Abstract

技术领域
    本发明涉及硅片加工工艺中用于固定石英舟的设备，具体地说是一种用于排纸源石英舟的底座。
背景技术
硅片加工工艺中的纸源扩散是将纸源与硅片交替叠放于扩散石英舟上，然后经高温扩散一次形成P层，P型区和N型区。目前，在石英舟上排纸源时，石英舟都是平放在桌面上，为了防止排好的硅片和纸源倾倒，操作人员需要一手扶持着排好的硅片和纸源，另一只手用于放置硅片和纸源，操作非常麻烦，效率低下。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便，不需要手扶的用于排纸源石英舟的底座。
    为了解决上述问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：一种用于排纸源石英舟的底座，其特征在于，它包括底板、支架、活动板、挡板和挡块，所述支架的下端固定在所述底板的后端，所述挡板设置在底板的前端，在挡板后方设置若干挡块；所述活动板的上端两侧设置有凸钮，在所述支架内侧设置有与所述凸钮配合的滑槽。
    进一步的，在所述底板与支架之间设置有加强板。
    优选的，在所述活动板上表面设置有橡胶防滑垫，所述橡胶防滑垫上设置有防滑纹。
    优选的，所述挡板与所述底板的夹角为钝角。
    本发明的有益效果是：它结构简单，小巧，移动灵活方便；石英舟可倾斜放在上面，因此在排放纸源和硅片时不需要用手扶持；它的活动板可调节坡度，可根据需要调整石英舟的倾斜度。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明：
如图1和图2所示，本发明的具体实施例包括底板1、支架2、活动板3、挡板4和挡块5。
所述支架2的下端固定在所述底板1的后端，支架2与底板1呈直角，进一步的，为了保证整体构架的强度，在所述底板1与支架2之间设置有加强板6。所述挡板4设置在底板1的前端，优选的，所述挡板4与所述底板1的夹角为钝角。在挡板4后方设置若干挡块5，挡块5为条形，等间距排列设置在底板1上。
所述活动板3的上端两侧设置有凸钮31，在所述支架2内侧设置有与所述凸钮31配合的滑槽21，凸钮31设置在滑槽21内。对于支架2，其结构包括横杆和横杆两侧的竖杆，滑槽21设置在竖杆内侧。
为了防止石英舟7在活动板3上左右滑动，在所述活动板3上表面设置有橡胶防滑垫32，所述橡胶防滑垫32上设置有防滑纹，防滑纹的竖向设置。
使用时，先调节活动板3的倾斜度，找到合适的倾斜度后，将活动板3的底端卡在挡块5上，然后将石英舟7的底端放置在挡板4上，另一端放置在活动板3上。在排列过程中，如果需要增大或减小石英舟的倾斜度，可以一只手抬起石英舟的上端，另一只手调节活动板3。
