Abstract
利用气相色谱测定签字笔油墨中的溶剂成分含量变化,鉴定签字笔油墨形成时间。剪取10mm长签字笔字迹笔画,剪碎后置于0.5mL离心试管中,加入100uL丙酮提取1h,取出字迹笔画,室温挥干溶剂后,用100uL吡啶提取1h,提取液进行气相色谱分析。根据标准样本绘制成的标准曲线,分析确定文件的书写时间。

背景技术
各类型的刑事案件、经济案件以及民事纠纷中,犯罪嫌疑人员经常会利用签字笔书写各类文字资料,如绑架信、恐吓信、诬告信、反动传单、法轮功宣传资料;伪造各类文书、银行或商业票据、账单、遗嘱;对支票、收据、合同、证件、借条、契约等有关数字、文字进行篡改等等,以期达到逃脱罪责、篡改事实的目的。书写的文字材料,特别是油墨成分的检验往往是鉴定文件真伪的重要依据,在司法鉴定的文件检验中显得尤为重要。
文件上字迹书写时间的检验一直是法庭科学领域中的热点和难点问题,其根本目的就是对文件上的字迹墨水或油墨成分随书写时间的老化规律进行研究从而揭示可疑文件的真实性及其书写时间变化规律进行研究,从而为揭示可疑文件的真实性提供科学依据。
发明内容
利用气相色谱测定签字笔油墨中的溶剂成分含量变化,鉴定签字笔油墨形成时间。
剪取10mm长签字笔字迹笔画,剪碎后置于0.5mL离心试管中,加入100uL丙酮提取1h,取出字迹笔画,室温挥干溶剂后,用100uL吡啶提取1 h,提取液进行气相色谱分析。
根据标准样本绘制成的标准曲线,分析确定文件的书写时间。
Claims (3)
1.剪取10mm长签字笔字迹笔画,剪碎后置于0.5mL离心试管中,加入100uL丙酮提取1h。
2.取出字迹笔画,室温挥干溶剂后,用100uL吡啶提取1 h,提取液进行气相色谱分析。
3.根据标准样本绘制成的标准曲线,分析确定文件的书写时间。
