一种无槛门门窗的复合型材外框组框结构，所述的外框由左右竖向边框、上门框和下门框组装而成，所述的下门框为无槛门框，所述左右两竖向边框的下端部置于无槛门框两端的上部，并在竖向边框下端边与无槛门框端部的上边至少通过一无槛门垫块相接在一起；所述上门框的两端分别与左右两竖向边框上端部采用45度组角或者90度连接的方式相接在一起；它简化了两者之间的组框形式，简便了制作工艺要求，通过垫块的作用，避免了竖向边框与无槛门框的直接接触，保护了竖向边框下口的木材不受水分侵袭而腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种无槛门门窗的复合型材外框组框结构，属于建筑门窗结构技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中，无槛门结构设计的门窗，由于其底部门槛与其它框料设计不同，因此下口的组框结构与上口的组框结构不同；一般无槛门下口处，竖框与门槛之间采用铣反型后再连接的方式，工艺要求复杂，制作难度大；并且当框型材上有木质材料时，竖框下口木质型材的端面，直接与门槛接触的位置容易吸收水分、受潮，进而引发木材腐蚀等问题产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，而提供一种结构合理，使用安装方便，能够避免竖框与门槛之间的直接接触，保护竖框下口木材端部不受腐蚀的无槛门门窗的复合型材外框组框结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的，一种无槛门门窗的复合型材外框组框结构，所述的外框由左右竖向边框、上门框和下门框组装而成，所述的下门框为无槛门框，所述左右两竖向边框的下端部置于无槛门框两端的上部，竖向边框下端边与无槛门框端部的上边至少通过一无槛门垫块相接在一起；所述上门框的两端分别与左右两竖向边框上端部采用45度组角或者90度连接的方式相接在一起；所述竖向边框为外铝合金型材和内木档组成的铝木复合框，所述无槛门框为铝合金框；所述竖向边框的铝合金型材下端腔体内通过紧固螺钉定位并紧固有竖向垫块，所述无槛门框的两端部上边通过所述无槛门垫块、竖向垫块及内木档与左右两竖向边框的下端边固定连接在一起。
所述无槛门垫块上表面形状与上面相接的竖向边框下端边形状对应并一致、下表面形状和下面相接的无槛门框两端部的上表面形状相对应并一致，且所述无槛门框和无槛门垫块通过紧固螺钉与上面的竖向垫块和内木档固定连接，并在所述无槛门垫块与竖向边框和无槛门框之间涂抹有密封胶。
本发明主要是通过竖向边框与无槛门框之间安装垫块的方式，简化了两者之间的组框形式，简便了制作工艺要求；同时，通过垫块的作用，避免了竖向边框与无槛门框的直接接触，保护了竖向边框下口的木材不受水分侵袭而腐蚀。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍：图1所示，一种无槛门门窗的复合型材外框组框结构，所述的外框11由左右竖向边框1、上门框12和下门框组装而成，所述的下门框为无槛门框2，所述左右两竖向边框1的下端部置于无槛门框2两端的上部，竖向边框1下端边与无槛门框端部的上边至少通过一无槛门垫块3相接在一起；所述上门框12的两端分别与左右两竖向边框上端部采用45度组角或者90度连接的方式相接在一起。
图2所示，所述竖向边框1为外铝合金型材和内木档组成的铝木复合框，所述无槛门框2为铝合金框；所述竖向边框1的铝合金型材下端腔体内通过螺钉4定位并紧固有竖向垫块5，所述无槛门框2的两端部上边通过所述无槛门垫块3、竖向垫块5及内木档与左右两竖向边框1的下端边固定连接在一起。
图中所示，所述无槛门垫块3上表面形状与上面相接的竖向边框1下端边形状对应并一致、下表面形状和下面相接的无槛门框2两端部的上表面形状相对应并一致，且所述无槛门框2和无槛门垫块3通过紧固螺钉6与上面的竖向垫块5和内木档固定连接，并在所述无槛门垫块3与竖向边框1和无槛门框2之间涂抹有密封胶。
Claims (2)
1.一种无槛门门窗的复合型材外框组框结构，所述的外框由左右竖向边框、上门框和下门框组装而成，所述的下门框为无槛门框，所述左右两竖向边框的下端部置于无槛门框两端的上部，竖向边框下端边与无槛门框端部的上边至少通过一无槛门垫块相接在一起；所述上门框的两端分别与左右两竖向边框上端部采用45度组角或者90度连接的方式相接在一起；其特征在于所述竖向边框为外铝合金型材和内木档组成的铝木复合框，所述无槛门框为铝合金框；所述竖向边框的铝合金型材下端腔体内通过紧固螺钉定位并紧固有竖向垫块，所述无槛门框的两端部上边通过所述无槛门垫块、竖向垫块及内木档与左右两竖向边框的下端边固定连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无槛门门窗的复合型材外框组框结构，其特征在于所述无槛门垫块上表面形状与上面相接的竖向边框下端边形状对应并一致、下表面形状和下面相接的无槛门框两端部的上表面形状相对应并一致，且所述无槛门框和无槛门垫块通过紧固螺钉与上面的竖向垫块和内木档固定连接，并在所述无槛门垫块与竖向边框和无槛门框之间涂抹有密封胶。
