Abstract

本发明涉及一种防止采血针抖动的采血笔笔帽,包括带有限位槽的帽体,所述帽体的内径向上逐步缩小,且在帽体的外壁上设置有突出部,所述帽体端部设置有出针口,所述帽体上的凸台处通过与之一体成型的连接片连接防抖弹片,所述防抖弹片与帽体的截面形成带有对称缺口的扇环,所述帽体内壁上靠近出针口处设置有垂直于出针口端面的限位内壁。采血针运动到防抖弹片的位置时受到向内的收紧力,使采血针贴着帽体上的限位内壁向出针口运动,因为限位内壁为垂直于出针口的垂直内壁,因此能够使采血针在限位内壁的作用下保持直线运动,使采血针在发射过程中不会发生抖动。

技术领域
本发明属于采血装置技术领域,特别涉及一种防止采血针抖动的采血笔笔帽。
背景技术
采血笔在采集血液中应用很广泛,适用人群多。在现有技术中,使用采血笔采血时,采血针在采血笔帽端部的出针口处容易发生抖动,增加被采集血液者的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种采血笔在采集血液时不会发生抖动,能够减少使用者痛苦的防止采血针抖动的采血笔笔帽。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种防止采血针抖动的采血笔笔帽,包括带有限位槽的帽体,所述帽体的内径向上逐步缩小,且在帽体的外壁上设置有突出部,所述帽体端部设置有出针口,所述帽体上的凸台处通过与之一体成型的连接片连接防抖弹片,所述防抖弹片与帽体的截面形成带有对称缺口的扇环,所述帽体内壁上靠近出针口处设置有垂直于出针口端面的限位内壁。
所述突出部位于凸台下部。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:采血针运动到防抖弹片的位置时受到向内的的收紧力,使采血针贴着帽体上的限位内壁向出针口运动,因为限位内壁为垂直于出针口的垂直内壁,因此能够使采血针在限位内壁的作用下保持直线运动,使采血针在发射过程中不会发生抖动。

请参见图1~图4,一种防止采血针抖动的采血笔笔帽,包括带有限位槽7的帽体2,帽体2的内径向上逐步缩小,且在帽体2的外壁上设置有突出部1,帽体2端部设置有出针口3,帽体2上的凸台6处通过与之一体成型的连接片8连接防抖弹片5,防抖弹片5与帽体2的截面形成带有对称缺口4的扇环,帽体2内壁上靠近出针口3处设置有垂直于出针口3端面的限位内壁9。
本发明中,突出部1位于凸台6下部。
本发明的工作过程为:使用采血笔时,采血笔笔帽通过限位槽7与采血笔的笔杆配合,在采血针运动到防抖弹片5的位置时,受到向内的的收紧力,使采血针贴着帽体2上的限位内壁9向出针口3运动,因为限位内壁9为垂直于出针口3的垂直内壁,因此能够使采血针在限位内壁9的作用下保持直线运动,使采血针在发射过程中不会发生抖动。

1.一种防止采血针抖动的采血笔笔帽,包括带有限位槽(7)的帽体(2),所述帽体(2)的内径向上逐步缩小,且在帽体(2)的外壁上设置有突出部(1),所述帽体(2)端部设置有出针口(3),其特征在于,所述帽体(2)上的凸台(6)处通过与之一体成型的连接片(8)连接防抖弹片(5),所述防抖弹片(5)与帽体(2)的截面形成带有对称缺口(4)的扇环,所述帽体(2)内壁上靠近出针口(3)处设置有垂直于出针口(3)端面的限位内壁(9)。
