Abstract
一种治疗白癜风的药物，是由沙苑子、何首乌与动物肝粉组成。其制作方法是将沙苑子、何首乌炒熟，粉碎后与动物肝粉混匀。患者服后最快27天白斑边出现黑点，三月痊愈；最慢近一年白斑全消，而无任何副作用，近百人治疗而无一例失败。
Description
本发明属于药物的配制，特别是治疗白癜风的中药及配制方法。
白癜风(Vitiligo)是一种后天性色素脱失的皮肤病，世界各种族均可罗患，发病率较高(据统计，上海地区发病率在0.5％左右)，目前对其病因尚不完全明了，因而治疗比较困难，多为试探性，疗效均不能满意。如属于呋喃香豆素类的补骨脂(8-MOP，TMEP等)的使用时，内服加照阳(黑)光，需时数月，但其毒性反应较大，常见有纳呆、贫血、白细胞下降、中毒性肝炎与眼损伤等(上海医科大学皮肤病学研究所编《临床皮肤病学专题讲座》P285)；皮质类因醇激素使用有时有效，长期外用可引起局部皮肤萎缩(王光超主编《皮肤科学》91年第二版P195)。中医辨证论治则认为因肝气郁结，气机不畅，复受风邪搏于皮肤所致，治拟疏肝解郁，调和气血，佐以祛风之品，常用全当归，杭白药，广郁金，八月扎，益母草，白蒺藜，苍耳草，珠茯苓，灵磁石等，中成药有白驳丸等，其治疗期长，效果亦不佳。
本发明的目的是应用中医的理论和实践，配制成一种中药制剂，对白癜风有特效，且无任何副作用。
皮肤颜色改变的主要原因是黑素代谢障碍，而黑素的形成与酷氨酸活性、紫外线和铜、锌离子的生化过程有关。本发明一方面增加患者的酷氨酸、铜、锌离子的摄取量，另一方面采取补肾壮阳，以增强免疫功能。为达此目的，本发明使用中药沙苑子、何首乌和动物肝粉进行配制，沙苑子、味苦、性温、无毒；何首乌无毒，二者皆有补肾、壮阳功能；动物肝脏中含有大量的酷氨酸和锌离子。近代医学研究表明，沙苑子具有免疫功能。本发明的药物的组成为：
沙苑子 30～50g
何首乌 20～40g
动物肝粉40～60g
其制法为：将沙苑子、何首乌洗净、干燥后用文火炒熟，进行粉碎、过筛，使其全部通过60目筛，与动物肝粉混合均匀即成。动物肝粉最好是猪肝或鸡肝的干粉，制法是将新鲜动物肝脏洗净，煮或蒸熟、低温干燥、粉碎而成。患者每服上述药物1份，日服三次，开水冲服。
近百名白癜风患者用本发明药物进行治疗，年龄在14～45岁间，患病为2～11年不等，大多数用过不同的中、西药物治疗过，效果均不令人满意，服用本发明药物后，最快的27天白斑边缘出现黑点，三个月痊愈，最慢的一年内白斑消失，无一例失败。
本发明突破了中医对白癜风传统的诊断理论和治疗方法，改疏肝活血祛风为补肾壮阳，首次使用了中药沙苑子，配以何首乌、动物肝粉制成内服药，患者服用后能促使黑素形成，达到了治疗的理想效果。
实例1
治疗白癜风药物配方为：
沙苑子 5.4kg
何首乌 3.6kg
鸡肝粉 7.2kg
将沙苑子、何首乌洗净、干燥、炒熟、粉碎、过筛，与鸡肝粉混匀，分成180份(付)，为2月服用量。
某女，14岁，4年前发现腹部出现白斑，逐渐长大为条状，如今已发展近20厘米长、10厘米宽的面积。曾多处求治无效。用本发明药，日服3次，每次1付，2月白斑区缩小，再服2月白斑全部消失。
实例2
药物配方为：
沙苑子 13.5kg
何首乌 10.5kg
猪肝粉 16.2kg
药物制法如例1，分为270份3日服量。
某男，50岁，患白癜风已多年，两手背和上胳膊大块、小块白斑数处，有的已经连成大片了。曾多次用成药、偏方治疗，均无显效。服用本药三个月白斑全部消失。

1.一种治疗白癜风病的药物，其特征在于它是以下列配比的组分为原料制备成的药剂：沙苑子30-50克，何首乌20-40克，猪肝粉40-60克。
