Abstract

本发明公开了一种环抱式焊接板,包括:转接板和一对相互对称设置在转接板两侧的焊接板;所述转接板上开有若干转接孔;所述焊接板包括线管固定板和“L”形的支撑板;所述线管固定板垂直设置在所述支撑板的一端,所述支撑板另一端固定在所述转接板上。通过上述方式,本发明能够安装在线管与油管水管转接板正中间,在模具上避空位小,加工简单,线管与焊接板焊接面积大,强度好,结构牢固。

技术领域
本发明涉及油路水路焊接板领域,特别是涉及一种环抱式焊接板。
背景技术
为了更好的排布模具中的线管,通常将线管固定在焊接板上。现有技术中,见图1,焊接板2固定在转接板1上,为了避让固定在转接板1上的油管6和水管7,线管3焊接在焊接板2的下端,同时线管3需要弯折成直角,这样在模具上的避空位置很大,加工量大,连接结构复杂。线管固定在一块平板结构的板上,线管与固定板只有四条接触边,焊接后不牢固,容易开裂。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环抱式焊接板,能够安装在线管与油管水管转接板正中间,不妨碍油管和水管的安装,在模具上避空位小,加工简单,线管与焊接板焊接面积大,强度好,结构牢固。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种环抱式焊接板,包括:转接板和一对相互对称设置在转接板两侧的焊接板;所述转接板上开有若干转接孔;所述焊接板包括线管固定板和“L”形的支撑板;所述线管固定板垂直设置在所述支撑板的一端,所述支撑板另一端固定在所述转接板上;所述转接板上均匀设有两排转接孔;所述线管固定板上设有线管限位条。
优选的是,所述支撑板对称固定在所述转接板两侧,且支撑板位于所述两排转接孔的中间位置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在模具上避空位小,加工简单,线管与焊接板焊接面积大,结构牢固。

请参阅图2至图4,本发明实施例包括:
一种环抱式焊接板,包括:转接板1和一对相互对称设置在转接板1两侧的焊接板2;所述转接板1上均匀设有两排转接孔,水管和油管穿过转接孔;所述焊接板2包括线管固定板5和“L”形的支撑板4;所述线管固定板5上设有线管限位条;将线管3放置到线管固定板5之间,并卡在所述线管限位条内,再将线管3与线管固定板5相互接触的边焊接起来,线管3就能牢固的固定好;所述线管固定板5垂直设置在所述支撑板4的一端,所述支撑板4另一端固定在所述转接板1上;所述支撑板4对称固定在所述转接板1两侧,且支撑板4位于所述两排转接孔的中间位置,当线管3固定在线管固定板5上时,就能处于转接孔之间,这样线管便能与转接板1上的水管7和油管6错开,互不干扰。
本发明能够安装在线管与油管水管转接板正中间,在模具上避空位小,线管无需弯折,加工简单,线管与焊接板焊接面积大,强度好,结构牢固,不易开裂。

1.一种环抱式焊接板,其特征在于,包括:转接板和一对相互对称设置在转接板两侧的焊接板;所述转接板上开有若干转接孔;所述焊接板包括线管固定板和“L”形的支撑板;所述线管固定板垂直设置在所述支撑板的一端,所述支撑板另一端固定在所述转接板上;所述转接板上均匀设有两排转接孔;所述线管固定板上设有线管限位条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环抱式焊接板,其特征在于:所述支撑板对称固定在所述转接板两侧,且支撑板位于所述两排转接孔的中间位置。
