All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment,
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for accessing a wireless local area network, and specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
101. the method comprises the steps that a wireless Access Point (AP) receives a detection request message sent by a wireless work Station (STA), wherein the detection request message carries a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the STA.
Specifically, the AP broadcasts information of the AP, including a name, an authentication mode, an encryption mode, a working mode, and the like of the AP. And the STA selects a proper AP to access according to the information broadcast by the AP. And in the process of accessing the wireless local area network, the STA sends a detection request message to the AP, wherein the detection request message carries the MAC address of the STA.
102. And determining whether to store association information of the STA according to the MAC address, wherein the association information comprises the MAC address of the STA and a session association ID.
Specifically, after receiving a probe request message sent by an STA, the AP performs message analysis on the probe request message to obtain an MAC address of the STA, and then determines whether to store association information of the STA according to the MAC address.
103. And if the association information of the STA is determined to be stored, sending an association response message to the STA, wherein the association response message carries the session association ID contained in the association information.
Specifically, because the association information including the session association ID of the STA is stored in the AP, the process of obtaining the session association ID of the STA through authentication and association handshake can be skipped between the STA and the AP, and the session association ID of the STA is directly obtained from the association information stored in the AP, thereby simplifying the network access process and improving the network access efficiency.
104. And carrying out key negotiation with the STA according to the association session ID.
Specifically, in order to protect the security of the user network and ensure that only a user with a correct password is allowed to legally use the network resource, in the process of accessing the wireless local area network, key negotiation is performed between the AP and the STA.
105. And allocating the IP address of the access of the wireless local area network to the STA so that the STA accesses network resources according to the IP address.
Specifically, after the AP and the STA complete key negotiation, the STA and the AP further need to perform DHCP negotiation, where the DHCP negotiation is to obtain an IP address of the STA accessing the wireless lan this time, and the allocating the IP address of the STA accessing the wireless lan this time may include:
receiving a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) discovery message sent by the STA;
sending a DHCP acknowledgement message to the STA;
receiving a DHCP selection message sent by the STA;
and allocating the IP address of the access wireless local area network to the STA according to the DHCP selection message.
Of course, if the AP stores the IP address of the STA after the AP allocates the IP address of the wireless lan to the STA, the allocating, by the AP, the IP address of the wireless lan to the STA may specifically include:
and allocating the stored IP address of the STA to the STA.
The process simplifies the process of DHCP negotiation, skips the process of discovery and selection handshake negotiation in DHCP negotiation, simplifies the network access flow and improves the network access efficiency.
The embodiment of the present invention only describes that the STA is allocated with the IP address of the wireless lan access this time, and how to allocate the IP address is not specifically limited, and may be determined according to the storage condition of the IP address of the STA.
Further, after determining whether the association information of the STA exists according to the MAC address, if it is determined that the association information of the STA is not stored, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes:
201. the method comprises the steps that a wireless Access point receives a detection request message sent by a wireless work Station (STA), wherein the detection request message carries a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the STA.
203. And if the association information of the STA is determined not to be stored, storing the association information of the STA after the STA and the AP carry out association negotiation and the session association ID is obtained.
Specifically, the process of performing association negotiation between the STA and the AP belongs to the prior art, and the embodiment of the present invention is not specifically limited to this, but only illustrates that association negotiation is performed between the STA and the AP, and after the session association ID is obtained, association information of the STA is also stored.
204. And carrying out key negotiation with the STA according to the association session ID.
Specifically, in order to protect the security of the user network and ensure that only a user with a correct password is allowed to legally use the network resource, in the process of accessing the wireless local area network, key negotiation is performed between the AP and the STA.
205. And allocating the IP address of the access of the wireless local area network to the STA so that the STA accesses network resources according to the IP address.
Specifically, when the STA first accesses the AP, and after the AP allocates the IP address of the wireless local area network to the STA, the AP may store the IP address of the wireless local area network that the STA accesses, and as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes:
301. the method comprises the steps that a wireless Access Point (AP) receives a detection request message sent by a wireless work Station (STA), wherein the detection request message carries a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the STA.
If it is determined that the association information of the STA is not stored, performing step 303;
if it is determined that association information of the STA has been stored, step 304 is performed.
303. And if the association information of the STA is determined not to be stored, storing the association information of the STA after the STA and the AP carry out association negotiation and the session association ID is obtained.
Specifically, the process of performing association negotiation between the STA and the AP belongs to the prior art, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited, but only illustrates that association negotiation is performed between the STA and the AP, and after the session association ID is obtained, association information of the STA is stored.
305. And carrying out key negotiation with the STA according to the association session ID.
Specifically, in order to protect the security of the user network and ensure that only a user with a correct password is allowed to legally use the network resource, in the process of accessing the wireless local area network, key negotiation is performed between the AP and the STA.
306. And determining whether to store the IP address of the STA or not according to the MAC address.
Specifically, if it is determined that the IP address of the STA is not stored, step 307 is executed;
if it is determined that the IP address of the STA has been stored, step 308 is performed.
