Abstract

本发明公开了一种圆盘固定装置,包括:圆盘、多个与圆盘滑动连接的滑动块,其特征在于,还包括:用于卡紧物体的卡接件,所述滑动块顶部设有用于放置所述卡接件的凹槽,所述凹槽沿着滑动块的长度方向分布;所述卡接件包括:接触部、位于所述接触部下方的环形弹性部、位于环形弹性部内的旋转螺钉;所述旋转螺钉一端穿过接触部的顶部,其另一端设有台阶部。本发明的有益之处在于:滑动块在圆盘上滑动能够调节卡接件的夹持范围,在滑动块上设置凹槽可以与滑动块配合,使卡接件的活动范围更大,更灵活。并且环形弹性部保证卡接件与滑动块上凹槽的连接强度,夹持时不会来松动。

技术领域
本发明涉及光学测绘仪器的固定,具体涉及一种具有多个卡接件的圆盘固定装置。
背景技术
在光学测绘中,需要将测绘仪器或物镜等物体进行固定,光学零件、仪器之间的配合使用很重要,因此对每个零件或仪器的固定要求也很高。现有的固定装置多为三爪,且卡接爪在径向上的移动范围小,不能适应更大零件、仪器的固定。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种适应范围更大的圆盘固定装置。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
圆盘固定装置,包括:圆盘、多个与圆盘滑动连接的滑动块,其特征在于,还包括:用于卡紧物体的卡接件,所述滑动块顶部设有用于放置所述卡接件的凹槽,所述凹槽沿着滑动块的长度方向分布;所述卡接件包括:接触部、位于所述接触部下方的环形弹性部、位于环形弹性部内的旋转螺钉;所述旋转螺钉一端穿过接触部的顶部,其另一端设有台阶部。
前述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述滑动块的设有凸起的导轨,所述导轨沿着滑动块的长度方向分布,所述圆盘侧面设有与导轨配合的导轨槽,导轨槽围绕圆盘的中心并且沿其径向分布。
前述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述环形弹性部和接触部的底部固定连接。
前述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述旋转螺钉的直径等于所述环形弹性部的内径,所述台阶部的厚度等于环形弹性部的厚度。
前述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述环形弹性部为环形橡胶。
前述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述滑动块的数目为3~5。
本发明的有益之处在于:滑动块在圆盘上滑动能够调节卡接件的夹持范围,在滑动块上设置凹槽可以与滑动块配合,使卡接件的活动范围更大,更灵活。并且环形弹性部保证卡接件与滑动块上凹槽的连接强度,夹持时不会来松动。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
如图1所示的圆盘固定装置,包括:圆盘1、多个与圆盘1滑动连接的滑动块2、用于卡紧物体的卡接件3。如图2所示,卡接件3与滑动块2滑动连接,滑动块2顶部设有用于放置卡接件3的凹槽21,凹槽21沿着滑动块2的长度方向分布。滑动块2的设有凸起的导轨,导轨沿着滑动块2的长度方向分布,导轨位于滑动块2长度方向的两侧,圆盘1侧面设有与导轨配合的导轨槽,多个导轨槽围绕圆盘1的中心分布,并且每个导轨槽沿圆盘1的径向分布。滑动块2可以在圆盘1上调整。
如图3所示,卡接件3包括:接触部31、位于接触部31下方的环形弹性部32、位于环形弹性部32内的旋转螺钉33;旋转螺钉33一端穿过接触部31的顶部,旋转螺钉33另一端设有台阶部34。接触部31与待测物体接触,根据需要在滑动块2上滑动卡接件,当卡接件3位于凹槽21中的适当位置时,旋转旋转螺钉33向上提升,台阶部34挤压环形弹性部32向上,增加了环形弹性部32与凹槽21内壁的压力,将卡接件3固定在滑动块2上。滑动块2和卡接件3能够进行双重调整,增加了固定的灵活性,扩大了适用范围。为了方便旋转旋转螺钉33,旋转螺钉33顶部设有十字凹槽,便于使用螺丝刀旋转。
为了增加强度,环形弹性部32和接触部31的底部固定连接。旋转螺钉33的直径等于环形弹性部32的内径,台阶部34的厚度等于环形弹性部32的厚度。接触部31圆柱体,这样接触部31每个角度的侧面的形状相同,也不会损伤零件。接触部31、螺钉33优选碳纤维的接触部和碳纤维的螺钉,碳纤维的强度大,耐腐蚀,寿命长。作为一种优选方案,环形弹性部32为环形橡胶,橡胶的弹性大,容易挤压变形。滑动块2的数目为3~5,这样固定稳定,优选如图1所示的5个滑动块。

1.圆盘固定装置,包括:圆盘、多个与圆盘滑动连接的滑动块,其特征在于,还包括:用于卡紧物体的卡接件,所述滑动块顶部设有用于放置所述卡接件的凹槽,所述凹槽沿着滑动块的长度方向分布;所述卡接件包括:接触部、位于所述接触部下方的环形弹性部、位于环形弹性部内的旋转螺钉;所述旋转螺钉一端穿过接触部的顶部,其另一端设有台阶部所述滑动块的设有凸起的导轨,所述导轨沿着滑动块的长度方向分布,所述圆盘侧面设有与导轨配合的导轨槽,导轨槽围绕圆盘的中心并且沿其径向分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述环形弹性部和接触部的底部固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述旋转螺钉的直径等于所述环形弹性部的内径,所述台阶部的厚度等于环形弹性部的厚度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述环形弹性部为环形橡胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的圆盘固定装置,其特征在于,所述滑动块的数目为3~5。
