[0002] 自来水处理工艺一直以来基本都是通过常规的混凝、沉淀、过滤和消毒,而这种处 理工艺不能够深层次的处理水中的重金属离子、水垢等,同时经过加杀菌剂杀菌消毒会让 自来水中含有氯。这些都是对人体健康有着危害的物质。并且中国很多城市的自来水管网 用的都是镀锌管,经过几十年的腐蚀,很多老管网的自来水中都含有铁锈,同时城市建设过 程中也导致自来水管网遭到破坏,使自来水在运输过程中受到二次污染。

[0004] 在市场上,与本发明最相近的实现方案是专利申请号为201410040735. 7的"一种 家用净水器"。包括PP棉滤器、进水电磁阀、前置活性炭滤器、增压泵、反渗透滤器、后置活 性炭滤器、进水口、废水口、纯水口、废水比电磁阀、高压开关、水箱、消毒器、出水口、连接水 管,水从进水口进入经过PP棉滤器、进水电磁阀水进入增压泵然后到了前置活性炭滤器, 进水电磁阀将过滤后的水通电进入增压泵,水进入前置活性炭滤器进行第二次过滤,之后 经过反渗透滤器、后置活性炭滤器进行第三次、第四次过滤,进入纯水口的水经过消毒区从 出水口流出,水的流动都经过连接水管,所述一种家用净水器水箱使用的材料为不锈钢、陶 瓷和塑料的任意一种。专利中的净水器拥有4级过滤,这样自来水的过滤精度不高,没有加 热和制冷的功能,而且无自动冲洗功能,过滤的杂质都堵死在净水器中滤芯老化非常迅速, 而且还会造成严重污染。

发明内容 本发明克服现有技术的不足,提出了一种新型环保净水器,采用PP棉一前置活性炭一 超滤膜一R0膜一后置活性炭滤芯5级滤芯,这样可以滤除大于0. 0001微米的杂质,过滤精 度更高,使水垢等无法通过,R0膜还能够有效降低水的硬度,而且R0膜滤芯有冲洗口,排污 一次就像换一次新的滤芯,使净水器更加干净卫生,造出更好的直饮水。本发明还能制冰 水和热水,冰水大容量储存,温度适宜,夏天随时可以喝到冰爽的水,且占用空间小,可靠性 高,无制冷剂污染,加热过程简单方便。显示面板可以显示净水器的即时情况。本装置同时 适应于其它相应或相类似工作方式的应用领域。

具体实施方式: 参见图1至图3所示,本发明包括机身19、出水嘴1、电水壶2、控制面板4、过滤系统14、 原水桶18和废水桶16,所述过滤系统14包括PP棉滤芯、前置活性炭滤芯、超滤膜滤芯、R0 膜反渗透滤芯和后置活性炭滤芯,滤芯之间使用PE水管连接,在机身19的上表面设置了控 制面板4,所述电水壶2设置在控制面板4上方,所述出水嘴1设置在电水壶2的上方,在电 水壶2的下部设有漏水口 3,在机身19的正面设有机门5,在机身19的侧面设有把手7,在 控制面板4的侧面设有注水口 6,原水桶18和废水桶16分别列在机身19内部的底部,注 水口 6与原水桶18通过注水管连通,在废水桶16的上方设有废水桶上盖15,在废水桶上 盖15的后方设有净水桶17,在机身19内部设有冰胆13和自吸水泵20,冰胆13位于自吸 水泵20的右侧,自吸水泵20与过滤系统14的前置活性炭滤芯密闭连通;出水嘴1通过PE 水管、内部水管与后置活性炭滤芯连通,R0膜反渗透滤芯出水口分别与废水桶16和净水桶 17相连通,净水桶17与后置活性炭滤芯相连通,净水桶17也与废水桶16通过PE水管相连 通,所述后置活性炭滤芯通过PE水管、内部水管与电水壶2相连通。在机身19背面设有电 源线插口 9、电源开关10、冰水开关11和冰胆废水排水口 12。冰胆13的废水从冰胆废水 排水口 12排出。冰胆13内部设有制冷系统,电水壶2底部有加热系统,本发明的水从注水 口 6进入原水桶18,然后水由原水桶18进入自吸水泵20,从自吸水泵20出来的水通过PP 棉、前置活性炭、超滤膜、R0膜反渗透滤芯等四层过滤,之后水从R0膜反渗透滤芯出来后分 成2个支路,一部分将废水排入废水桶16,另一部分进入后置活性炭滤芯中,从后置活性炭 滤芯中出来的水一部分进入净水桶17,还有一部分可以从出水嘴1流出,打开冰水开关,会 将进入冰胆13的净水制冷;将水加热时,先将水从出水嘴1注入电水壶2,注入一定量自动 加热。在净化水的过程中,若废水桶16满水时,控制面板4会提醒,这时打开机门将废水桶 16取出倒掉废水。若长时间不使用机器,需将机器清空,选择清空,机器会自动将净水桶17 中的水排入到废水桶16,冰胆13中的冰水废水需将冰水废水排出口的堵帽取下排出废水。 水的流动都将经过连接水管。
