本发明涉及固定机构领域，特别是涉及一种分流板固定机构。
背景技术
现有的分流板固定机构是通过在螺丝垫块3上加工出螺牙，螺丝2穿过分流板1拧到螺丝垫块3上，螺丝2中间设有避空，这样，螺丝垫块3有活动空间，但是当螺丝2滑牙或是断掉后，需要在替换的螺丝2上重新加工避空，使用便捷性差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种分流板固定机构，能够使螺丝垫块牢固的固定在螺丝上，且螺丝垫块具有活动空间，螺丝上不用加工避空。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种分流板固定机构，包括：螺丝、螺丝垫块和开口弹簧固定圈；所述螺丝垫块上设有通孔，所述螺丝垫块套在所述螺丝上；所述开口弹簧固定圈设置在所述螺丝和螺丝垫块之间。
优选的是，所述开口弹簧固定圈一端嵌在所述螺丝垫块中。
优选的是，所述开口弹簧固定圈套在所述螺丝上。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明能够使螺丝垫块牢固的固定在螺丝上，且螺丝垫块具有活动空间。

一种分流板固定机构，包括螺丝2、螺丝垫块3和开口弹簧固定圈4；所述分流板1上设有螺丝孔，所述螺丝2穿过螺丝孔并伸出于所述分流板1；所述螺丝垫块3上设有通孔，所述螺丝垫块3套在所述分流板1外的螺丝2上；所述开口弹簧固定圈4套在所述螺丝2上；所述开口弹簧固定圈4一端嵌入所述分流板1的螺丝孔内，另一端嵌在所述螺丝垫块3中，这样螺丝垫块3不会掉出来，螺丝选用标准件，无需加工避空。本发明能够使螺丝垫块牢固的固定在螺丝上，且螺丝垫块具有活动空间，螺丝上不用加工避空，结构简单。

1. 一种分流板固定机构，其特征在于，包括：螺丝、螺丝垫块和开口弹簧固定圈；分流板上设有螺丝孔，所述螺丝穿过螺丝孔并伸出于分流板；所述螺丝垫块上设有通孔，所述螺丝垫块套在所述螺丝上；所述开口弹簧固定圈设置在所述螺丝和螺丝垫块之间，开口弹簧固定圈套在所述螺丝上，开口弹簧固定圈一端嵌入分流板的螺丝孔内，开口弹簧固定圈另一端嵌在所述螺丝垫块中。