307. And if the IP address of the STA is determined not to be stored, storing the IP address of the STA after the AP allocates the IP address of the access wireless local area network to the STA.
Specifically, if it is determined that the IP address of the STA is not stored, the process of allocating, by the AP, the IP address of the current access to the wireless local area network to the STA may include:
receiving a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) discovery message sent by the STA;
sending a DHCP acknowledgement message to the STA;
receiving a DHCP selection message sent by the STA;
and allocating the IP address of the access wireless local area network to the STA according to the DHCP selection message.
308. And if the IP address of the STA is determined to be stored, allocating the stored IP address of the STA to the STA.
Specifically, if the stored IP address of the STA is determined, the stored IP address of the STA may be directly allocated to the STA, which simplifies the DHCP negotiation process, skips the discovery and selection handshake negotiation process in the DHCP negotiation, simplifies the network access procedure, and improves the network access efficiency.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for accessing a wireless local area network, which comprises the following steps: a wireless access point receives a detection request message sent by a wireless work Station (STA), wherein the detection request message carries an MAC (media access control) address of the STA; determining whether to store the association information of the STA according to the MAC address; if the association information of the STA is determined to be stored, sending an association response message to the STA, wherein the association response message carries the session association ID contained in the association information; performing key negotiation with the STA according to the session association ID; and allocating the IP address of the access of the current wireless local area network to the STA, so that the STA allocates network resources according to the IP address.

It should be noted that, the sequence of steps 415 and 414, and the subsequent step 416 and 425 is not limited, and only the association information of the STA is stored after the AP allocates the session association ID to the STA, where the association information includes the MAC address of the STA and the session association ID.
416. And the STA receives the association response message sent by the AP.
417. And the STA performs key negotiation with the AP according to the session association ID.
Specifically, in order to protect the security of the user network and ensure that only a user with a correct password is allowed to legally use the network resource, in the process of accessing the wireless local area network, key negotiation is performed between the AP and the STA.
418. The STA sends a DHCP discovery message.
419. AP receives the DHCP discovery message
Specifically, after the AP and the STA complete key negotiation, DHCP negotiation is also required between the STA and the AP, where the DHCP negotiation is to obtain an IP address of the STA accessing the wireless lan this time.
The DHCP negotiation process is initiated by the STA, namely the STA sends a DHCP discovery message to the AP.
420. And the AP determines whether to store the IP address of the STA or not according to the MAC address.
421. And if the IP address of the STA is not stored, the AP sends a DHCP confirmation message to the STA.
422. And the STA receives the DHCP acknowledgement message sent by the STA.
423. The STA sends a DHCP selection message.
424. The AP receives the DHCP selection message.
425. And the AP allocates the IP address of the access wireless local area network to the STA according to the DHCP selection message.
426. And the AP stores the IP address of the STA accessing the wireless local area network.
It should be noted that, step 426 and steps 427 and 428 do not limit the sequence, but only describe that after the AP allocates the IP address to the STA, the IP address of the STA accessing the wireless lan this time is stored.
Step 415 and step 426 may be executed simultaneously, or step 415 may be executed first and then step 426 is executed, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
427. And sending a DHCP binding message to the STA, wherein the DHCP binding message carries the IP address of the current access wireless local area network.
428. And the STA acquires the IP address and accesses network resources according to the IP address.
Specifically, after the AP sends a DHCP binding packet to the STA, because the DHCP binding packet carries an IP address of the STA accessing the wireless local area network this time, the STA may obtain the IP address and may access network resources according to the IP address.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for accessing a wireless local area network, specifically, when the embodiment shown in fig. 3 is used to store association information of the STA and store an IP address of the STA, an interaction between the AP and the STA is described, specifically as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
501. the AP broadcasts hotspot information to enable STAs to discover the AP.
Specifically, the AP broadcasts information of the AP, including a name, an authentication mode, an encryption mode, a working mode, and the like of the AP. And the STA selects a proper AP to access according to the information broadcast by the AP.
502. And the STA sends a detection request message to the AP.
And in the process of accessing the wireless local area network, the STA sends a detection request message to the AP, wherein the detection request message carries the MAC address of the STA.
503. And the AP receives a detection request message sent by the STA.
504. And the AP determines whether to store the association information of the STA, wherein the association information comprises the MAC address of the STA and a session association ID.
Specifically, after receiving a probe request message sent by an STA, the AP performs message analysis on the probe request message to obtain an MAC address of the STA, and then determines whether to store association information of the STA according to the MAC address.
505. And if the association information of the STA is determined to be stored, sending an association response message to the STA, wherein the association response message carries the session association ID contained in the association information, so that the STA initiates key negotiation with the AP according to the session association ID.
Specifically, because the AP stores the association information including the session association ID of the STA, the process of obtaining the session association ID of the STA through authentication and association handshake as described in step 405 and 413 may be skipped between the STA and the AP, and the session association ID of the STA is directly obtained from the association information stored in the AP, thereby simplifying the network access process and improving the network access efficiency.
