端中部设有过线孔,电路板连接有导线,导线穿过过线孔,左扎紧带的前端内侧设有内粘接块,右扎紧带的前端外侧设有外粘接块,内粘接块与外粘接块相互粘接。本发明具有结构设计合理、安全性能高和使用方便等优点,能对锂电池起到保护作用并且能将锂电池电量进行转换从而为手机或电脑等供电,实现了集锂电池保护、转换供电的功能于一体,为操作人员的使用提供了极大的方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锂电池盛放装置,具体的说是一种两用式锂电池防爆保护盒。
背景技术
在现代社会,随着科技大额不断发展,锂电池逐渐在人们的日常生活中得到应用,如手机电池、航模锂电池等。但是锂电池在日常的使用过程中,容易在过充时发生爆炸,后果较为严重,甚至引起火灾或者人身安全伤害;又如用于航模的锂电池用途较为单一,如若能增加功能为手机或者电脑供电,必然会为使用者提供极大的方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构设计合理的、安全性能高的、使用方便的,能对锂电池起到保护作用并且能将锂电池电量进行转换从而为手机或电脑等供电的装置,即一种两用式锂电池防爆保护盒。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种两用式锂电池防爆保护盒,包括盒体,所述盒体内盛放有锂电池和电路板,所述电路板与锂电池相连通,所述盒体的左部设有隔板,所述锂电池位于隔板的右侧,所述电路板位于隔板的左侧,所述盒体的前端敞口,所述盒体的左侧后部安装有USB转换器,所述USB转换器均与电路板相连通,所述盒体前部左右两侧分别对应安装有左扎紧带、右扎紧带,所述左扎紧带、右扎紧带间相互配合,所述盒体的前端连接有封盖板,所述封盖板的上端中部设有过线孔,所述电路板连接有导线,所述导线穿过过线孔,所述左扎紧带的前端内侧设有内粘接块,所述右扎紧带的前端外侧设有外粘接块,所述内粘接块与外粘接块相互粘接。
所述内粘接块为尼龙搭扣,所述外粘接块为尼龙绒扣。通过按压使内粘接块与外粘接块紧密粘接,即可完成对封盖板的定位,使封盖板牢固的安装在盒体前端。
所述盒体、封盖板均采用复合材料制成。这样能够对锂电池起到防爆的保护作用,与传统的直接将锂电池放置在航模的容纳空间相比,能够延长锂电池的使用寿命,安全性能高,实际使用时,也可将盒体固定在航模上,在锂电池能有效的避免因过充造成的爆炸对航模或者人体的损害,起到安全防护的作用。
USB转换器能够在锂电池电量较多时,将锂电池的电量进行转换输出,从而为手机、电脑等充电,解决了户外手机、电脑因无电、电量低无法使用的问题,增加了锂电池的用途,为操作人员的使用提供了方便。
在为航模等供电时,将导线从过线孔引出并接在航模上,即可供电;当需要为锂电池充电时,也是直接将导线从过线孔引出进行充电处理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有结构设计合理、安全性能高和使用方便等优点,能对锂电池起到保护作用并且能将锂电池电量进行转换从而为手机或电脑等供电,实现了集锂电池保护、转换供电的功能于一体,为操作人员的使用提供了极大的方便,弥补了传统的锂电池功能的单一性。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图5所示,一种两用式锂电池防爆保护盒,包括盒体1,所述盒体1内盛放有锂电池3和电路板10,所述电路板10与锂电池3相连通,所述盒体1的左部设有隔板1a,所述锂电池3位于隔板1a的右侧,所述电路板10位于隔板1a的左侧,所述盒体1的前端敞口,所述盒体1的左侧后部安装有USB转换器2,所述USB转换器2均与电路板10相连通,所述盒体1前部左右两侧分别对应安装有左扎紧带4、右扎紧带5,所述左扎紧带4、右扎紧带5间相互配合,所述盒体1的前端连接有封盖板8,所述封盖板8的上端中部设有过线孔9,所述电路板10连接有导线11,所述导线11穿过过线孔9,所述左扎紧带4的前端内侧设有内粘接块6,所述右扎紧带5的前端外侧设有外粘接块7,所述内粘接块6与外粘接块7相互粘接。
所述内粘接块6为尼龙搭扣,所述外粘接块7为尼龙绒扣。通过按压使内粘接块6与外粘接块7紧密粘接,即可完成对封盖板8的定位,使封盖板8牢固的安装在盒体1前端。
所述盒体1、封盖板8均采用复合材料制成。这样能够对锂电池3起到防爆的保护作用,与传统的直接将锂电池3放置在航模的容纳空间相比,能够延长锂电池3的使用寿命,安全性能高,实际使用时,也可将盒体固定在航模上,在锂电池3能有效的避免因过充造成的爆炸对航模或者人体的损害,起到安全防护的作用。
USB转换器2能够在锂电池3电量较多时,将锂电池3的电量进行转换输出,从而为手机、电脑等充电,解决了户外手机、电脑因无电、电量低无法使用的问题,增加了锂电池3的用途,为操作人员的使用提供了方便。
在为航模等供电时,将导线11从过线孔9引出并接在航模上,即可供电;当需要为锂电池3充电时,也是直接将导线11从过线孔9引出进行充电处理。
工作时,将导线11从过线孔9引出后,即可为航模等器件供电,或者用于对锂电池3的充电,当操作人员随身携带的手机或者电脑电量不足时,可用利用USB转换器2将锂电池3的电压和电流转换成手机或者电脑所需的充电电压、电流值后,为手机或者电脑充电,以满足正常的通信和使用需求;如果锂电池3在充电时出现过充造成鼓起或者爆炸时,利用复合材料制成的盒体1、封盖板8即可将爆炸冲击束缚住,避免或者减少对外界的破坏,杜绝了火灾的发生,同时也确保了操作人员的人身安全。

1.一种两用式锂电池防爆保护盒,包括盒体(1),所述盒体(1)内盛放有锂电池(3)和电路板(10),所述电路板(10)与锂电池(3)相连通,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)的左部设有隔板(1a),所述锂电池(3)位于隔板(1a)的右侧,所述电路板(10)位于隔板(1a)的左侧,所述盒体(1)的前端敞口,所述盒体(1)的左侧后部安装有USB转换器(2),所述USB转换器(2)均与电路板(10)相连通,所述盒体(1)前部左右两侧分别对应安装有左扎紧带(4)、右扎紧带(5),所述左扎紧带(4)、右扎紧带(5)间相互配合,所述盒体(1)的前端连接有封盖板(8),所述封盖板(8)的上端中部设有过线孔(9),所述电路板(10)连接有导线(11),所述导线(11)穿过过线孔(9),所述左扎紧带(4)的前端内侧设有内粘接块(6),所述右扎紧带(5)的前端外侧设有外粘接块(7),所述内粘接块(6)与外粘接块(7)相互粘接,所述盒体(1)、封盖板(8)均采用复合材料制成。
