本发明公开了一种导热防水纳米复合塑胶,由下述重量份组分组成:高密度聚乙烯60-70份、硝化棉树酯15-20份、碳粉2-6份、次磷酸镁14-20份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐9-13份、碳化硅6-12份、鳞片石墨8-12份、聚乙烯蜡14-18份、苯胺10-15份、钙锌盐10-13份。本发明制得的塑料具有良好的导热和防水功能;并且不响塑料的机械强度;同时同树脂的相容性要好,在塑料制品中不迁移、不析出、不被萃取。

技术领域:
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种导热防水纳米复合塑胶。
背景技术:
电子线路的集成度越来越高,热量的聚集也越来越多。热量的集聚导致器件温度升高,工作稳定性降低。因此,对其材料要求具有高导热性能,以便热量迅速传导出。然而,然而市面上的电子产品中使用的导热塑料由于采用的基材多为非耐高温材料,导致其值得的产品的导热系数不高。
同时为了适应不同的工作环境和使用需求,所以会对塑料进行改进性性能,而只具有单一的功能的塑料在现在竞争越来越激烈的市场中,越来越出来劣势。所以需要对塑料进行改性,使其具有不止一种特性,从而增强在市场的竞争力。
然而因为塑料具有质轻、不锈蚀、绝缘性好等优点,所以在电子产品生产的很多环节要用到塑料。市面上的改性后的塑料的质量不稳定,防水性能并不佳,而一些室外使用的电子产品,例如空调室外机、室外电箱等,如果溅到或淋到雨水,还是容易引起漏电,照成危害,所以塑料也要具有良好的防水性。