506. And the STA receives the association response message sent by the AP.
507. And the STA performs key negotiation with the AP according to the session association ID.
Specifically, in order to protect the security of the user network and ensure that only a user with a correct password is allowed to legally use the network resource, in the process of accessing the wireless local area network, key negotiation is performed between the AP and the STA.
508. The STA sends a DHCP discovery message.
510. And the AP determines whether to store the IP address of the STA or not according to the MAC address.
511. And if the IP address of the STA is determined to be stored, allocating the stored IP address of the STA to the STA.
512. And the AP sends a DHCP binding message to the STA, wherein the DHCP binding message carries the IP address of the current access wireless local area network.
513. And the STA acquires the IP address and accesses network resources according to the IP address.
The situation described in fig. 4 that the association information is not stored and the IP address of the STA is not stored generally corresponds to a situation that the wireless working station accesses the wireless lan for the first time, and if the MAC address, the session association ID, and the IP address of the STA that is currently accessed to the wireless lan can be stored when the wireless working station accesses the wireless lan for the first time, after the STA disconnects from the network for some reason, for example, the user equipment is powered off, or the user moves to disconnect the network or the STA moves and roams among Wlan terminals, and needs to access the network quickly, as shown in fig. 5, the discovery and selection handshake negotiation process in authentication, association handshake and DHCP negotiation can be skipped directly, and the network is accessed to the network that has been connected, so that the network access process is simplified, the network access efficiency is improved, and the IP address of the STA that is accessed to the wireless lan is maintained as much as possible, thereby improving the user experience.
Of course, the embodiment shown in fig. 3 also includes a case where the association information of the STA is not stored and the IP address of the STA is stored, and this case may be described in conjunction with the interaction between the AP and the STA when the association information of the STA is not stored in fig. 4 and the interaction between the AP and the STA when the IP address of the STA is stored in fig. 5, which is not described herein again in the embodiments of the present invention.
In addition, the embodiment shown in fig. 3 further includes a case where the association information of the STA is stored and the IP address of the STA is not stored, and this case may be described in conjunction with the interaction between the AP and the STA when the association information of the STA is stored in fig. 5 and the interaction between the AP and the STA when the IP address of the STA is not stored in fig. 4, which is not described herein again in the embodiments of the present invention.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, further, if it is determined that the IP address of the STA is not stored, after the AP allocates the IP address of the current access to the wireless local area network to the STA, the method further includes:
setting an effective access period of the IP address;
storing the effective access period of the IP address;
after the AP receives a probe request message sent by a wireless station STA, the method further includes:
checking whether a valid access period of the stored IP address is over;
and if the stored effective access period of the IP address is ended, deleting the association information of the STA, the IP address and the effective access period of the IP address.
It should be noted that the effective access period of the IP address is different from a DHCP lease, where the DHCP lease is a lifetime of the IP address carried when the AP allocates an IP address to the STA through DHCP in a session, and the effective access period of the IP address marks that the STA can repeatedly occupy an effective lifetime of the IP address.
Through the effective access period for setting the IP address, a certain wireless working station STA can be prevented from always occupying a certain associated ID or a certain IP address, other wireless working stations are guaranteed to have an opportunity to quickly access network resources, and the fairness and reasonability of the wireless access point are improved.
Specifically, after setting the effective access period of the IP address, after receiving a probe request packet sent by the wireless station each time, first checking whether the stored effective access period of the IP address is finished.
If the access is finished, the association information of the STA, the IP address of the STA, and the effective access period of the IP address may be deleted, and the processes of authentication, association, key negotiation, DHCP negotiation, and the like, which are executed when the wireless lan is initially accessed as described in step 203-205 or step 405-427, are restarted.
Optionally, if it is determined that the IP address of the STA is not stored, after the AP allocates the IP address of the current access to the wireless local area network to the STA, the method further includes:
setting an effective access period of the IP address;
storing the effective access period of the IP address;
after performing key agreement with the STA according to the session association ID, the method further includes:
checking whether a valid access period of the stored IP address is over;
if the stored effective access period of the IP address is finished, the IP address is allocated to the STA again, the effective access period of the IP address is set, and meanwhile, the IP address item and the effective access period item of the IP address of the wireless local area network accessed this time are updated.
The difference from the above embodiment is that after determining that the valid period of the STA is over, the embodiment only reallocates the IP address to the STA, and does not delete the association information together, so that after the AP reallocates the IP address to the STA, only the IP address entry of the current access wireless local area network and the valid access period entry of the IP address need to be updated, and the session association ID of the STA is not changed.
Based on the method for accessing the wireless local area network provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the STA needs to be switched into the network quickly due to network disconnection caused by some reason, such as shutdown of user equipment, or after the user moves and network disconnection, or the STA moves and roams among Wlan terminals, the key negotiation process between the STA and the AP can be directly performed according to the session association ID contained in the association information of the STA stored in the AP of the wireless access point, and the authentication and association handshake processes are skipped, so that the network access process is simplified, the efficiency of accessing the wireless local area network by the user is improved, and the user experience is improved.
